Excellent facility with lots of open space and multiple outdoor spaces for the residents to enjoy. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and obviously focused on the health and well-being of their residents. Rooms were spacious and well designed. Facility was clean and well-maintained. We loved the overall look and feel of the facility. We were very impressed overall and feel this facility would be a great option for our loved one.

If needing memory care make sure use facility that only does memory care. Very caring staff. Best decision made for my mom. Mom is thriving in their care

We had difficulty taking care of my father with fairly advanced dementia. He is doing great since we placed him in Arden Courts. I am really impressed with the staff. Everyone has been so kind, patient, and helpful. The other residents seem to be doing really well also. Arden Courts have lots of activities and events to keep their residents engaged. They are doing far more than we could do on our own. The facility is quite nice and very clean. It's comforting knowing that he is in good hands and being well taken care of.

Yes. The care givers are very friendly and helpful both to my mom and our family. The nursing staff and maintenance are very responsive. Mom fell out of bed once her first week there. They immediately installed mats by her bed and protective coverings for the edges of her nightstand. Additionally, one of the reasons we needed a facility for her was due to her severe Sundowning behavior. The night staff has adjusted her routine to help keep her safe. We needed help from the administration to get information for her long term care insurance and to end her Life Alert contract. They sent the information we needed immediately. Finally, the therapy group they employ has been amazing. They gave gone above and beyond to help my mom improve her strength and to get the items she needed ( wheelchair and commode)I am so thankful A Place For Mom helped me to find Arden Courts at Okd Orchard! I feel that my mom is being well cared for in a lovely, caring facility.

I have selected Springhouse for my uncle. From the moment I walked in the door, to the moment I walked out, every staff member that I encountered was very nice and upbeat with me and with the residents. I loved their beautiful courtyard where residents can go out and sit to enjoy! The studio apartment is perfect too.

The care giver at Arden are great. There truly care about the people they are watching. The kindness and patience they have is great. They are good about getting the people involved in events.

My mother passed away in this facility and was there for a very short time. In that time, the people in this facility did everything they could to make sure she was taken care of and felt like part of the community there. They worked with us in making sure she got up and didn't give up on her and all of our hope that she could walk again. Even in the end, they worked with hospice to make sure her transition was a comfortable one and she could still be included and feel like that was her home.

I couldn't ask for a more caring and compassionate staff. They treat everyone with dignity and respect. It is a very clean and welcoming environment.

I cannot say enough about the team at Arden Courts Allentown! I’ve worked in healthcare for 30 years, and while this is not my first experience finding memory care for a loved one, it is by far my best experience! My mother-in-law has dementia, and when her husband was hospitalized, she was not safe at home alone. We needed to move her urgently. Because she refused to accept help or support her entire life, we anticipated the transition to be very difficult for her. Much to our surprise, she adjusted quickly and has been very happy since day one. We attribute this to the compassion, training, and experience of the entire team at Arden Courts. You cannot put a price on the peace of mind our family has knowing she is being well cared for and loved. My husband and his sisters are so relieved that instead of being her caregivers, they can be her children again. Now, they are enjoying this time visiting and engaging with her.

Place is beautiful and clean- staff is friendly!! The woman that gave me a tour was very knowledgeable and very helpful but unfortunately I can’t afford it!!!

It is a 5. They are very caring & respectful to the patient and also to the families of the patients. I would highly recommend them for the person with memory care. They are very caring and respectful of the patient. The activities get the patient to interact. They just don't let them in their room all day. They have them walking around as they can handle. It's like a home that is very homey like. Not an institution. We were very happy with them.

We are very happy with Arden Courts! They are taking great care of Dad! Great nursing and care staff. He is always clean and so is his room and the facility. They allow us to bring our dogs to visit.

I’m so thankful to Arden Courts of Avon for making my husband feel at home during his both stays.. The personnel were very friendly, helpful and understanding. The community has a very large, secured walking area around the building with very easy access to go back inside. This area provides visitors with the opportunity for outdoor exercise and fresh air. After his first stay at Arden Courts, my husband went back for the second time joyfully.

Very good tour with [name removed]. The facility was very clean. Activities were taking place and appeared to being enjoyed by residents. [name removed] realized that my wife was having a difficult time with the tour. However, if we had to choose a place for my wife, Auberge would be the place.
