I cannot say enough about the team, and the magic, that makes Arden special! The building is wonderfully themed and kept in great shape, but its the staff that makes it sing! They truly care, and are passionate about a population most people would wish to ignore. From [Name Removed] who brings expertise and the hignest level of care, to [Name Removed] who manages all the Nursing needs there is a reason they were voted the top 1%. [Name removed] is the welcoming face most people meet when looking to move in bit she also has dedicated herself to all the residents and all of their needs. [Name removed] does the most amazing job with her team in creating a womderful calendar of appropriate events and activites that always blow me away. From [Name removed] welcomong everyone at the front door, to[ Name removed] who helps with administration and other needs, to [Name removed] who manages the property and keeps it in tip top shape, EVERYONE cares about the residents, knows their names, knows their family, and knows their story. This place is special!

I have been to many Assisted Living and Memory Care communities as part of my job. Arden Courts Fair Oaks is definitely one of the best. The residents are clean and well taken care of by patient friendly staff. The activities run throughout the day, and they have a beautiful outdoor area. The food looks and smells very good, and the residents seem to love it.

My dad moved into Charlotte Stephenson Home this past Spring. The staff has been remarkable and go over and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. Being able to bring in items for home such as furniture, pictures for the walls and other necessities has made the transition even more enjoyable. The staff works very hard to make sure everyone is looked after and is comfortable. The activites they do are well planned and fun! I would recommend CSH be on your list of places to tour and consider if you are ever in the position of needing assistance in your living environment or your loved ones.

We really struggled to find a memory care unit for my mom and when the time came, Arden Courts was a huge blessing to our family. Other facilities that we viewed their residents ere left alone and in corners in wheelchairs, not being stimulated or motivated in any way, but at Arden Courts the staff truly care for the residents and keep them moving and active. My mom has now been in this facility for two years and we know she is receiving amazing care by loving staff and we couldn’t have been blessed with a better facility for my mom.

I came to visit a friend who moved into this Alzheimer's facility. She was so happy to show me around. It reminded me of little village. I haven't seen her this happy in a long time.

Charlotte Stephenson is a beautiful building with lots of great features. They have a beautiful courtyard, an amazing array of activities, nice menu choices for all meals, and wonderful staff. I would recommend this facility to any of my family.

I want to say terrific because the service here for my dad has been just that. We are all happy its summer here and he is outside half of the day. He watched everyone plant flowers last week and all he talks about now is the father's day Bar-B-Q that's coming up, i've never seen him so excited. I want to thank the staff for all that they do and want to tell them to keep it up!

I moved my husband in two weeks ago and I was very skeptical about so many things and I am happy he is here, he is smiling every day I visit, he has made friends and I very much like the staff. The food is great and yesterday he went to Dunkin Donuts for a donut and a coffee. Today they went to Mcallisters for sandwiches. These are all the things he used to like doing that I was no longer able to help him with so I am so happy for him.

All of the staff that I encountered were caring and attentive. The facility is beautiful and I watched other residents enjoying themselves and the community there. If I ever need to suggest a facility to someone else, I would definitely recommend Charlotte Stephenson.

I never thought I would need to live anywhere but my home. Life had different ideas. I visited Charlotte Stephenson in the past for a friend and I was so impressed with the quality of life there I knew I would be happy if I had to leave home. Last month I moved in and I will never leave. The team here is wonderful and I love the food too. I recommend this community 100%..

Arden Courts Livonia is a beautiful community. [name removed] was very friendly and helpful in explaining everything about the family setting. They offer the residents many different varieties of activities. There is something for everyone. It's very clean and decorated beautifully. You can see the family theme throughout the building. Very nice family setting.

Very clean and the layout was cute the amenities and walking paths were also nice. This is our number one choice right now.

The place felt like home. The staff were friendly and smiling. The couple residents that were walking around were smiling and seemed happy. The place smelt great!!! The kitchen was super clean, they let me see it. I met a few of the managers and they were knowledgeable and you can tell they cared

My wife works at this facility and states she loves her job. I recently came in and saw why. It's not like any other assisted living she has ever worked at. It has tall ceilings and bright windows and not a sad locked unit. The whole building is for people with dementia. The staff , families and residents are all so nice.

What a wonderful bright and cheery dementia community. I couldn't believe a place like this existed. The residents were all walking around with smiles on their face as they came and went outside in the walled in courtyard. It felt like a real town. Highly recommend

Facility is clean, HR & staff is friendly, very well focused on senior care and safety of seniors with memory issues. Arden has a great concept of home like environment and been around for many years in the industry.

She was in another facility and fell 3 times in 5 days. At Arden someone always seemed to know where she was. I was there every morning and each person I talked to could tell me about her previous day after I left.

Seems to be an excellent memory care facility. Smaller size, homey feel. Staff appears engaged. Building was clean and well maintained. The residents' rooms are remarkably tiny which stood in stark contrast to other facilities I toured. I believe this is a purposeful design to encouge residents not to stay in their rooms all the time, but maybe this was taken a bit to the extreme.

I don’t have a loved one at Arden courts at this moment but boy let me tell you. I visited with my friend to see his wife and I must admit I wanted to stay here myself haha. We were greeted by the receptionist who was very pleasant and knowledgeable about said wife and even took the time out to walk us to the back area to find her. The place was nice and clean. During our visit the level of care I witnessed for the residents was amazing. The thing that really stuck out was the receptionist came to the back and welcomed all the residents and family to the center and engaged with everyone in a way that was both individualized and heartwarming. She spoke to them like they were all old friends and danced with them. The laughter in the room was just breathtaking. Another staff member joined in the dancing and I could feel the love bursting in the room. I asked the receptionist how she does it and she just said care is what they do! Amazing!!!
