Our family looked at other facilities, and my sister called me after looking at Arden Courts to say this is exactly what our dad needs. After moving him in here, I agree. He is doing more things than he did before. He seems to enjoy the meals and look forward to them. And he's getting out in the community and doing some coloring, which he wasn't doing before. He has people with him all the time and seems to be adjusting well with his dementia. They keep an eye on how he's doing and accepting the community. There are four sections of care, and they try to put each resident where they'll function their best. He is currently in a group with a quieter atmosphere that suits him better. And there are more gentleman in that group, so he has more people with more things in common to talk to. You can go in any time and visit. There are some limitations during Covid, but they update me all the time via email on Covid status. They require masks, and we visit in his room. The common areas are currently off limits until Covid settles back down. There are so many nice things about the community. There is a beautiful fenced in and secure courtyard where they can go out, weather permitting. The facility provides a walker or a wheelchair for your loved one if you don't have one. You can take your loved one home with you to visit and then bring them back. If they have to give any type of cream or medicine, they call you and tell you what has happened, what the doctor has said and the suggested treatment. But they always call you first. I feel very satisfied knowing my dad is being taken care of. That takes a big weight off of me.

After touring many fancy Alzheimer’s units we chose Arden Court. The home -like feeling from the building atmosphere to the staff was perfect. Many activities were offered to keep my husband occupied… no sitting in his room! Being a facility that only ares for Alzheimer’s and Dementia patients really makes a difference in the total patient care and attention . How fortunate we are to have caring facilities like Arden Court for our loved ones

with dementia affecting our loved ones live and possibly ours one day, we have found Solace in Arden Courts of West Palm Beach. Their entire staff as well as the careworkers are part of our family by providing care for our mother. call or visit their facility if needed. They are Angtels on Earth.

I love this place but due to the fact that it is self pay I do have to move my loved one. They do not have where Medicaid would be able to take over and this would be needed for my loved one. They are very friendly at this community. Since my loved one is in memory care they do their best to stimulate my loved one and do workouts or anything to stimulate her mind. They go outside and more to work with the residents.

My sister who has dementia LOVES where she lives - the staff is caring and knowledgeable in dementia and Alzheimer's. She does not even wish to leave to go to lunch of shopping. There are plenty of activities, a beautifully furnished and well kept "home". My husband and I live in Lely Palms Village - located by lakes, woods, surrounded by wildlife - we love it too!

Our family searched for the correct memory care center. After many tours of such facilities, we decided that Arden Courts of Lely Palms was the correct facility for our mother and my wife. The compassionate and professional staff proved to be the reason for our decision to entrust them with her care. We have seen a beautiful adjustment to her surroundings. Moved my mom into Arden Courts the day my dad died. I had only met the director the previous day. She arrived immediately to bring my mom to the facility, easing our way to bring my father to his resting place in New York. It has now been 2.5 years. My mom is happy, bust with activities, and thriving, even through the covid crisis! Facility is well staffed with caring people, clean and always attentive to my moms needs. Highly recommend Arden Courts for memory care.

This community is the gold standard for your loved one in need of memory care. All of the staff are invested in the well being and long term care of each client. From our initial admissions coordinator, the executive director to the chef, each care giver the nurses, the activities coordinator, and more each person takes great pride in caring for each client. The medical care coordination is top notch my father now has a psychiatrist, a physician, physical therapy, occupational therapy and proactive nurses that all contribute to wellness throughout the progression of this illness. All of these professionals are on site. I am very grateful for the dedication, my father came from another memory care facility and since coming to Arden Courts they have given him new life and stability which has given our family stability and improved our well being also. THe onsite barber who maintians my fathers hair cuts and beard is an added cherry on top. This is an excellent place place.

My husband recently became a residents at Arden Courts. His experience there has been highlighted with friendly, cheerful caregivers, a most wonderful, upbeat environment complemented by neat and clean, well maintained outside areas. The office personnel and medical staff have certainly gone the extra mile and continue to reach out not only to me, but to friends and family as well.

Arden Courts is well kept and pleasant along with the individual rooms, the meals are tasty and nutritious, I have had lunch with my mom occasionally. Residents are allowed to walk around and visit others. They are provided various activities; even gardening. I really liked the way the pandemic was handled. The staff responds to concerns and requests promptly. Residents are treated with respect.

I wish to recognize excellent at your facility Arden Courts in Naples, FL. My husband [name removed] is in Arden Courts memory care community in Naples FL. Attention, friendly, longevity of workers, pleasant faces are al there. When there are mistakes which happen they are recognized, addressed, and rectified. No facility is perfect, but responsibility creates a road for change and repair.

My aunt is a resident and is happy as can be. The staff is all pleasant and very helpful.

The people that are employed here are so helpful and kind. My sister is so very happy here.
