The staff and residents are very friendly and are always helpful. The food seems to be tasty. Value for the money is pretty good. Plenty of activities. Quality of care is good also. Everything seems clean

The staff is very welcoming and caring. They always referred to residence of their first name and are very helpful and accommodating. Lots of activities for assisted living residence. Including both on campus and field trips.

Sit down lunch and dinners at tables with tablecloths and a serving staff. A menu with two choices of entrees daily on the right side and on the left side is a menu of numerous choices "always available" in case the two daily entrees are of no interest to the resident. Packages received are delivered to your apartment door; you do not have to carry them from a central location. The tablecloths and servers add to the ambiance of the dining room. The dress code for men and women also add to the atmosphere. On special occasions entertainment is available and welcomed. Many activities are available to residents(. Everyone is very friendly!

This place will meet their needs for now and is comfortable. They would like it there and the space will work for them. However it doesn’t have Memory Care and it might be after [name removed] memory testing is completed that we need to find more care than Bella Vista can provide. I could see my in-laws living there.

Some things we like the most about the community is that it is in a good location and it is kept clean. There have been some upgrades and renovations as well. They have a caring group or residents and staff members. Yes, we would recommend Asher Point to other families

Wilshire positive experience, Independent Living:: - Beautiful, high end accommodations in all living spaces, amenities & common areas - amazing activities calendar & group events offered - transportation options easy to schedule and utilize - dining is always a pleasant experience with good selections available - overall staff has been amazing with helpfulness, attentiveness, and communication - no issues with security or maintenance - have a residents "board" and town hall type meeting so residents are able to participate and voice any concerns or requests - we enjoy our family visits and the friendly welcoming atmosphere

They have very nice staff, food is fresh, good dining experience. room are good size and could be mop on a weekly basis would be good. My love one is adjusting good. For this short time here, she's doing much better. Loving this facility.

Positives: Good price, good food, nice rooms, most staff very caring and helpful. The residents are nice and helpful. Negatives: Not much in way of activities. communication isn't always the best such as with physicians and staff. No one seems to know a lot about phones for room, internet, etc. Have to mostly figure out on your own. All in all it's been fine after we got over the first few weeks.

Room was perfect! Bathroom was great! [name removed] always said there was too much food at any meal and it seemed like it was always time to eat. Food was okay. Staff adapted to her needs in the dining room. Room was clean. It was nice to have [name removed]' clothes washed separately from everyone else's. [name removed] never participated in activities. However, lots of activities were offered. Lyndale is a good place to live if you can no longer live at home.

First of all everything here is spotless first class! We have a wonderful cottage and so far have been very happy with our experience. No place. is perfect and this one isn't either. There are things that I would change if I were asked. They work hard at pleasing people and the activities are abundant. They've had some staffing problems in administration, but they're seem to be getting everything straightened out. Our meals are 5 courses and fine dining now they do their best to offer activities for everyone. The food is very good. It's like fine dining going to the dining hall, white linens, table cloths. On Valentine's Day they served large lobsters and chocolate dipped strawberries for desert. (along with soup, salad, risotto and vegetables) and flowers on the table. It looks beautiful. It's like going out to dinner every night. The menus are even in big tall leather folders like in a really fancy restaurant. We always have white linens and flowers, not just on Valentine's Day.

I would say overall good, simply because I was promised more help dealing with her long term care insurance than I was given. That being said, there are new workers there now, specifically in billing, and they are much more helpful than the people we started with. Everything else seems pretty good. They have activities, fertile trips, parties, and walking clubs. It is always clean when I'm there, and they're good at communicating when there is an issue, like with the ice storm. One other thing, the administrative staff have also been very patient and helpful with us getting behind on paying while we were fighting with my mom's insurance, so that was really lovely as well. I really appreciated their help and understanding.

The building was clean and well maintained. The courtyard area was small and not real inviting. I feel that my mother is not quite ready for an assisted living facility. There were activities; but, I think she needs a more robust atmosphere to keep her engaged.

Beautiful property. Most of the staff is amazing! Food is pretty good. Unfortunately the dining hours are very restrictive. Very clean with tons of activities and entertainment options. Lots of health and personal services available on site. Only issue we've had other than the dining hours is the administration doesn't always communicate well (sometimes difficult to even get a response) if you have a major issue with your loved one. Overall, I would recommend The Elison.

The room size is very good, the activities are great they are always doing things. The staff is just ok.

The staff was warm and welcoming. They greeted residents often. They have a homey feeling. Meals looked great and residents seemed happy. They offer PT and lots of activities for them.

The property is safe, well maintained and clean. The staff is very kind and patient. The soup, any kind of potato, daily fish and desserts are fantastic! Dad is easing into the feel of this new community. Would definitely recommend!

Appreciate the staff and what they do very much. I gave a four to the food because my mil complains about it but what I have seen looks fine. Activities are good but sometimes seem a little infantilizing. Church seems to be all Baptist and not really addressing any religious diversity. Absolutely NO diversity among the residents but some with the staff. The price of care seems pretty reasonable to start with but lots of nickel and dime charges such as [removed]$ for bringing food to the residents and [removed]$ for extra laundry per load. Everyone is very attentive and patient with my mil-

The facility was clean and better than I had expected. My tour guide, [name removed], was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all my questions and concerns and provided food for thought as we work through the world of memory care. My only real concern was the shared rooms. They were small and space was divided by furniture. It reminded me of a dorm room, but I had not known what to expect as this was my first visit to a memory care facility. There are some outdoor renovations in progress as well

Beautiful amenities and apartments, caring staff. We had a few hiccups moving in but the staff reacted quickly and made it right. Highly recommend!
