This will be a long post since I want anyone reading it to understand the depth of the extraordinary care that Arden Courts Memory Care in Chagrin Falls provides. Unlike other facilities, the application was the first indication of what the focus is at Arden Courts, that is, how to best care for your loved one, in my case, my mother. They wanted to know her preferences for food and hair care, her interests and hobbies, family and social activities, past impactful events, etc. I felt that the staff would have a good idea of who my mom is, and which section of the facility she would thrive in, before she ever stepped through their doors. I was not disappointed and was particularly grateful for the above the call of duty help the executive director, [Name Removed], gave in transferring my mom from her assisted living facility to Arden Courts. She kept me informed of my mom's transition, often relaying stories of her interactions with her so that I felt like I was actually visiting mom myself!

Arden Courts has been an absolute blessing for our family. My father was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and everyone there has been a true godsend. Her kindness, compassion, and personalized care go above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. She took the time to understand our needs, guide us through every step, and make us feel supported and at peace. We are so grateful for her and the entire team at Arden Courts.

The facility was excellent, the person I interviewed with was very knowledgeable and friendly. The cost was very competitive.

Our father has been a resident at Arden Court for 5 years. After touring multiple memory care communities, my brother and I knew this one was THE one. Dad thrived from the moment he moved in. The staff, from the top down, has to be the best in the business. Daily activities are over the top. They continue to outdo themselves. So visual stimulation, secure facility, friendly staff, and staff that is visible with the residence. Clean no smell. Yes I would highly recommend this facility!!!

The staff is very patient and responsive. They engage the residents with the activities not just offer activities. They encourage residents to engage in activities that make them feel valuable. The facility is wonderfully designed and feels like home. Mom has settled right in.

When my friend’s memory care facility announced it was closing, I was determined to find a new place for her that was loving and caring, clean and safe, with well-trained staff and professionals in the field of Memory Care. Arbor Courts is all that and so much more. At Arbor Courts there is a culture of kindness and responsibility. It feels like family. The staff, many of whom have worked at Arden Courts for many years, believe in the importance of what they are doing and care about each resident. Daily activities and fun special events are planned and implemented by an outstanding Activities Director and her assistants. A huge backyard with walking paths is also open during the day for residents. The Memory Care Advisor and Executive Director were extremely helpful in making sure all the move-in details were taken care of. The Executive Director called me each night the first week to report on how my friend was adapting. I highly recommend Arden Courts.

What we like the most about the community is that they are very professional and personable. My friend has adjusted so well due to the exceptional staff. Food looks great also.

A very good place to place your loved ones. Many activities for your loved and special programs. All the staff are very friendly. The room are kept very clean. The food and snacks are very good. The care staff really take care of your loved ones. The building your loved one is well-maintained.

I am grateful for the experience my uncle is having at Arden Courts. He is treated with care and respect. He was very hesitant to go because of his past experiences with memory care facilities, but the leadership and staff has helped him feel at ease. And I really appreciate the level of communication I receive from staff, whether it's about billing or just updates on how my uncle is doing.
