Food and room size is good. General facilities are nice. Would prefer memory care with rooms not down hallways but opening into central area . Staffing seems to be following minimal state standards- so it is sometimes difficult for staff to perform frequent checks and incontinence care

Overall our family is really happy with Laurel Glen. All staff members front and back are so kind and friendly, and I feel like they're genuinely doing the best they can. They help our loved one to be more involved in activities when she originally was more hesitant. The food menus are thoughtful and fresh and our loved one seems to always enjoy them. The entire facility is always kept very clean. The private and shared rooms are both very spacious.

He thinks the grounds are so pretty.... he likes that they are now organizing card games. I am going down to see him I. Few weeks. I will see how things are there now. We would recommend The Brennity to other families.

Apartment size is very roomy! Enough room for king size bed and nightstand + a recliner and side table. You share the bathroom between Jack and Jill style. Bathroom is spacious with nice roomy walk in shower. Also an over the sink cabinet for each person and a closet with shelves for towels and other items. Safe enough to leave your front door open all the time and wave as people go by. Activities appropriate for memory care. They come tell you the activity about to start 10 minutes early. Several staff members available at meal times for assistance. Some go above and beyond and some do the minimum. We latch on to the great ones. Care is provided with kindness. It takes a month for staff to learn all of a new persons needs and meet those needs. Quick response if someone has a fall and quick & safe transport to ER to be assessed.

This is a very nice up and coming facility. There are still some upgrades and renovations going on to some of the rooms. Everything seemed bright ad cheery. Staff seemed very welcome and inviting. If you need assisted living or memory care they are eager to filly their vacancies.

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. However, it does seem like they operate on a skeleton crew with not enough help--especially in the dining room. It takes a lot of time to be served. My mother complains that the food is very carbohydrate laden. The room is studio is extremely small but is more budget friendly. She likes being able to have her own furniture and her cat--both which are very important to her.

In my experience the staff has been very good, responsive, and helpful. To me the food is most always appetizing and my mother has enjoyed her meals. The activities were lacking for a while, but they have a new Activities person who is really trying to turn it around. I have seen an improvement since she has been there for last month or so. The apartment size is perfect in my opinion and really nice! The bathroom is roomy and set up appropriately for elderly people. I have had a few issues with room cleaning but when I mentioned it to Administration, it was taken care of immediately so that is all I could ask.

The food offers a good variety, but the posted meal service hours don't seem to be accurate. Residents are often encouraged to arrive early because staff say they may run out of food. If you arrive later, the staff can sometimes be rude. The apartment size is adequate, and the kitchenette meets basic needs. However, the bathroom is very small and would be difficult for someone who uses a walker or wheelchair. The facility is currently being renovated, and the improvements have made it look much better. However, the response time when my sister needs assistance in her apartment has been longer than expected. There have been times when we've waited over an hour for someone to respond.

The staff was very caring from the initial tour until our move out date. Activities are plentiful and meet a variety of interests. The apartments are beautiful! Unfortunately there were issue with the apartment on move in and resolution took days. By then my mom was very discouraged and we moved her out.

My mother has early onset dementia and Alzheimer's. For the past year, we have had nothing but an exceptional experience with this community. Any holiday, there is some sort of a celebration. My mom will call me about what she's doing, and about the friends she has met. When I go and visit, it is always clean, welcoming, and the staff are always there to help. When mom fell one time, they quickly called me, had 911 on the phone, and talked to me about meeting at the ER. I am so happy with the choice we have made with Mirabella. And they are redone carpet and paint and it looks amazing!

The people were very nice. It was a nice place. My mom just didn't want to leave her home. I would recommend Landon Ridge to others. It was nice.

His room and bathroom are always kept spotless, and everything is well maintained. He has a very small studio apartment, but the size is perfect for his needs and provides a comfortable living space. [name removed], the manager at Pathways at Briarview, is very attentive, caring, and always willing to help. Her staff is also wonderful, friendly, and professional. Everyone treats the residents with kindness, respect, and compassion, and it gives our family peace of mind knowing he is in such good hands.

The staff members were engaging, however our loved one said the food was processed. We would recommend this community to other families.

Nothing is ever perfect. I completely love my room. Have been treated well by all the staff. And they do a good job keeping my room clean.

[name removed] is an excellent person to talk to. The memory care area is real nice. Looks like a lot for residents to do. Single room is a little small but one doesn't need a lot of space. Bathrooms are nice. Outdoor area is great.

Food rating based on what my mil said. I never had any of what they served. Activity rating also based on her opinion. The ladies at the front desk. The people who provided hands on care and never seemed out of sorts with my sometimes difficult mil. Lots of great people but our favorite was usually [name removed]. Older Facility in excellent condition. Apartments were spacious. Excellent location. Average amenities, and the overall appearance was very clean and fresh.

We wanted my mom to be in Tomball and we were familiar with the facility and had a few recommendations from friends. Most of the workers are very friendly. She has a room that has recently been updated and is very nice. We were extremely frustrated with move in process, lack of information, room not ready when it was supposed to be and no communication from them when they were having issues getting information from doctors office. We didn't even know she needed a TB test until the last minute.

I was surprised that we did not get a follow up call. The furniture and carpeting in most places were “tired”. The overall impression was that it needed a re-do.
