The staff members have been really good since our loved ones have moved in, and the hallways of the community are always really nicely cleaned with really nice furniture. We do think the dining service is really good and we hear a lot of people say breakfast is good. There is a van that takes the residents to Walmart on Tuesday afternoons. Our loved one has a really nice sized apartment, but the apartments could use some updating. For those families looking for a community for their loved one, we would recommend Holiday Parkwood Meadows.

So far I've been impressed. The staff is very caring and very friendly - that's the thing that sticks out to me the most. They choose activities that are fun but help residents with things like eye-hand coordination. The facility is very nice, and they're very accommodating.

So far things are going well. They are recently under new management, so there are a lot of changes taking place right now. I would tell others just to ask a lot of questions up front and make sure that it meets your needs.

Our family had an in person tour and this was a very close second choice for us, we really liked everything we saw but the location was just to far away from us.

The location was too far, maybe 45 minutes away. The staff was nice. The rooms were different.

It's not perfect, but it all in all it has been a good experience. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The food has been good. After an adjustment period, my brother is comfortable here, which is a big relief for me.

I toured this community and it was nice. I didn't like that they don't have a night nurse on staff.

Holiday Renaissance is a very quite community which is something our loved one really likes, there are a lot of trees and nature surrounding the building, and her apartment is a really nice size which is a positive. As far as improvements go - when it comes to the food there could be a reduction of salt intake, it seems to be a common complaint not only with our loved one but the other residents as well. Also with the activities, there is a nice variety but we think the actual activities themselves could be more thought out as well as more encouragement.

They were very friendly and helpful with my decision making process. I wanted my mom to be in a good place. They were instrumental in helping me understand this was best for my mom and me.

Overall our loved one is happy here and based on the experience we have had so far with would recommend the Lyndale San Angelo community to other families. When it comes to the meals and dining service they are having a hard time keeping a chef and because of the her specific diet she is not able to eat the meals there but we are still having to pay. Also some of the other residents who do go down and eat the meals in the dining hall have to wait quite awhile.

They have a non profit partner at the community that provides different levels of care and that has been really good. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families .

She seems to like it there. The food looks good but I have never eaten there.

Bristol Park is a really nice community, it is very pleasing to look at. When you first walk in there is a very open area, almost like a community area were the residents and families can come and sit - we think that is also where they do some activities. It really is a welcoming community. We do think that our loved one has had some really good experiences with the care giving staff - the day to day workers are responsive. However just like many other places they are understaffed so at times the staff to patient ratio is quite high. We also would like if the upper management could be a little more communicative with the families.

The nursing staff is exceptional! The food is not so great. Activities may be listed but don't happen frequently. Not sure whose fault that is-residents not engaging or lack of employees to lead activities. I'm satisfied for the most part and feel my Mom is taken care of.

It was more expensive. it was not a good fit for my loved one. They seemed to cater more to the assisted living side. It was nice, beautiful and upscale.

I really liked the facility and the staff at Elison of Pinecrest. Very knowledgeable and kind. It was a very nice place. We did not choose them because the doctor that they used actually used to be our personal doctor. We felt he did not care about us as patients so I did not want my loved one in his care here.

The food is not that good. Communication between upper management to clients is not that good. Never seemed that helpful in solving client issues. Example my mom had to wait 60 days to get tv services on No one knew how to fix the problem. We have moved her to another facility. The facility itself was great and pricing good value for the large rooms.

The food is much better, than the nursing home. The food is good. enjoys the activities. events for holidays-friends and family can join. entertainment and food was good for friendsgiving. Glad that loved one is at HarborChase.

Lyndale Edmond is a good fit for what we needed. They're not intrusive, but they provide enough support to fit my loved one's current needs. He feels safe and secure there, which is important. I haven't tried the food, but it smells good, and I don't hear complaints from him. Overall we're happy to have him here.

We picked this community because, the apartment size was the best. They need more help, and the front desk ladies don't really help much, also if they need medical attention let people know how to sign up for that, no one seems to know. Also the maintenance needs more help, we have had a work order in for over two months. They need to improve on the food menu, some places have a restaurant style menu and they have a bunch of things they can pick from, not just two items the chef picks. I don't think this is good for the residents especially if they can't eat what is being fixed
