Every aspect was very good, the people, etc. I would absolutely recommend them to others - no question. It is a very good place.

What we like the most about the community is the friendliness, and their compassion for those who reside there, I felt comfortable knowing that my brother was well taken care of. I miss [name removed] so much, but he is in the loving hands of god in heaven and that he is with mom and dad. I want to thank you for all that you did for my family , your work has been a blessing to me, it is your love that helped me maintain me!

Wonderful array of meaningful activities. Activity director and asst. very engaging and welcoming. CNA's ver caring and communicative. Loved the RN on harvest wing. Ask about specials when signing on. We received one month free. And were able to lock in a price.

We live about 12 hours away and have a family member in Arden Courts of Wayne. Everyone that works here has made this situation the absolute best we could ask for. Our family member is in total care and nearing the end of her life and it never matters when we call or stop by they are always very informative and helpful. I couldn’t have handpicked better people to work here. Every detail about Arden Courts is very intentional and well thought out. They go above and beyond for their residents and the families. In terms of the staff we have not had one negative interaction. Some of our favorites we get to interact with are definitely [name removed] , [name removed] , [name removed] , [name removed] , and [name removed] . [name removed] , the executive director is also amazing and willing to stop anything she is doing and answer any question you may have. She truly cares about making your experience as peaceful and stress free as possible.

I was very impressed with the care and also safety features utilized within this facility. At this time, the level of care offered is not yet appropriate for my mother, but may be at a later time. The information distributed to me was very thorough and I intened to hold on to the folder for future reference as her situation changes. Thank you for allowing me to visit and experience the love and care you offer to your residents.

From the moment we walked in the facility, front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She immediately contacted [name removed] to guide us. All staff members wore very professional and friendly. Great place. Keep up the great work everyone.

I was extremely pleased with my choice. The care was top notch and the setup of the facility made it feel very homey. I would recommend to others. The outdoor courtyard is a big plus, accessible to the residents at any time (weather permitting). It feels like you're taking a walk in a garden.

Our loved one got to Arden Courts King of Prussia and the experience was like night and day. All things promised to orient a patient to the facility was done. Staffing adequate and knowledgeable of the dementia patient and needs. Information from families regarding loved ones needs, likes and needed deliverance for success was listened to and utilized. Caring was compassionate and skilled. Safety and Caring were both top notch. There was communication between family and staff with any positive or negative change in my father. I seen trust built between my father and staff members in a short amount of time. Although my father could not have been in his home, I was content that he was surrounded by those he was as was the rest of our family. Also, I would recommend.

The 4 community wings which allows a smaller community, the large out door area, lots of space to walk in building, the very kind staff who know all the residents by name, the single rooms for each resident. Improvement: the food. More fresh fruits and vegetables.

I would rate all a 5 given the limited time that my uncle stayed. They have great bedside matters, its a difficult and sad situation we had to deal with and they were helpful and compassionate.

The facility was clean, explanation of activities were reviewed, the cost of care. I was guided to two available rooms, both were acceptable. The staff was nice and able to answer my questions and concerns. I would have allowed my mom to stay there, but I did not need the minimum stay required. Thanks

We toured the facility virtually and had a very positive experience. Both the private and public spaces seemed nice and very well cared for. Location and outdoor space were also good. We were confident that our mom would have been taken care of and enjoyed her experience at Soringhouse.

As a proud employee at The Auberge at Naperville for the past 21 months, I continue to observe and appreciate the care and compassion of Memory Care provided and extended to the Residents by their dedicated and hardworking Staff and great Management. It's so wonderful to be a part of their Team, while caring for the Residents as if they were my own family. The Residents seem to enjoy often interacting together in this family-oriented type of ambiance. The community is well-maintained with much cleanliness and excellent maintenance. I have observed that the meals are deliciously prepared just like when Mom cooked her "homemade meals"! The activities provided are truly awesome and top-notch, while the Residents seem to enjoy participating and seemingly look very forward to joining in on the fun, which I believe is an important agenda for the Residents. If I were to seek care for my Mom or for someone I deeply care about, The Auberge at Naperville would be my #1 choice. Jo B

After a very hard decision my siblings and I decided to move our mother into Oak Village, the staff were very friendly during our tour. We met the nurse and were able to express our medical concerns and she reassured us that we were making the right decision. We also sat down and spoke with Executive Director, after speaking too her we could tell that she understood our troubles as she also had to make the same decisions for her loved one! We feel like we made the right decision!

The staff at this facility are superb. They are courteous and kind appear to be totally committed to the patients care.
