I recently toured Arden Courts of Seminole and read multiple reviews, looking for a place for my Grandmother. Arden Courts is a wonderful place for loved ones living with memory loss. The staff seemed caring, compassionate, and truly treated the residents like family. They provide a safe, welcoming environment while giving families peace of mind. I highly recommend Arden Courts!.

I would highly recommend Arden Court for your loved one. The facility is kept clean and the staff is friendly. They have different activities for the clients. Give them different kinds of snacks. If client needs any special attention they call and explain what they may need.

I was blown away by Arden Courts! What other community has a whole town built into their building!? Everyone of their staff is dementia certified and the program director keeps her residents engaged with some really cool and diverse activities!

Excellent, caring staff and staff-to-resident ratio. Nice facilities and nice programming. It is an extremely difficult situation and she is as well cared for there as can be expected. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

They are a personal care home but only have memory care at this location. There are some really good staff members here that make me feel confident that Mom is being taken care of. We've had a good experience with detailed communication from [name removed] the director. We really appreciate what they do for Mom because it was just too much to keep her home, it wasn't safe anymore.

We recently moved my dad into Arden. We visited about 3 other places before we made a decision. It was important to me and the family that we got to meet the operator and department heads. Everyone was very nice, knew what they were doing and approachable. They have continued to be this way for the past few weeks Dad has been there. He hasn't been the best resident but they know just what to do when he starts to sundown at night. I know we made the right choice.

Beautiful place, kind and caring staff, activities look very fun heard lots of laughter! Residents seem very content and management very open and committed.

Their staff is excellent and their customer service is great. They specialize in dementia and you can see it with their caregivers. Their memory care advisor is very passionate about her job and it shines through in her work. I highly recommend this community.

The staff is wonderful on the first day they recognized who family was and called us by name. Staff is caring and wonderful to deal with. All requests we have made have been handled in a timely and Passionate manner. The only issue I’ve had with the facility is parking.

We needed to move my mother in law here fairly quickly from a different state. [name removed] was so helpful as we worked through everything and made sure move in would go as well as it could. Everyone we met so far have been so kind and helpful, from the front desk to activities coordinator to medical staff. It's only been a few weeks so far, but we feel confident that she is receiving the care she needs during this time.

We are very grateful for the care and compassion our mother has received here. The staff are kind, patient, and attentive, and we feel confident knowing she is safe and well cared for. This has been a difficult journey for our family, and having a caring team supporting her has meant so much to us.

Our mother just had her 3 year anniversary at Arden Courts of Kensington. It was so difficult to leave her there, but it didn't take long for her to consider it her "home". The staff is exceptional. . .They truly love our mom. We especially want to shout out mom's favorite care-giver, [name removed] , the most wonderful head nurse, [name removed] and the outstanding memory care advisor who helps our family navigate difficult topics. Some facilities may appear better on the exterior. . .but it's the HEART at Arden Courts of Kensington that truly shines through.

We couldn’t have selected a better place for our mother to receive memory care. They are so kind, caring and supportive. The staff is amazing and I have grown to appreciate every one of them for the job they do. They treat mom as if she was their very own mother.

My father in law lives here and is very satisfied with it. He has friends and likes the food. He does not go out to many functions but he is happy getting in the courtyard as he is an avid bird watcher. The grounds are lovely with many trees and he loves to sit at the garden table and watch the wildlife. He feels safe and that is most important.

This is a fabulous facility (clean, smelled great, friendly staff) and our tour was great, but it's way out of our price range.

I came in for a tour. I was absolutely amazed. The programming department was having an art demo where all the residents were busy working on a project. Those not working on the project were relaxing outside in the very large courtyard which has beautiful landscaping with lots of birds , butterflies and flowers. I love how they are able to come and go outside as they want during the day as freedom is important for my family member who feels he is losing everything with his dementia. The culinary department has a window where you can watch the chefs work. The tour guide called it dinner and a show. I loved that my family was able to watch what they were making. The food being made when we came by looked and smelled delicious. Their was chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans and a strawberry sponge cake when we came by. We stopped by one of the family style dining tables they all said how good it was. Keep it up.

I have a friend here and I love watching the staff interact with the residents. They have a board in their lobby that shows the years of service. true dedication! I love to walk outside in the courtyard and so does my friend
