We are on a tight budget and this place offered the most for us without compromising safety, cleanliness and amenities. Some of the 5K and above residences didn't offer some of the things we are receiving. They are very nice, answer any questions, the residents are very welcoming. It's clean and offer many social options.

Nice place. Good value, good experience. All in all, it has been a good experience. While it appears that the Estates are somewhat short-staffed, the employees that are available are very accommodating and pleasant, and willing to work out simple difficulties such as maintenance issues or borrowing equipment for the sake of moving heavy items. I think Mom is very comfortable there while knowing that this will most likely be her last home.

It's very beautiful. Seems like I have questions and nobody has the answers. With her care and her medication's. We picked this community because of the location, gorgeous property spacious room activities. But there doesn't seem to be as many activities as they told me about for the assisted-living side.

The leasing and move in experience with Mirabella Living and Memory Care was very positive. The staff is very helpful. The housekeeping is better than when my family member lived at home. Communication is good with my family member who is very alert and the staff. The move in process went smooth and the meals are good. We would definitely recommend Mirabella Living and Memory Care to other families.

They are very short staffed, although the people that work there are wondrful. They could improve on the food. We picked this community because we really like the feel of the place, it's clean/neat, and the staff/residents is very friendy.

The ease of access and within the building and peace of mind for the family members and guest. Taken into consideration: Prestonwood Court is well worth the cost for the quality of care and our peace of mind.

Our family had an in-person tour with Lyndale Abilene Memory Care and overall it was a good community and tour experience, but it was just not going to be the right place for our loved one

I would recommend. I placed her there because the staff all came and talked to us and us when we visited. They were all happy employees and had worked there for awhile. I also picked this community because of Medicare reviews, and other reviews.

The staff was very nice and we felt like it offered what we were seeking.I would highly recommend the community, the dining staff and the activity director have been great.

We had a chance to tour Laurel Glen at Stephenville and overall it was a good tour experience, it was a hard decision. I think my dad would have done well at either place. I just felt he would be a bit ore comfortable at [community name removed]

The food that they prepare for the residents is horrible, but what I like the most about the community is the friendly residents. At the moment I do not know if I would recommend the Holiday Renaissance-Austin community to other families - probably not until the situation with the food changes.

My loved one is currently a resident at Bellarose Senior Living and everything has been great for him at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and care services are also great. The food is okay. This facility is a charming place! I would recommend Bellarose Senior Living to family and friends.

I would recommend Bristol park to others for sure.It's great. I love the team there and feel my mom is well looked after and the staff care about her.

We picked this community because of the location and the beautiful grounds and apartments. Our experience overall has been great. There have been many staff changes. My mom loves the apartment and is doing so much better than living alone. I would like to see them incorporate more fun activities. Like movies or joke nights. They always need to laugh and I find that the residents love too and look for any reason. Thanks for your help. I'm hoping that Sagora puts some capital into keeping it maintained. There are many washing machines out of order that they have said will be replaced going on year now. I am hoping the rent does not go up 10 percent every year but lower than 5 percent as promised.

We picked this community because of the price. Recent remodel is nice. It is nice to have a security pendant. I believe my aunt is happy with her apartment.Help is friendly.

Community is welcoming and inviting. They show compassion and give attentive care. Their communication and understanding while looking for an ALF. Definitely would recommend.

I liked the Heartis Arlington community because it has all been renovated recently both assisted living and memory care look great. I just moved my Mom to the memory care side and I have been happy with the services so far. The assisted living side could offer a little more attention to the residents.

We found the caregivers at Bristol Park at Conroe to be very nice and helpful. My mother in law has good days and bad days of course. The caregivers are very patient with our loved one and I do like how they try to get her to interact with the activities that are offered there.

Mom seems to be doing better at Lyndale. They expect her to do more for herself, which has meant she gets out of her room more and has participated in more of the activities. Lyndale is more for someone who can be more independent. That has taken some adjustment for Mom, but she has been figuring it out. Lyndale also has "outings" for their residents like taking them to the grocery store once a month, which my mom really likes.

Make sure they know they have to set appt up when the doctor rounds are now they are letting a nurse practitioner see the patience n make the rounds. Will they give u a time if u want to meet her there at Bella Rose? Doctor's office does not call back. I call again finally got a nurse to talk to that listened and heard the word infected . So now y they will send home health out to check the wound? And now several weeks later that's been infected they are sending an antibiotic for her to take! Whew it's been a mess.
