Everything is going good. I really love my place. It's roomy and lots of windows. Some days ok but not the best. I think they are trying to be healthy

The facility is safe, clean, and highly functional. The staff is extremely friendly. They never, ever pass you in the hall without greeting you. They knew my aunt's name within a week! This includes the custodial staff. Unbelievable! The activities are great-every day, all day long-including scheduled live entertainment guests and jewelry vendor days. My aunt loves it! I must admit, as a guest, I also enjoy happy hour and snacks. The scheduled Town Hall meetings really help my aunt feel heard and that she belongs to the Landon Ridge community. During tours and walkthroughs, my 91-year-old aunt will even encourage guests to choose Landon Ridge. As a family member, I find comfort knowing she has friends and is happy. The administration is hands-on and visible, always walking around the building and willing to talk to you in real time, welcoming you in the office. One administrator even shared a cell number with me. Lastly, the scheduled van transportation at Landon Ridge is a big plus-clean van and safe driver. My only request is that they add more hot vegetables to the menu.

I enjoyed my tour of Landon Ridge. The facility was absolutely gorgeous. However, for my father-in-law it will not be a good fit for his personality and personal taste in comforts. The facility was large and opulent, and although beautiful, he would not be comfortable as he prefers a smaller more simple environment.

The facility was very nice but not suited to my father’s desires. It is suited to a much more active lifestyle than a 94 year old wants. I can see it would be good for a younger senior.

Since this was my first one, I have nothing to compare it to. The whole facility seemed rather ‘dead.’ Very little activity in open spaces and hall, where the model was shown, was completely empty. I found that odd. Dining hall looked nice and everything was very clean and tidy!

I would say a 4 out of 5 on the experience. It took my mom a while to finally feel comfortable there. The feel of the facility is a little hospital feel maybe due to the age of the building. The staff is kind but the front desk man could be more presentable not in his appearance but as a front desk person being approachable. They have many activities for the residents.

Rooms were much too small especially the kitchen. We could not be happy in this place. The food that was given to us was very good and tasty and the people were very nice.

Her apartment has been fully renovated and is brand new. It looks wonderful and they keep it very clean. The size is currently perfect for her needs The staff has been very friendly and have been very happy to answer any in all questions we have had to this point. 4 overall because there has been some confusion during move-in and often times information is not put out in an organized or timely manner. My mother seems very happy with the activities and their ability to assist her with transportation to dialysis three days a week. Overall, she has been very happy with the food.

Our contact [name removed] was easy to work with and was quick to respond to my emails and questions. The renovated units look very nice. The calendar of activities appear to be in line with what we are looking for. One area of concern is the availability of limited number of parking spots.

Sales person was great but the facility was only a little smaller than my dad’s current facility. We are looking for even smaller. I liked the fact that they take residents fishing and for ice cream! It seemed they had plenty of activities. Building could use some refresh on the outside and some areas inside.

I felt the Harrison was spacious and clean, both the common areas and the rooms. They had many nooks and crannies to sit and chat or read. I felt they offered enough to satisfy the residents. They had a bistro and a happy hour social bar. All came with nominal charges which could be charged to the room or on a credit card. The sales team really tried to work with us to meet our budget, offering many deals. It seems like a nice place.

I have a beautiful room, excellent security, the facilityis kept very clean, the staff is wonderful, but both the food and food service is well below expectations. The value for the money is very good. There are many nice activities offered.

[removed name] was kind and proactive with my mom's care. I felt like most of the staff got to know my mom and her specific needs. Mom had a roommate in an adjoining room with a shared bathroom. It was plenty of space for my mom. The activities that Bristol Park created for their residents were designed to keep the entertained and emotionally, mentally and physically stimulated.

Very Clean. Employees are very attentive to residents. Food is way better than expected and plentiful.Serving staff in dining room are attentive and polite. One bedroom apartments are of a reasonable size. Bring your own furniture. Residents are friendly but are older and appear to be happy with the services provided. Good reviews on websites. Price seems acceptable but annual price increases are controlled by the company, so you never know what your next year's rate will be. Convenient location, lots of stores nearby. Sales rep is knowledgeable and doesn't apply pressure to sign up.

With no prior experience to the care business other that 4-5 years of home care. Finally placed spouse in a care facility. Initial disappointment grew less troubles after 1500 daily visits. Time proved the important actions and care of your loved one were the focus of the staff as my spouse has slipped it is comforting to know that the need and welfare of the resident is in good hands and their priorities are in the right place.

It is a clean place with nice and helpful staff. I would highly recommend.

Mostly cold when received and sometimes cannot identify what we are supposed to eat 1. 7. Activities. Lots of activities from bowling to bingo . 5. 8. Value for money. Pretty good except for food . Spend a lot on food I can eat.

The facility is too far too small for my liking. There were 30 independent living facilities and a shared kitchen with assisted living. I feel that I need more folks to socialize with. Limited amount of programs in an outdoor pool that would not be used 365 days.
