Expensive, no linen service. Food is good, maintenance understaffed. Nice apartment. Good facilities. Staff is helpful.

Maureen showed us around several times. Very impressed with her. You have a nice facility. It was under renovation so I will want to see it when it’s finished.

It's a nice facility. We have toured others that were nice, vut we were very impressed by this one. Prices are reasonable considering all they provide. The only drawback is there isn't anything available on ground floor.

I can say my dad is settled and seems content so that is great getting him into the rotation of house cleaning and laundry took a bit and communication was a challenge so that is why 4 not 5. I would recommend and maybe it would be helpful if there were a prescribed follow up meeting at two or three weeks after placement not sure if that fits for what you're asking

I think this facilities is quite lovely. I am currently living at home and feel that that is an independent living for me at this time. I do think that the assisted living apartments are very small compared to the independent living I saw. I also believe that the facility is a whole is very large, which would require a lot of walking if you can still walk. I feel that if I needed assisted living I might be restricted.

The staff at Asher Point were friendly and very helpful. I was able to tour the building and looked at a couple of the apartments. While there I talked to several of the residence who all had good things to say.

The building and facility are beautiful, well maintained and feels like a 5 star hotel. I give it a 4 because the staff and leadership, while good, is not at the highest level. Feels like they are doing their job, but its a JOB, not a passion. Can't blame them for that, but it's more sterile and functional than some other senior living facilities, not as much passion around caring for seniors as we saw in some places. But the services are good, meals seem to be great, and they keep the residents active so they're checking all the boxes.

The facility is nice. Just a bit disappointed that no one was there to show us around on move in day. Apartment sizes and amenities offered to residents are great.

It was lovely and the new director was great--very informative and friendly. The reason I didn't select it is that the other places I toured had the washer/drying in every apartment rather than a group facility in the hall.

Staff seems to show over all compassion with family.

The extra services that my friend needed were offered for an additional fee. Also I liked the shared room situation. It was a great deal for her.

Main complaint was that were some fees that seemed excessive when we had to move my mom to a long term care facility. Otherwise I would recommend it.

The tour was very informative. The facility was beautiful, the setting very impressive. The staff we met, [name removed] and [name removed] were very knowledgeable. I had some concerns about the financial aspect but other than that it was a very comfortable place to be.

Stonefield was very nice-however it is located two towns away from our home: 45 minute drive. We are considering places much closer so our visit could be daily. [name removed] did a very good job.

[Name Removed] was very kind and knowledgeable. The facility is beautiful, clean and passed the sniff test. There seemed to be allot of activities for the residence.

4 only because the food is horrible my parents state. And they close the dining room most days at 430pm. Which is crazy, but everything else is really great. If they didn't have a full size kitchen in their apartment we would have moved them. But because my mother can cook it's fine. They love the community

The staff were all extremely friendly and excited that we were interested. We actually have decided to move into an apartment there.

Beautiful facility, clean, lots of activities going on. Very large with different wings, nicely laid out.

The Westmore is a hidden gem. They don't have a huge online presence and I feel like it would not have been possible to find them without A Place for Mom. They cared very well for my grandfather in his final months and I am thankful that we were able to put him in a place where he was cared for

The service in the cafeteria is slow.
