Housekeeping could be improved in "common areas-laundry, hallways, etc. Not pleased with the way they interact with Hospice ie: Backed out of 2 showers a week instead of leaving Hospice 2 per week in addition to theirs. Elision subtracted their own; leaving my husband to be showered by Hospice only.

It is a stand alone memory care facility. They have shared and private rooms available. Yes, we would recommend Bristol Park at Conroe to other families based on the experience so far.

Staff are very helpful. Activities are very well programmed. Food is fine. Could be better.

The staff is very friendly, they watched out for my brother and called for EMS, which is not part of their job description, but they ernt above and beyond. The food is good and they try to serve a varied menu. The amenities are okay, but my brother doesn't use them very much. Mostly because he doesn't want to, not because they aren't available. There is a decent gym, an activity center with things going on every day. There is a shuttle that runs twice a week to wherever the residents want to go in Round Rock. There is housekeeping sevice once a week, three meals every day. The grounds are lovely. Remodeling of the building has been going on to improve the apartments and facilities. I like that ir is affordable for my brother, but not cut-rate. We are all very happy with [name removed] move into the Asher Point community.

I was offered a big discount on my rent due to the renovation that is ongoing. I’ve only been here a week but the staff is extremely helpful and continue to help me with anything they can. The food is hit and miss but you can order from an alternate menu that offers everything from a chef’s salad and hamburgers to chili cheese dogs and stuffed potatoes. I don’t have to pay for bills as it is all included, even cable tv. So far, so good and I’m settling in nicely.

Living on the lake is wonderful! We also like the fact that they allow pets. The cottages allow us the luxury of having our larger dogs to have a fenced yard. We also have one of the larger cottages with a little over 1400 square feet plus an attached single garage.

I rate the food with an 8 out of 10. The house keeping is poor at best. Public and outside areas always look nice. They don't do a deep cleaning weekly in the rooms as they say in the advertising . Mine has never been done . Maintenance falls short on ratings also, they may or may no getting around to the discrepancy. Employees with no handicap are allowed to park in handicap parking reserved for handicap residents .

Nice place. Nice people. Food is awful. I would recommend to others.

Friendly residents and staff also beautiful outdoor scenery. The quality of our meals have deteriorated since a head cook quit about a month ago.

Staff was always great, sometimes short on staff, food very good, best care for dad, overall good facility that I would recommend.

I was supposed to move in a week after signing lease. I had sons bring everything they could pack and carry in two cars. I moved into a completely rehabbed apartment which was done poorly with 10 problems including unusable bathroom. Gave list and feelings about this to [name removed] the director who initially seemed perplexed but after viewing the apartment offered to completely move and pay for part 2 of my move if I gave him a week, and all 10 of my things would be taken care of. So his crew came a week later, [name removed] and [name removed] and moved my stuff into my new apartment. It was not ready and 8 things fixed, still no useable bathroom and too large of refrigerator so not ready. But I was there and had to use stranger’s shower for a week. The bathroom problem turned out to be major but was fixed in a week. So after 2 weeks and and other things going wrong, I was settled. Staff are wonderful, friendly & responsive to complaints. Food very good. Many very nice residents and I like it more each day.

The facility is beautifully kept. My mother loves her apartment. Our only issue has been with the dining room staff. If you are late you must wait until everyone in that course is served before they will wait on you.

The food is awful per my mother. You have to pay for the food service even if you don't eat the food. The location is nice. Her apartment has full size kitchen and a walk in tub. All the suites have been updated. My mom loves the personnel there and her community friends.

The facility is clean and staff is extremely accommodating to our specific needs and super friendly

My sister-in-law that lives there really likes it overall. Her main complaint is the food, not always good and few options for diabetics. They also don't have enough servers, so food often takes a long time to arrive and is cold. There are lots of activities for people of all physical capabilities. Transportation is only available 3 days a week, so sometimes difficult to schedule rides to and from doctor's appointments, etc. Would be better if transportation was available Monday to Friday. Residents are not fond of Director, but other staff members are friendly and helpful. Emergency necklaces are available where you can push a button to get emergency help immediately and that is a huge plus.

care outside of facility (VA and private care givers). some of the staff are great! charged to pickup food from the kitchen 5 dollars, if I pickup the meal myself, what am I charged, very rare that I eat in the dining room due to medical and caregiver appointments.

The dining is great in that they invite you to sit at a different table each night. Great chance to get to know many residents.

I am happy here and I think this is one of the best facilities for the money. I don't think any of them are perfect. I love the other residents here and all the things we do together.

The staff are willing to listen and work with you on the needs of resident!

After being settled at Mirabella for approximately 3 months I can say that my mother has taken kindly to the staff and has started to feel much more comfortable and more "at home". She's not very mobile so she relies on the assistance that Mirabella provides. However I will say, that in most cases, they do not adhere to the 10 minute response time that was guaranteed. It hasn't become a huge problem but it is definitely top of mind, and on occasion an irritation when she needs to use the bathroom or get out of bed. I do worry that it will be an issue one day She loves the staff/aids and they are very attentive, once they arrive to her room. And, she has no complaints regarding the food
