Ansel Park independent senior housing is a well kept, and peaceful community. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The only thing I find most disappointing is their food service. Lack of food service staff, long waits and inconsistent food quality. I would give Ansel Park a 4 out of 5.

While dad loves the experience and friendships, it's very very expensive for him , rates have gone up in less than a year of being there and the administrator promises to fix things in the cottage but they have never been done . Too expensive in my opinion for what he is getting but he loves the companionship and yet the privacy he has in the cottage

I feel like they could improve on communication. We had problems on move in day, no one seemed to know what was happening. There was also a huge misunderstanding regarding my father's medication. It has been resolved and is fine now.

My experience with Asher Point has overall been pleasant. There were. a few hiccups, when there was a change in management but overall I don't have any major complaints. Care has been good, they provide regular weekly cleaning of my mom's space & 3 meals per day. They make sure to keep residents engaged with daily activities & all the staff members know everyone by name. I would recommend them to families looking for senior living facilities.

Dad loves the food! I like that dad is safe and has someone cleaning for him. He feels less isolated now. Yes, I would recommend Asher Point Independent Living of Amarillo to other families based on the experience.

My loved one seems to like living there & everyone is very friendly. Things that could be addressed: tons of activities scheduled that don't actually take place. Food is pretty good but service is disorganized.

The facility is relatively new and I good repair. The facility is purpose built as a independent living community not a repurposed apartment building. The food service is good and plentiful. The food choices vary and include choices for a variety of tastes. There are multiple activities available and the staff schedules events to bring the residents together.

Everyone seems so nice. She has only been there a couple weeks. The food she says is good. She has made friends. She is doing well. Room is great. Nice size it fit everything she wanted even though I was unsure lol. So far I think we made a great choice.

The staff is very accommodating and engages with the residents. My mom hasn't complained about the food at all. They have activities throughout the day to keep the residents engaged as well as letting the residents feel comfortable if they choose not participate. The room is comfortable, there are many spaces on the property for residents to sit with each other. The staff hold various events during the month and for holidays. I'm very satisfied and comfortable in choosing Pecan Point for my Mother.

The staff is wonderful. The apartment is a great size but a bit outdated. Elevator is very slow. Food is just okay. It's not the most affordable we found but my mother has really thrived there.

The staff is friendly and seems to have many activities for the residents. The food is sometimes not cooked enough and could have a better selection. We haven't been there very long but so far I would say yes! The grounds are beautiful and there are many different places for the residents to visit and sit. So far it has been very clean and pleasant!

The room is small; visitation is forced to common areas as there is only room for one chair. Food is mediocre at best. The staff are pleasant and seem to care.

Been here [time frame removed]now and are more than satisfied with Lakestone. The staff is great and living on the lake is special. Thanks for all you did to help us. Blessings

The thing I like most about this place is how clean it is. Also, how friendly the staff is. The Food is great too. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly.

Food and dining was usually a fiasco; lacking enough cups and glasses, being out of butter for days, some foods too difficult to cut or chew. Food brought to the room often late, cold or forgotten. Aides and med-techs were wonderful! Sadly, there aren't nearly enough of them. Someone might push their call button multiple times and get no help for 45 minutes to an hour!

Dining room, activities, companionship. Management has always been helpful. Yes, we would recommend Asher Point to other families however, I am learning about some issues that cause concerns.

I found the facilities clean, the food average, the dining experience clean and efficient. I would recommend this community to others who are currently searching.

Elison Pinecrest is a great value for what you're getting for an apartment. My parents have had to complain several times about getting cold food during the breakfast buffet that they serve. And they run low on food in the dining room. My parents are having to cook most days. But they love their apartment and having a community to make friends. So overall it's a good fit for them. Thankfully their apartment offers a full size kitchen, so it had worked out. Thank you for all your help, you did the majority of the legwork and made the process a lot easier on us

Housekeeping could be improved in "common areas-laundry, hallways, etc. Not pleased with the way they interact with Hospice ie: Backed out of 2 showers a week instead of leaving Hospice 2 per week in addition to theirs. Elision subtracted their own; leaving my husband to be showered by Hospice only.

It is a stand alone memory care facility. They have shared and private rooms available. Yes, we would recommend Bristol Park at Conroe to other families based on the experience so far.
