Most everything is quite adequate as far as food, activities, and staff for the most part. One thing that is very disappointing is the layout of her apartment. It is not designed for a person in a wheelchair. She can not wheel up closely to the sink (no open space for her knees) and has to reach her arms out in order to use the faucet. It is even more difficult to use the toilet and shower. Barely any space to turn around. I believe all the apartments are designed in this way so that those with disabilities have a hard time maneuvering in their apartments.

The staff in the memory care facility are extremely caring and patient with the residents. They have numerous activities daily and also outings ( to a store, book store, etc) at least twice a month. The facility is clean - doesn't smell like some places do. I like the fact that I can stop by anytime (day or night) without having to call before. The staff in the entire facility are very cordial and helpful. It has been a great move for mom.

My mom always says the staff is really nice and friendly. Lots of activities going on and the food is always good. She is in a studio (no bedroom) apartment and would really like more space. She would prefer a 1 bedroom but none available at this time and I'm not sure she could afford it if there was. She has her name on the waiting list of a few other places with a 1 bedroom when they become available.

Very nice facility. Convenient to my family and myself. Policy of residents having to feed themselves was a drawback due to my family member having difficulty seeing food and using utensils. I didn’t see many finger foods on the menu. Wondering if there is an extended menu option for memory care residents?

Staff is very nice and helpful. Studio apartment size is great for my mom with limited mobility

We have found the staff at The Brennity Tradition to be very kind, helpful and encouraging. Denise, who is the director of activities for assisted living is truly wonderful! There are so many diverse and fun activities provided for the residents and they always do a special friends and family event each month. She enjoys the food overall and the snacks provided at different times throughout the week. She's attended a number of cooking and baking classes, which are always well done. My mother has a regular appointment in St. Lucie West twice a week and the staff always make sure that the drivers get her where she needs to go. Everyone is very patient and helpful! She has a one bedroom apartment, which is very spacious and modern. With a large bathroom and walk-in closet. The facilities are great, well maintain comfortable. I would highly recommend this senior living community next.

The facility and staff were welcoming. It was clean and appeared. Well kept. The two units we viewed were nice rooms. Unfortunately, due to their mandatory annual price increase we would not be able to afford it after the third year.

Issues with meals, noisy neighbors, angels and staff talking too loud in the hall plus front door is locked at 9 pm at night, can't get in, no one at front desk for 24 hours. Residents need more in depth instruction what to do, where to go if there were a fire. Also the fire alarm goes off often here due to mechanical failure. Otherwise, I absolutely love [name removed] and my housekeeper [name removed]...I make the best of it here and am thankful to be here. Love my apartment. What Asher Point charges is actually very reasonable imho. Actually its an excellent value for the $$$ I know rates change but honestly you could pay $[removed]a month elsewhere and what you get for your $$$ is same or worse. Fact!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with [name removed]. I can see myself living there. However I don't think I can . I really enjoy cooking, and baking. As the kitchens are not equipped with a stove or oven I just don't think this is a good match for me. I will definitely will keep you in mind should my situation change. Thank you for taking the time to show me around.

The staff is very attentive but not pushy. They maintain a professionalism but go the extra to get to know each resident and their family members who visit. There are activities provided if you want them. They have rooms of different sizes, to help with cost. The place is kept very clean. The other residents are all kind to each other.

Lynridge one bedroom apartments are just the right size for my 92 year old mom. She has enough space to sit in her living area and visit with family and friends, yet it's small enough to easily move around in her wheelchair. There is also really good closest space. The staff at Lynridge is phenomenal! The aids and nurses seem to really care about the residents. The Director is out and about getting to know the residents and making sure that things are running smoothly. The activities directors are creative and enthusiastic. They work hard to make sure that everyone knows about and can get to activities.

The Brennity of Melbourne is an excellent place, it has clean, beautiful spacious apartments. Residents and staff are very friendly. There were a few minor things that took a few weeks to iron out. My mom is joining activities and making new friends. She is 96 and lives in the independent building.

I will say that my studio is a good size, designed nicely, and I like it very much.

Food and room size is good. General facilities are nice. Would prefer memory care with rooms not down hallways but opening into central area . Staffing seems to be following minimal state standards- so it is sometimes difficult for staff to perform frequent checks and incontinence care

Overall our family is really happy with Laurel Glen. All staff members front and back are so kind and friendly, and I feel like they're genuinely doing the best they can. They help our loved one to be more involved in activities when she originally was more hesitant. The food menus are thoughtful and fresh and our loved one seems to always enjoy them. The entire facility is always kept very clean. The private and shared rooms are both very spacious.

He thinks the grounds are so pretty.... he likes that they are now organizing card games. I am going down to see him I. Few weeks. I will see how things are there now. We would recommend The Brennity to other families.

Apartment size is very roomy! Enough room for king size bed and nightstand + a recliner and side table. You share the bathroom between Jack and Jill style. Bathroom is spacious with nice roomy walk in shower. Also an over the sink cabinet for each person and a closet with shelves for towels and other items. Safe enough to leave your front door open all the time and wave as people go by. Activities appropriate for memory care. They come tell you the activity about to start 10 minutes early. Several staff members available at meal times for assistance. Some go above and beyond and some do the minimum. We latch on to the great ones. Care is provided with kindness. It takes a month for staff to learn all of a new persons needs and meet those needs. Quick response if someone has a fall and quick & safe transport to ER to be assessed.

This is a very nice up and coming facility. There are still some upgrades and renovations going on to some of the rooms. Everything seemed bright ad cheery. Staff seemed very welcome and inviting. If you need assisted living or memory care they are eager to filly their vacancies.

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. However, it does seem like they operate on a skeleton crew with not enough help--especially in the dining room. It takes a lot of time to be served. My mother complains that the food is very carbohydrate laden. The room is studio is extremely small but is more budget friendly. She likes being able to have her own furniture and her cat--both which are very important to her.

In my experience the staff has been very good, responsive, and helpful. To me the food is most always appetizing and my mother has enjoyed her meals. The activities were lacking for a while, but they have a new Activities person who is really trying to turn it around. I have seen an improvement since she has been there for last month or so. The apartment size is perfect in my opinion and really nice! The bathroom is roomy and set up appropriately for elderly people. I have had a few issues with room cleaning but when I mentioned it to Administration, it was taken care of immediately so that is all I could ask.
