The staff seems to be a revolving door but someone is keeping them in line providing normal service levels I would absolutely recommend them to others looking for memory care.

It's a very nice place..Care for the residents are very good. My only comment is my parents didn't have a welcoming as promised..we dealt with [name removed] and she is no longer there..They did not get a tour or understand some of the activities. And when the bus took them places...other than that, it was no issues.

One of the best places I've ever lived in. Plenty of activities, something for everyone. I've met some amazing people here, and have become friends.

I am happy to be here, enjoy the activities. Glad I don't have to take care of my house and yard anymore! Lots of friends here and before I was alone.

I would recommend. My Mom has advanced dementia they treat her very well and she is happy there. As with everything there is a price increase on April 1 2024, but that is to be expected in today's economy. We have had no major issues at Elison and any minor issues are quickly addressed.

I liked the Activities and outings like most, and I like the food the least. I chose this place because the rooms were more like an apartment.

I liked the facility layout, that it is both Assisted Living and Memory Care, and had activities both in and out of the facility. What I found lacking was communication about my Mom's status when an injury occurred between the medtechs & med director & me, and that they lost important ER records.

The facility is kept clean. The front office staff is great. The care staff are average. Moving in and getting accommodations for my dad's situation was easy. The food quality is good, but meal size is small. The menu is rotated and choice is average. I would recommend, but it is pricey compared to others.

My wife and I are very happy here! However, we may look for an equivalent facility in the Nashville area to be closer to family. Facility and staff range from good to excellent. We have talked with others who had lived in other senior facilities. Our monthly costs are a bit more; but they think Brennity is better.

The kitchen staff and housekeeping staff are friendly. I've not had much interaction with the other staff members. I know their front desk person left and nobody knows why. It is still the right place for my brother to be.

Many daily activities are set up on a calendar, but it is pretty much just recycled from month to month. No one facilitates a large number of the repeat activities, so they don't actually happen. That means there is a lot less going on for the residents than it appears. Overall I would recommend The Veraden to others.

The facility is gorgeous and they constantly work on maintenance and cleaning. As is the case with most facilities there is a lot of staff turnover which impacts continuity and consistency of care. We really tried to cultivate a good relationship with staff - frequent cookies from McLaren's and chocolates from See's helped. It's helpful to utilize their recommended pharmacy for delivery and you really need to verify they're following the doctor's instructions and doses. Their director is very responsive to input and takes appropriate action.

The staff is receptive to the needs of my husband the patient. They all are always kind to me and willing to listen to my requests. I would recommend The Brennity to others looking.

There have been some maintenance issues; but it appears to be under control. [name removed] is nice and usually responds quickly. It’s independent but my Dad has an agency caregiver and a nurse that come to him there.

The staff is very kind. My mom says the food is ok, but she always eats it, they do have a few choices for them to pick from. They have to be patient, it takes a while because they don't have a lot of help. They keep the rooms vacuumed and bathrooms are cleaned.The reason we picked this place, we live close by and I can get there quickly if I need to.

The manager who showed us around was kind and cheerful. The staff seemed friendly as well. The apartments and facilities were good but my friend and I felt that the carpets were soiled and needed replacement. We would be interested to move here in the future as would many of our friends if the appearance was improved.

I have had interactions with at least a half a dozen staff members over a six month period and all persons went out of their way to accommodate. The reception staff helped with off-loading heavy items during a move-in, to a question/answer period with the then facility chef. Another plus about this facility is the fact that, currently, they have model living quarters available for viewing. Other facilities did not have that availability.

The staff at Heartis is very compassionate. Mom is experiencing some anxiety following her recent hospitalization and the staff have been very good with keeping mom calm. I am grateful for their help. The main reason I picked this community is because of the location.

Staff is friendly and helpful. [name removed] the manager is great. Would like to see more activities especially ones that take the residents off campus. Campus is clean and overall well taken care of. Food is ok.

Care staff are very friendly and willing to help. At times I have found it unclear how to communicate and coordinate with the care staff regarding changes needed for my Mom. Also have noted some improvement opportunities between the facilities management folks and care staff.
