The facility is beautiful and well maintained. It's similar to a boutique hotel. The food quality is inconsistent but nutritious. Staff is friendly but as all care facilities are experiencing there is frequent turnover. My father is in assisted living and the room is very nice. They have many outings, classes and special events. I feel my father gets good care and the cost overall is an excellent value.

The meals are good according to our loved one, but we don't really know since most meals were taken to the room because of the pandemic. Also the pandemic caused some of the activities to be limited. Our loved one would have liked to fix more of her meal at a lesser overall cost. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Holiday Tallgrass Estates to other families if they can afford it.

The staff were nice during the tour and they provided great information. We didn't see any of the residents during the tour. The community felt like a nursing home to us.

We've had a great experience at Waterview The Cove. I appreciate all of the upbeat staff and the activities they have to offer! I would definitely recommend them to other families!!

Lakestone is a beautiful location by the lake. Staff is really helpful and friendly. The building is a little dated with some deferred maintenance needed that would help it look fresh. I would recommend to others.

The main reason we chose Heritage Place over other facilities we looked at was just due to the location and being close to family. The facility has a friendly atmosphere with mediocre food and some activities. A new activities director was hired as we left, so hopefully now there is more for residents to do.

Overall we are happy with it. The facility didn't give us access to the apartment until [date removed], even though the rent for February was paid in full. They made no attempt to make it right. Iris is happy there and has taken part in some of the activities.

Overall, Prestonwood Court was the best of the facilities we toured from a cleanliness, diet and food as my father is a picky healthy eater, the staff retention was among the best and everyone was friendly and open. They also believe in letting your loved one be themselves and not try to change them. My father is an introvert and they don't pressure him to attend activities. The issues we have had since moving in were around getting to know my father and his routines/needs. It was not a perfect transition, but overall went ok. I do recommend Prestonwood Court to friends and family, but know it's pricier than most.

What we really like about Brennity at Vero Beach is the food, it is great!! They absolutely offer a good variety - I've eaten there a few times and it is always delicious and our loved one never complaints where she did at a previous community. Where we think they could improve on is the medication management. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families, but with the caveat someone in the family or an advocate needs to oversee the ordering of meds and the times dispensed, especially when the resident is new to the facility.

The most frequent complaint I hear is the food. I've lived in three other retirement facilities, and I think the quality is the best I've experienced. They are short on staff and that contributes to the complaints. The servers have too many tables, which can result in long waits for the main entrée. It has also resulted in them scheduling buffets on Fridays and Sundays which are either popular or more frequently very unpopular. Overall, my opinion after almost two months is positive.

We really love the cleanliness of her room. The meals are great and the help is also great. The hallways were in need of repair but they are in the process of laying new flooring and fixing the hall doors now.

I would recommend this facility to family and friends with a warning about the food. I realize it's difficult to please everyone, but the food seemed much better during our earlier visits. I know that it's a big challenge to keep good staff.

My mom loves Lyndale Edmond! People are always helpful and pleasant!

The facility is very nice and we are very happy with it overall. The management has been helpful and receptive to feedback.

My loved one is in Independent Living at this facility. The staff is always helpful and kind if she ever has any issues with her apartment. Their meal times are not flexible and don't work with my loved one's schedule on most days. She cooks for herself most meals. She still has to pay for the food even though most of the time she is buying her own groceries and eating in her apartment.

I toured this facility and it was ok, but felt the Memory Care was small and that they were concentrating more on Independent Living and Assisted Living. It was a 4 overall, just not what I was looking for.

The fitness room picture is not true to reality. The staff, social community in this retirement home and location are all very welcoming and friendly. There is a problem with the kitchen and it's staff. Food is delayed, and staffing is inadequate. The activities are reliable, interesting, and diverse. There is a nurse on staff throughout the day and their is a sense of family amongst staff and residents. Other than the dining area, most issues are attended to and solved.

This is an older building; however ,the staff do the best they can with it. The nursing and caregiving staff are good. The staff communication with the family and friends has been good when we have questions about our loved one. They stay on top of care for the residents. There are three meals a day served and there are choices to choose from. The meals served are pretty good in taste.

Very friendly staff. Memory care area a bit isolated but rooms nice and large. Food in memory care was not that great and served on paper plates and didn't seem very nutritious. Director was very nice and easy to work with.

Our family had an in person tour and from everything we saw and the different staff we spoke with, we thought it was a good tour experience.
