Make sure they know they have to set appt up when the doctor rounds are now they are letting a nurse practitioner see the patience n make the rounds. Will they give u a time if u want to meet her there at Bella Rose? Doctor's office does not call back. I call again finally got a nurse to talk to that listened and heard the word infected . So now y they will send home health out to check the wound? And now several weeks later that's been infected they are sending an antibiotic for her to take! Whew it's been a mess.

Yes, I would recommend and before you sign papers find out if your loved one gets sick if you can get any money back.I went on line and the reviews were good and everyone was very nice and still are. My loved was only at The Brennity for a few days.

My loved one lives at Mirabella Living and Memory Care and things have been good for her at this facility. The staff is great. The food is good when the Chef cooks, otherwise the desserts are pre-made and come frozen. They are supposed to have a bus to transport people in wheelchairs for shopping, activities and medical appointments, but they have not had one available since my loved one moved in a few months ago. Overall, I would recommend the facility for the price. The only drawback is that the residents are bored here.

They provided a life alert service, which made things worry-free. However, their maintenance needs improvement. He endured almost two weeks without an AC unit while it was over 90 degrees outside. We had to involve a lawyer to explain Nebraska laws before they finally addressed the issue. Additionally, the meals are inconsistent; sometimes we receive a good sandwich, while other times it was a cold pizza.

My mom is a current resident at Caydance Assisted Living and Memory Care. Everything at this facility has been good for her so far, except for the cost for some things. The cost for some of the services seems to be overpriced! The staff seems great. Communication with the family has been good, but not great. The facility is clean. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

They worked with us and we were happy. The people make the difference. An apartment is standard and food is hard to do in mass but people make the place. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

We have had some issues with the billing at Heritage Oaks. Bills do not come in timely manner each month so we have to stay on top of it. We chose them because they were welcoming. This facility had everything we wanted, with common sense policies, and not a bunch of restrictions that were not proven. The entire facility was redecorated this year and is clean and comfortable. The dining options are terrible most of the time. Menus come from corporate the food is not bad it's just not well thought out. They need to do a better job letting new families know what services are available such as weekly transportation to Dr appts , and on staff physician that comes weekly to see any residents that can't get out to doc. That has been a lifesaver for us. Our problem was that we didn't know everything they had available for several months- seems like the facility could put together a packet with all that info for families at beginning. Overall, our experience has been good and my loved one is happy at this facility.

I've enjoyed my experience at Holiday Prairie Rose. The staff have been very helpful and seems to genuinely care about the residents. There are meals provided and activities to assist with socialization with other residents.

our family had an in person tour with Stonefield Assisted Living and we thought it was a really good tour experience, but ultimately was not going to be the correct place for our loved one.

We had a good tour experience with Elison of Pinecrest. It was a nice facility, but a little more outdated. That was the main reason we went with another facility.

I was mislead about moving here. I love the people here and do not want to hurt anybody. I just think I should be able to remain in this apartment.

We picked this community, because of the good sales people. They need the hallway carpets replaced, or cleaned. Diversifying their activities a little, definitely improve their meals especially dinner. It was better for like a week. Now it seems it's back to the way it was.

We toured Heritage Place during our search for Assisted Living for our loved one. This facility was high on our list! The atmosphere was fabulous, staff members even came up to us to introduce themselves! We had a very thorough tour and all of our questions were answered. They also gave us a monthly Activity Schedule, brochure, and guide.

Holiday Lakeshore Estates has been all I expected and then some. It is definitely what I needed at the time, and has been a very positive experience.

Most of the staff are nice but some are not. The biggest problem is the care services - they don't offer what they said they had. I had the hire a personal aid for assistance I needed in morning and night. They had a Baptist ministry [name removed] who had raved over meals and had a bible study, but it was on second floor and elevator was hard to operate without the help. The other residents are nice. Yes, need improvements and honesty with services offered and accessibility of room's in apt. Cost is good for apt but should include aides services, meals need improvement for choices for those that can't eat spicy food. Entertainment and activities are good but more outings would be nice.

My loved one has only been at Landon Ridge at Kingwood for a short while, but we've had a good experience thus far. The facility has provided the care needed.

Landon Ridge Alamo Ranch is expensive, but peace of mind is priceless. Overall it has been a good experience. And my dad is settling in nicely there.

My loved one is a resident at Holiday Renaissance- Austin. It was a little bit slow with the communication getting started, but they have picked up the pace a little bit. He has been there for a little over two months and has only seen housekeeping one time. Not sure what they are supposed to be providing him. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others. The one thing that helped us make our decision in choosing this facility was we talked to people in the dining hall when we toured. Everyone that we talked to enjoyed being there.

I'm a resident at Landon Ridge at Sugar Land Independent Living and everything has been great. Compared to other facilities with which I am familiar, this place, although not perfect, is a good value.

The quality of the food is good, and the chef is great, but the food is not plated properly for memory care patienst. They do something monthly with the activies, but it's not enough. Overall, they have been amazing. The facility is nice, and they have been doing upgrades. My loved one is safe, and the community is clean. They do an oustanding job of communicating and keeping me well informed.
