A Place for Mom advisers were the BEST! Very understanding that i had NO CLUE where to start looking for a place for my Mom. My Mother was a School Teacher for 30 yrs. Very out spoken & opinionated! I was so scared she would not be happy... WELL, she loves the Brookdale property A Place for Mom helped me find. WE are from the SOUTH.. U would think my Mom landed in HIGH COTTON.... This place is like walking into the RITZ! Definitely treated the best! When people say they are sorry my Mom is in an Assisted living... It's funny.... My friends & i look forward to one day being treated sooo well.. Happy hours, Dancing, Drivers, Etc My Mom LOVES it! xoxo! Punkin

The only problem I had was they did not make it clear that my mom would not be able to have her scooter there. She was very disappointed. In the future they should be more forthcoming of things. Overall it is a great place.

Mother lived at Newforest for 3 years. She loved the friends she made and felt a new since of worth, being able to assist her friends! Loved the food in the dining room, but more importantly the company and the food service staff! The staff was amazing, caring, personable and eager to please! Management is engaged in the day to day life that happens caring for seniors! Randy's compassion and love for his job, is almost contagious with the staff! Assisted living was safe, ensuring meals we eaten and med's were taken, again a warm and caring staff! The levels of care are so wonderful as health changes. I highly recommend !

This is a very nice place. The decor is beautiful and the staff is so wonderful. There are so many activities and they really seem like a lot of fun. The food here is also excellent. This is a great retirement community.

Very nice place. Quiet with very friendly residents and staff. I personally like the food very much.

We had so many wonderful options to look at. This was a really nice place. I liked that they had three meals a day, and the rooms were all so lovely.

I am very satisfied with The Mirabella. The staff are concerned about the well being of their residents. Safety and care for the residents is their first priority. I was present visiting my mother the other day when one of the staff noticed that the door had been had been left ajar when the kitchen staff left when getting the dirty dishes after the evening meal. They immediately closed the door and did a head count to ensure that none of the residents had gotten out.

Everything is going really good at Brookdale South San Angelo. The attitudes of the staff are wonderful. They offer plenty of activities though my dad doesn't participate. I don't have anything negative that I would say about this facility.

At Brookdale Marietta they are very friendly and the staff work hard at getting their residents involved. They don't just accept them not showing up, they hustle them out. They are working with a lot of confused people and they do so well making sure they are engaged. The dining room staff are hilarious, so it makes for a really fun environment while eating. The facility is clean and spacious. It isn't overly cluttered and that is one of the things that stood out about this facility.

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds. You feel like you are entering a high end hotel when you walk in the door. Couldn't be more pleased. The only drawback is the size of the building if you have trouble getting around.

I am very pleased with everything here at Isle of Kingwood. The help is good and responsive. The people in charge are friendly and helpful. They have bible study, and bingo and sit and be fit five days a week, and so much more. It works out very well. I don't always eat the menu, I don't always like the food options for that day, but I order what I want and they give it to me. They do my laundry and clean once a week. I would recommend it to anybody. I think they would be very happy here.

My experience with Heritage Place was a very good one. They are very caring people who really try to accommodate your loved ones needs. The facility is new and very comfortable. Our experience is specifically with the Memory Care unit and I would highly recommend this Assisted Living/Memory Care Facility.

From first online contact to actual move-in, our experience with the staff at Cowhorn Creek has been great! Not only is the residence beautiful and affordable for us but the services on site met a lot of our needs. Only wish their was a better availability of "gopher" services for the more transport challenged. Love the fact that the staff & residents notice when our loved one is having a difficult time. They seem to look out for one another!

Great staff, and care for residents. Memory care unit is fantastic. Very safe and secure. Very nice. Recommend very highly.

Overall it's been good. The food has been spotty. We were told that it was because a death in family of the main chef. We are watching to see if it improves when he comes back. All in all it's been pretty good. They are a new facility, and I think they just need to get their feet under them.

Love this community! The Maintenance Director is fantastic! We love Al!!! Everyone should have an Al! Great community and great staff. I wouldn't have my loved one anywhere else but Heartis Conroe!

Aberdeen has a great atomosphere and friendly qualified staff. Food service is good and facility is kept clean and neat.

It's going well. I am pleased with them so far. I have been real pleased with the meals they have provided. They have good variety and are nutritious, and taste good. I know they have a lot of activities going on, but I would like to see a little more variety, and to cater to more what the residents need.

I like the interior design and exterior design of the facility. Most of the care givers seems to be very happy doing their jobs. The administrators and managers seem to care about what their doing. They also seem to be caring of their clients.

My Mom is a resident at The Windcrest on Van Dorn and really enjoys being there. I have eaten there myself and the food is very good. The dining staff seems very well organized. They have a separate dining area for when family visits. There is a wide variety of food and a regular and special menu. It appears that they are properly staffed and no issues have come up. The residents wear safety pendants and calls are answered promptly. They do go on outings and the only complaint I may have is there is only room for one wheelchair patient and it fills up quickly. Overall I am impressed with this community and the staff!
