Arden Courts of Old Orchard has been absolutely amazing! They have been really caring and in touch with us, about not only my moms needs, but me and my family's' needs. They've even offered us help with counseling and group therapy sessions, because it is a difficult process to go through. They've been outstanding with the level of care and attention given to our family.

I love this place. I want someone to recognize [name removed]. She is a wonderful caregiver and has been there for 20 years. I don't think these employees get enough recognition for their long term service.

They only deal with Alzheimer's and dementia residents. The care was wonderful and I was very happy with the experience.

I went with Lely Palms because I really liked the appearance, the landscaping, and the cleanliness of the facility. It is a very well taken care of facility and it is actually cheaper than where I was living previously. The apartment sizes are very spacious, the two bedrooms are about 1100 square feet and the 1 bedrooms are about 720 square feet. They have studio apartments and villas available as well. There are 2 choices of living, they have a general renter and full service renter. They do have bus services available if you need rides places as well. I have been very happy with my experience and think Lely Palms is a wonderful place.

Mom has vascular dementia and was at Arden Courts of Parma for a little over a year. Her care during that time was excellent. The staff is experienced and many have been there for a long time. Mom is a wanderer and loved walking down the different themed wings, which kept her busy. The setting is very home-like and the garden path outside was nice to walk. The activities director did a great job as well as Sean, the current executive director. Sean is phenomenal with the residents and communicative with the family. The food was good too. We are so sad that ProMedica does not accept Medicaid but highly recommend to anyone seeking memory care that is able to private pay.

As of yet they seem to be managing my mom just fine. They keep me informed of any issues that come up, and I am pleased with her nurse. They try to keep her involved in activities as much as possible without forcing her to participate.

We have been really pleased so far with the Arden Courts community, and the staff members there get 5+ when it comes to their friendliness. Our loved one is a picky eater and we have only heard good things about the food - no complaints as of yet. She also seems to be doing really when with all the activities they have to offer and based on our overall experience we would recommend them to other families.

I thought Arden Courts was excellent, especially for memory care. They specialize in memory care, and I was blown away by the difference that makes in their ability to care for a loved one with dementia. I liked that there was access to a large, fully enclosed, outdoor courtyard with picnic tables and other seating. Unlike more expensive places, the outdoor space was larger and had green space. It wasn't just a concrete pad with a couple of planters. I thought the care was great as well. And it was a great value, especially compared to some of the other places I looked at.

My husband has been at the Auberge of Plano for [dates removed] and I have been extremely pleased with his care. The care givers are well trained in dealing with Alzheimer's patients and they are loving, kind & patient. The staff is excellent! Great programs are provided for the residents as well as a host of dogs, cats and birds for the residents to love on. I highly recommend the Auberge!

My wife was a resident at Arden Courts for over 3 1/2 years. During that period of time the facility successfully navigated its way through the Covid Virus outbreak. That speaks to the expectation of knowing your loved one is in a safe environment. Current management is raising and maintaining the bar for a high level of care. They are dedicated to making sure your level of care expectations are met. The facility has excellent program management paying particular attention to seasonal holidays and birthday celebrations. The meals are delicious and nutritionally balanced. My wife recently passed away and was allowed to do so being comfortable, without pain and with dignity. I have no problem recommending this facility for a safe place for a loved one.

I have already recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff have been wonderful to work with. They have been able to accommodate the family's requests quickly in various departments. Medication management, hygiene, dressing, and bathing assistance are some of the care the community is able to provide.

When it became necessary for me to find memory care placement for my 74 year old husband, I researched and visited several facilities in the Lehigh Valley. I chose Arden Courts because they specialize in memory care. The small house setting is ideal, with a ratio of 2 staff for each group of 12 residents. The administrators and staff are upbeat and knowledgeable and know each resident by name. The director of nursing is exceptional and works closely with both the residents and their families. The setting was ideal for my husband who is still physically active. We enjoy taking walks on the secure grounds, and I also sign my husband out to visit the nearby places, take him to lunch, etc. Friends and relatives who have visited my husband have all told me they are impressed with the care he is receiving.

This isn't the fanciest place; however, one thing that sold us is that the feeling of family from the staff and the way the community made us feel at home at the tour. The staff are super patient in providing response to my questions or concerns. The admin staff are the same way. They treat my loved one well, and make sure the family feels the same way. Medication management, hygiene, and bathing assistance are some of the care provided by the community. The monthly fee includes the care, all three meals and snacks, activities, the apartment, housekeeping, laundry, and changing of linens.

This was a very nice community, the difference was that they did not allow pets at this community and my loved one wanted to be able to have his pet.

In the short amount of time our loved one has been at Arden Courts it has been a night and day experience and that is because they solely focus on memory care. The social activities they say they are going to have actually happen. The staff that are there are long standing, some have been there for years and years and others more than a decade. They really do their best getting the residents involved with different things. It was clear to us in a very short time that they really care about our loved one and the other residents. They do follow ups on the medical side of things, and our loved ones condition has really turned around.

This was our second choice, it looked great and was very colorful but it was more out of our loved ones budget than another community that we were looking at. This was a fantastic tour and made us want to go here.

Linden Village was the best out of the facilities that we looked at. The staff let you know all the time how your loved one is doing and if there are any questions or concerns, they have been great with communication. They have things going on 3 or 4 times a day. They do crafts, questions and readings about history, finger nail painting, holiday parties, etc. We get a list of the activities and what all is happening at what time. Overall we have been very pleased and would recommend them to others looking.

My mom moved in at Arden and it was the best decision I made. My mom loves it there. You can tell that the staff really do care about the residents. Facility is always clean and my mom is thriving here. I highly recommend!

my friend was at Arden Courts for 4 years. I was with her everyday and really got to know the caregivers and staff. they are all very professional and helpful. no facility is perfect, but Arden Courts in Delray Beach does a fine job.

I've already recommended them to others. I've been really satisficed because they've done what I've asked and wanted them to do. My husband was kept clean and comfortable. The nurses/aides came in to check on him often. And I liked that I got a call from them every morning letting me know how he was doing that morning. I thought the facility was clean, and I liked the location. There wasn't a lot of traffic to deal with. All in all I was very satisfied with them. I enjoyed everybody there from the receptionists to the aides. Everybody was very accommodating and congenial. If you have to have a place like that for a loved one, it was rather enjoyable to go there.
