Our mom has been at Arden Courts for almost 10 months. The care she has received has been nothing but fantastic. The first 2 weeks she was there, we got a call from the director every day to let us know how she was doing and how she was coping with her surroundings. All of the staff takes really great care of her and mom has made friends and is doing so much better than if she was in her own home. She has a routine that she sticks to everyday, the staff love her and will call us with any concerns they may have with her health. I highly recommend Arden Courts for your memory care needs.

The community is wonderful! In my experience, I have a patient here and I feel it is very lovely, independent for the patients and the memory care feels like paradise. Beautiful courtyard. The staff is lovely, gentle, respectful, so much more I could say. I'm here every day, 7 days a week, they are just marvelous!

Arden Courts San Antonio is a great community with amazing staff! The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

We decided on The Auberge at Bee Cave after a visit with [Name Removed]. She spent so much time with us and showed us all around. She was so kind and compassionate. The place is really nice and has a warm and welcoming feeling.

Every time I travel to Arden Court Allentown to visit with clients. I am always greeted by the most warm and friendly staff. [Name Removed] is top notch management and on point with her knowledge. Will recommend to anyone.

Arden Courts of West Orange is a truly special place. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to the residents’ well-being. Such a wonderful experience with my mother. Well Taken care of like family. No issues. Well taken care of and watched over. Never had an issue. Caregivers were patience and kind. Understood how to care for resident with Dementia. Our family is grateful for the compassionate care at Arden Courts that was given to our Mother. We wanted the same for Aunt.

Having to make an emergency decision, as to where my husband would be living, after he left the hospital, i scheduled my first visit. I had scheduled an appointment with Arden & had a couple of other places that I planned to visit. Had a great tour & was discussing things when I had a call from the hospital, that they had discharged my husband and where did I want him to be delivered. The care and compassion that was given to me at that moment, made my decision. I just gave the Phone to [Name Removed] and said "tell them to bring him here".

We visit my step mother here, during our annual visit to FL, and call at other times to check up on her and speak to her on the office mobile phone. The office staff is very accommodating with these calls. She is unable to live independently, and has excellent care at this facility. Her room and bathroom are always clean and orderly. She has clean clothes available, and she is well fed. The staff is very friendly and respectful of the residents, and they address and encourage them all by name. My step mother had intense anxiety when she first came here, but as time has gone on, she has responded very well to her environment here and now seems mostly calm and contented. There are lots of activities for the residents and special holiday celebrations. We are very happy with the care she is receiving, and always look forward to our visits.

I would give a 5+ for all areas 1-8! We didn't deal with the full extent of food or activities but we were aware of them and they were very appropriate and supportive.

Amazing facility with amazing workers. It’s easy to tell when someone takes pride and what they do and not this facility, they do was in the best interest of the patient.

The staff were very friendly and personable. They took the time to interact with me when I would visit. The put together nice parties and the Christmas party for the whole family was wonderful. My mother passed away in December, but I thought it was a nice gesture that the director came to her wake. The staff really liked my mother and were broken up when I went there to collect her belongings.

My husband was at Arden Courts in Livonia for 26 days while I took a well deserved break. I am very satisfied with the facility. The staff I interacted with were caring and related to what my family was going through. They are knowledgeable about my husband's memory loss and dementia. I want to shout out to three staff there: 1. Direct care - [name removed]. He is the best. He respected my husband even with his challenging behavior. He made sure my husband was clean, properly dressed, and attended activities and ate with other residents. 2. Another staff is [name removed]. She called many times, helped eased my anxiety and guilt feelings and placed him in a facility. 3. Another staff is the Administrator. She walked me through the process and when I told her what my husband liked and how he liked to be addressed, she made sure the staff knew them. I would definitely use the facility again due to the above, plus cleanness and the option of one room per resident.

Very thankful that my mom is receiving very good care as she struggles with dementia. Her anxiety and mood has improved since she moved in 18 months ago. She enjoys the food and has made some nice friends. It is a much better situation for her and the family because she is now getting the proper care she deserves.

Wonderful place. Sadly, it’s out of our price range . It had all the amenities that my husband would need, but we just can’t afford it long term. I don’t want to move him again.

The staff especially [name removed] are so knowledgeable and compassionate. They respond to inquiries quickly. The facility is top of the category of professional staff.

The staff is very caring and the facility is very warm and homey. I would recommend Arden Courts to any seeking a place for their loved ones needing good care for their loved one. I think that you will find Arden Courts to be very warm and homey instead of feeling institutional. .

Care is amazing. Everyone is so positive very little turnaround in staff. I know he is in a safe environment. I am always welcomed by the staff to spend time with Dad. My Dad is always involved in an activity. There are special activities throughout the year. Medical and physical therapy is available. Good food and plenty of snacks. Outdoors is wonderful and beautiful. All in all glad I found Arden Courts of West Orange!

I just love coming to visit my mom here at Arden in Kensington. The staff are so friendly and always are so attentive to the residents. She is thriving and always so happy when we visit. She is always busy with activities and always on the move. The activities are always fun and engaging for the residents. There is also a weekly mass which is so nice and she looks forward to that every Friday. Arden has become a second home to us all as we know mostly everyone in the building and feel so welcome every time we walk in the door.the building is always so nice and well taken care of. Willard the dog is always a great addition to Arden. He is the resident therapy dog and is so sweet and the residents love to see and visit with him. We do bring him treats his owner Beth brings him around to visit all the residents.
