Thank you all for taking my sister in, my wife and i are exhausted and so grateful you were able to find a room for her. She seems to be eating so much better since she moved in and now she smiles when she sees us, she used to scowl when we walked in the door. Thank you so much.

I walked in to piano and frozen ice! My mom was singing Hey Jude and everyone was enjoying a Kona Ice. The atmosphere is always wonderful when i visit, everyone is upbeat and the caregivers are always engaging with my mom and others, I love coming to visit.

It’s lovely and my mom loves it here! The employees are so special. They all ask about my mom even if it is a different house staff. My mom loves the courtyard especially when the sun is shining. So quiet in the courtyards and Peaceful! My mom lives in dockside and the staff are so tenured.

I showed up at Arden about 2 years ago and in shambles. It was a road of disappointment that turned into realization and trust. The discouragement I felt was heard and received by staff at Arden. The grace the staff showed me will not be forgotten. Now I look forward to going to see my mom at Arden Courts. Instead of fear - it is replaced with confidence and looking forward to spending time with my mom! The caretakers are angels on this earth!

The people are so nice there and the facility is so clean. The people are so wonderful there. And make you feel like your family.

As a professional guardian it is a facility that I refer to the most. This property does an excellent job. The food is excellent. The activities are engaging. The particepants feel at home. Their activities are 7 days a week.

It is always a great visit at Arden Court. From the moment we enter the facility, the staff welcome is bright and warming. The facility is always clean and the staff and workers genuinely show concern for each other. We always leave with a positive outlook after our visit.

What an amazing place It is clean and the staff iis freindly. I love how they treat the staff and family members. If i had to choose a place for my ederly parents this would place would definetly be on the list.

The staff at Monroeville Arden Courts is very caring and attentive to the residents. The community is kept clean and well maintained. The food is really good, and overall it has been a positive experience.

There have been ups and downs with my husband and his behavior. But Arden Courts has been understanding and responsive, and now that he is on different medicine, he's doing much better, so it's going well.

This is far from an instututional setting. Light-coloured walls and home-style furnishings, an aquarium, a few common areas, an activity room that's constantly buzzing with events. We just went to the 2026 Summerfest. All the residents were out enjoying the sun and activities. Stuff like this goes on several times a year. Trick-or-treaters at Halloween. A banquet for Mother's Day. Churches on Sundays. Yoga. Trivia. So much going on. And every day. The staff tries to keep the residents involved in community and relationships and interactions. There's a piano for those who play, a Florida room and a gym. The humane society visits often with an animal. So much to keep people in good spirits and come out of their room.

We saw a lot of memory facilities and this was the favorite in terms of layout of the property. Lawn space is excellent and garden is a nice shaded area with a high fence for security. The room is smaller than I like but it is doable. Everyone looked happy and we love the bright cherry feel on the inside and has a beauty parlor for my mom. Good place for the value!

There are people who do there jobs with so much pride and [name removed] is just that person. Always with a smile and ready to help anyone at Arden Courts. She keeps the place as clean as possible and as safe as possible for the residents and the families members who come to visit their loved ones. My wife has been a resident at Arden Courts for almost two years and I have witnessed firsthand hand the work that [name removed] puts in. Along side [name removed] is [name removed] who also works in house keeping and does a fantastic job on her side of the facility. Both of these ladies deserve my thanks for the wonderful way they help keep Arden Courts clean and safe. Thank you both for what you do for Arden Courts.

The staff at Arden Courts are incredibly patient, caring, and attentive. They treat residents with dignity and compassion, and their kindness shines through in every interaction. It's comforting to know our loved one is in such capable and caring hands.

The staff is very caring and able to handle everything that comes up. They clearly enjoy their jobs. The residents are well cared for, the rooms clean. They also know family members when they visit and make them welcome and up to date on their loved one. The rooms size is fairly small but the residents are encouraged to be out and joining in activities. They have daily activities which are posted and done everyday. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. The ability to go outside whenever the weather permits is an added bonus.

Overall experience was wonderful. RN and staff were friendly and kind. I would highly recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

What we like the most about the community is how friendly the management and staff are. They go further to make sure that they are doing what they promised to do.

The staff are cheerful, kind, and caring. Several activities are offered daily. [name removed] is wonderful. I am very happy with the care they give.

They sponsored a talk by a dementia specialist a few days after move in. It was 4 hours of amazing information and increased understanding of dementia. In the middle, my mom walked in, saw me, and got upset. She thought she had "lost" me. As I was comforting her the activities director came up to her and distracted her, and got her to participate in an art activity while I finished up! In the previous facility, we were always made to feel like our mom was the problem and we had to "fix" her behavior. At Arden, they are trained to work with people with dementia and their families, and treat my mom and us with respect and compassion. The physical layout of the facility is thoughtfully designed- my mom felt trapped at the previous place and even though she has a much smaller room, she does not feel that way at Arden.

I am happy to report my sister is doing much better since she moved in last month. I told Peter we were on the fence as she wasn't very cooperative about moving into a community like this. Now, she's very happy and has a couple new buddies here and we are happy to see her smiling and energetic and overall happy. I want to thank the staff for their kindness and care for my sister and that my wife and kids all agree this was the best decision so thank you.
