I recently toured this facility during my orientation and it went great. Met all staff and all were attentive and committed to providing the best care for the residents.[Name Removed] was a great contributor to my training and [Name Removed] was very caring about the residents as well.

The greeting as you walk in the door, is always so pleasant & welcoming. As you continue through the hallways, staff are friendly. Building is clean & the residents enjoy the beauty of the large outdoor open walking area. The holidays are always festive & decorations galore. Events are well communicated. Staff are accommodating and will answer questions (health related & otherwise) as they arise. As a family member, I feel comforted knowing my loved one is in a safe environment.

My mom is a resident here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to care about the residents and their well being. It is clean and secure. I like the fact that there is secure pathways outside the residents can walk around in, and get fresh air.

I recently toured Arden Courts and found the staff to be friendly especially [Name Removed]. The residents were engaged in activities. Some of the residents were making beautiful bracelets while others were arranging flowers. The community was also very clean. I intend to bring my mother here for a respite stay in[Date Removed].

Appreciated that it's a small facility specifically for dementia and Alzheimer's patients. Actually a lovely secure comfortable facility, easy for the patients to maneuver. Each patient has their own room. Great that all patients in each unit eats their meals together in the dining room. Patients are encouraged not to stay in their rooms, and activities for everyone every morning and every afternoon. Other services provided such as haircuts, podiatrist, dentist, doctor. Lovely courtyard area. Very personable help at all times. We were very pleased with Arden Courts and I've recommended it numerous times to others.

The staff is very supportive and caring. It’s obvious my dad feels safe and secure in a loving environment. It was a very smooth transition for our family to place Dad in Arden Courts of West Orange. Activities are engaging and inviting.

Arden Courts of WPB consistently stands out as a warm, professional and caring memory care option for families. Arden Courts is clean, secure and has a homelike atmosphere. There is excellent communication and the team is genuinely focused on quality of life for those with Alzheimer's and Dementia!

So my mom, who has lived here for 2 years really loves the music here. Last week they had a guy that played the piano and squeezebox, i dont know what they call it. But she said she sang along the entire time and it was a hoot. She likes the food aad snacks, shes an eater, always eating but i guess it works for her. She's happy and content here. I love the caregivers, they all deserve a hug XOXOXO

My sister in law recently moved in. Everything they promised has come true so thats a good thing. She loves the food here and loves the puzzles, even the big ones. My wife and i looked at many places and this one being smaller got our attention. It worked and there is so much hands on here. The nurses are very nice and seem to know my sister in law very well already.

As a family, we are grateful, thankful and relieved to have our lives back and my sister is back to her old self and has taken to new friends. I think she has two favorite caregivers because she talks about both of them all the time. My brother in law is back to his old self too so hooray for all of us!

Excellent and happy place for my husband. In a short time he was able to get around in the facility. He was able to be mobile and enjoyed seeing all the people. He lived to wink at the nurses. More than once he said I like the people here!

I visited an old friend that lives at Arden Courts. He is doing very good. He eats well, enjoys activities and loves to walk outside in the beautiful backyard. He is part of their family. The facility is perfect for his needs. I wish all facilities can take a page from Arden Courts. They are wonderful.

This is a great place, very clean and friendly staff. The staff here really cares about their clients and family members. They treat the residents with care, dignity, and respect. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

Wish I had found it 3 years earlier. It's single focused on memory care. Staff is very caring. Activities every day with various levels of engagement. It's all on ground level. Residents can walk all over and go outside depending on the weather. It's also reasonably priced. You're not paying for shuttle buses and restaurants and amenities you'll never use. The staff is excellent and all are available to discuss any issues that may come up. Last point...in his previous facility, if he didn't want get up, they left him in his room all day. At Arden courts they get everyone up and out of their rooms unless they are sick.

I've been consistently impressed with the staff, many of whom have been part of the team for years. The facility itself has a warm, cheerful atmosphere that immediately feels welcoming. I also appreciate the variety of activities offered throughout the day, along with special events that invite family members to join in.

Our mom has been at Arden Courts for almost 10 months. The care she has received has been nothing but fantastic. The first 2 weeks she was there, we got a call from the director every day to let us know how she was doing and how she was coping with her surroundings. All of the staff takes really great care of her and mom has made friends and is doing so much better than if she was in her own home. She has a routine that she sticks to everyday, the staff love her and will call us with any concerns they may have with her health. I highly recommend Arden Courts for your memory care needs.

The community is wonderful! In my experience, I have a patient here and I feel it is very lovely, independent for the patients and the memory care feels like paradise. Beautiful courtyard. The staff is lovely, gentle, respectful, so much more I could say. I'm here every day, 7 days a week, they are just marvelous!

Arden Courts San Antonio is a great community with amazing staff! The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

We decided on The Auberge at Bee Cave after a visit with [Name Removed]. She spent so much time with us and showed us all around. She was so kind and compassionate. The place is really nice and has a warm and welcoming feeling.

Every time I travel to Arden Court Allentown to visit with clients. I am always greeted by the most warm and friendly staff. [Name Removed] is top notch management and on point with her knowledge. Will recommend to anyone.
