The place was fine, except for terrible staff turnover, including in the kitchen. A couple weeks after my mom moved in a chef quit and the food got awful. It was clean and everyone was very nice. But there were a lot of inconsistencies with services, due to the staffing shortage.

The staff was always helpful, friendly and compassionate.

They said they were replacing the carpets on all the floors right away. However, other resident said that they have been saying that for a couple of years. The carpet is really dreadful. Two meals a day are included, but the times are difficult to work with, and the food is average Everyone is very friendly and responsive and I feel like my mother is in a safe place The grounds are lovely My mother loves all the activities and everybody has been very welcoming to her so that is nice

I am currently a resident at Elison of Pinecrest. The housekeeping is awful! The move in was great. Just take what they say with a little grain of salt. Remember, they are trying to sell the place. The meals are good food, but cold. Trying to go back to plates served, lots to fix. Overall, I would recommend the facility to others. Warning, showers are made from old tubs and not really safe.

The price, location, cleanliness, services offered and people are why we chose it. I would recommend to a friend but tell them to stay involved, visit frequently and keep close tabs on everything.Friendly staff and residents for the most part and a lot of activities and services available.

My loved one is currently a resident at Mirabella Assisted Living and Memory Care and overall things have been good for her. However, her room smells like urine each time that we visit. We're unsure if it is soiled laundry or her, but we're working to get a better understanding.

Great facility but felt they don't know how to really evaluate new people coming in especially for memory care.

My mother was previously a resident at HarborChase of Stuart. Everyone seemed very helpful at this facility! We were very involved with the staff. My mom was in between Assisted Living and rehab needs. It was a little bit too much for them to handle. We decided to take mom home and have skilled nursing until she is ready to be on her own, if that ever happens. I would definitely recommend HarborChase of Stuart in the future.

My loved one is currently a resident at Brayden Park Assisted Living and Memory Care. The biggest problem at this facility is the staffing. They are short staffed as well as have constant turnover. The meals are okay, but cold by the time all the residents have their meals. The housekeeping is inconsistent. With the present situation, I would not recommend Brayden Park Assisted Living and Memory Care to others.

The residents are all really great. I would say the community is to except for the billing and the med distribution.It was new, nice clean, and long-term care insurance covered most all of it.

Getting back on their feet after a huge turnover and new owners. Getting much better in just the month I've here. I picked this community because it was all I could afford.

Based on the experience we have had so far, we can say that the meals that are prepared for the residents could be improved on. Also staying on top of the cleanliness in the residents individual rooms.

Overall I'm happy with the facility and the admin staff. My experience with the Care staff hasn't been at the same level. We picked this community because of the location.

I would say it's very nice, good location, price comparable to others and offers a lot for the residents as far as activities and options. We picked this community because of the location.

What they show on the website for their meals are nothing like what they serve. It is all precooked off-site, delivered, and heated somewhat. They pair pasta with potatoes and very few vegetable choices. When you are making food for the elderly you don't serve stuff with lots of salt and deep fat fried. That is our only complaint.

It's been very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. My aunt enjoys the food and is clean and neat. They are not always responsive to my phone calls (I live in another State) but I do usually get thru on a second call.

I think the community is pretty good, and overall it has been an amazing experience. I believe that the genuine kindness and care are the top things you don't find in to many communities. The communication of financial status should be a little more organized but overall the community is great

Community is great. My MIL loves it! I think it's older and a bit run down, I've done home remodels myself and I can see where they took the cheaper way out, like with stick on "laminate" flooring and older cheap "kitchen" cabinets and bathroom vanities and one piece shower/tub inserts. But she's happy and thats what matters. We picked them because the location and price.
