There have been several miscommunications about amenities, it almost feels like they lied about stuff to get us to agree to come. The care is good, the staff is patient, the food is good, the building is clean. They do not have standard infection protocols for when there are contagious diseases, that made me very uncomfortable.

I think Bristol provided excellent, personalized care for my mom. After searching for a place that would provide the level and kind of care my mom needed, I think I found what she needed at Bristol. So many of the caretakers took time to give her personalized attention.

I am a bit frustrated by how the directorship here is so stifled in what they can do by Segura the corporation that owns this place but that's probably true everywhere.

Good for independent people. Clean and comfortable.

My one complaint would be that they need to realize that their clients are not used to high tech appliances and other items. My mother had memory problems. She had problems using the microwave and other things. The television required 2 remotes to work. I know these are minor problems which wouldn't affect you or I. They were major for my mom. Thank you so much for helping us with mom.

I feel like I can give most of those ratings only because I am constantly managing issues. I have to regularly bring things to the attention of staff because my mother-in-law won't or can't advocate for herself. I don't know what state we would be in if I wasn't there regularly. She is happy there though.

Lynridge has made some positive changes in administration. There's a positive energy in the upkeep of faculties. It's a great small community. The caregivers are supportive and go above and beyond. For the food, they simply need to add diabetic options. Previously the kitchen on had one oven that functioned. However Lynridge just added a second main course option. That was a great add. Activities just needed some more adds. And as one of the few males in the center there could be a tad more focus on neutral or masculine options.

All is well. She is very happy and doing well. Great facility. Staff is great. Services are good ( except the recent challenge of housekeeper turnover) Food has been good ( except the fact of having to pay for 3 meals when typically there is 1 consumed) She has home health aid for baths and other needs twice a week. She loves her aide from [facility removed].

I would recommend the community. I do think that all care homes need to be assessed regularly by family. I feel Bristol Park did an excellent job of caring for the residents after the storms.

To be honest, there was a hiccup when moving in and ended up with a different room and not the one I picked out. I know mistakes are made and was compensated on my community fee. I am struggling with the survey but wanted to provide more context. My mom is very happy there and is more engaged than she has been in a long time which is awesome. It is an old building and hard to keep looking nice all the time. I have had no issues with the care services, but someone else has had a little. The meals overall are good most of the time but occasionally run out of items and some meals are better than others. The activities are varied and inclusive. [name removed] does a great job and my mom participates in many. The value for cost is a 5 based off other facilities I prices. I would recommend to others and it is an overall nice community with a friendly staff which genuinely care about the residences. My family member has enjoyed the time there.

The overall experience has been good and the staff are very friendly and provide very good quality of care. The meals and dining has changed since last year, it is not as good of a menu and the quality of cook as last year. They could use more staff, they are very slow...hopefully this will improve with The Harrison, it has only been a few weeks. The activities are ok, our loved one doesn't attend many, sometimes the ones she might be interested in are too early in the day. Ok value, of course everything is so expensive

My one current concern is that they were not prepared with their generators to maintain the facility during the recent hurricane that caused power outages in Conroe. I thought all care facilities were required to have generators that passed inspection. What happened there?

It has simplified my life tremendously I have other Obligations specifically, my family and grandsons, so it is a relief for me to not have to worry about him being by himself he had. He has friends there, and they look out for each other. I would recommend it to my friends. It's centrally located. They have all the amenities that an independent living facility can offer. They have updated the entire interior and the apartments there have been empty at the time of the renovations it's that it was the best of option for my brother who is in stage pulmonary disease, and at some point we need to go to assisted living but we have been able to manage with him.

We have not had good experiences with the cleaning staff that is supposed to clean the personal room. They recently made some changes in the food department, so will wait to comment there. As far as value for the money, just a short while back, they put a note on the door for all the residents without any discussion that the monthly rate would be increased by $[removed]/month. This is an absurd amount to increase all at once, in my opinion.

It's a nice place, and I would recommend to others.

My aunt was there for 14 months. During that time she was in both areas, assisted living & memory care. Overall the care & concern were very professional. Food very good & several choices. Personnel helpful & attentive to her needs & my inquiries. I can only compare Caydsnce to two other similar care facilities & I would place them second compared to [removed].

My Husband and I recently decided we wanted to change our lifestyle and take it easy l called A PLACE FOR MOM I got calls from representatives of several independent living communities. The first I called was Asher Point. The family met and toured the apartments that were available. The residents and employees were very friendly and the facility was clean and welcoming. After our tour we agreed we had found a place for Mom and Dad.

When you have no idea what to do a place for mom can be a big help. It’s good to start looking before you absolutely need it because you have time to make decisions and assess the situation. We got my mom in a nice place where she’s so much better off. It is not assisted living. It is senior housing and they have a lot of amenities there. The woman who helped me actually showed me what we could afford, Where as I had no idea before. The only problem was the woman who helped me, did not live in the area, and was not familiar with where we were living and what was close by. But she was knowledgeable enough to direct us to the right direction.

Nice facility, competent and caring staff. Independent living, assisted living and memory care all under one roof. Reasonable price. They honestly seem to sincerely care about and value their residents. The staff is competent and friendly.
