All is well, the caregivers are doing a great job with mom, who is on hospice. She is actually improving so i don't want to jinx it but fingers crossed she comes off of hospice and back to normalcy. I am pleased with the food choices and quality and how they went the extra mile to get her some desserts she really missed. Mom can be a tough one but the staff handles it well.

My sister is doing so well, this is her second year here. She loves the staff so much and her resident friends, loves trivia and the piano and guitar always being played. I can say personally the staff goes far out of their way to do anything they can to make her day special and our visits special. We are very happy overall.

Where to start... the music, I feel, is their jam, there is always live music here and i just found out its one of the residents that play and his friends join him. It happened to be salon day so everyone was coming to get their hair done and then listening to three guitars and oldies, so many singing along and toes tapping! SO much goes on here but music is my brother's favorite thing to do. He has never smiled more. Thank you to the Auberge for making this happen.

We are very very pleased with Arden quartz memory care. The place is phenomenal. [name removed] loves it there.

Staff made the application process very easy. Geared strictly toward memory care. No ideas for improvement.

I have had the opportunity to visit this facility while caring for a patient, and my overall experience has been very positive. The staff is attentive, respectful, and genuinely caring toward the residents. The environment is clean, well-maintained, and organized, which creates a comfortable and safe atmosphere. I especially appreciate the patience and professionalism shown by the caregivers and nursing team. They take the time to address residents’ needs and communicate effectively with families and visiting providers. It is clear that the well-being and dignity of each resident is a priority. Overall, this facility demonstrates a strong commitment to quality care, and I would feel confident recommending it to others looking for a supportive memory care community.

Wonderful and decided to move my aunt in. The place is very individualsized for those with dementia including Montessori techniques for helping with anger and confusion that comes along with Dementia.

My mom has been living here all of 8 days, I can tell she has been having a great time because she made friends very quickly. The other residents have all said good morning to her today and everyone stopping to talk for a bit, this is so much better than what she was doing sitting in her living room at home all day, watching tv. I was so worried we weren't doing the right thing and now I'll be able to sleep and actually finally be happier than I have been in a while knowing she is doing so well. I stopped by the director's office just now and thanked him for keeping his promise about how my mom will have a great time here, that was no lie. Thank you to all!

I want to thank Arden for making my experience so great. I had an assessment done by nurse [Name Removed] and wow. She told me things and helped me better care for my mom at Burgress Square till coming to Arden. [Name Removed] has been wonderful and so good about telling what I need and all. They keep dad active. So far they have been taking very good care of dad. I would recommend to others.

We toured lots of Memory Care facilities in Austin. My mom’s dementia has progressed and she was no longer safe at home. Nit even with caregivers. What a sigh of relief when we visited Auberge at Bee Cave in Austin. Great location, which was important. And the community and grounds are beautiful, for sure! But the deciding factor was the staff. You know they say, “ Ya can’t fake authenticity.” Don’t let me influence you. See for yourself.

Arden Courts was clean and bright. The staff was friendly and very informative. Their goal is to have the residents retain as much cognitive and physical abilities for as long as possible.

My father was transferred to Arden Courts of Wayne in memory care, after being in several facilities over the past 11 months. On the first day I went to see my dad, I was introduced to [name removed], the nurse on staff & from that day forward [name removed] has been so attentive, caring, empathetic and has gone over and above to make this challenging time so much easier. He is truly a gem?

I am unable to evaluate some of these aspects due to the fact that my father passed away just prior to his planned move-in date. We had so looked forward to the enrichment that he could enjoy at Arden Courts, based on our visits and interactions with staff; sadly it was not meant to be. But I would very highly recommend this facility for anyone that seeks a homey and welcoming, dedicated memory care place for their loved one.

Meeting with the team gave a better perspective of the overall facility. The conversation of how each contributes to the overall care of the residents and to feel that concerns will be addresses presented a comfortable feeling.

The staff are very well qualified to help people with memory problems, and they are very willing to provide this help.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this memory care community, and I was truly impressed. The entire facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to create a safe and comfortable environment for residents. Every team member I encountered was not only professional but also genuinely caring and compassionate. Showing patience, and kindness, and a real understanding of each resident’s individual needs. It’s clear that the well-being and dignity of the residents are top priorities here. Families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are in a place where they are treated with respect and heartfelt care every day.

My mom was a resident for approximately 9mos. She was well cared for by the staff at Arden. They worked with her while she was adjusting to her new environment and eventually became more comfortable being there. My family and I were at ease with the care and concern for my mom. Their administrative staff communicates well and is open to hearing from family. It's a simple place that meets their basic needs, but also provides them with a safe place, while staff takes great care of them.

The Marketing Director was exceptional from our very first contact with her. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to assist us with complicated questions that we had. [name removed] always treated us like family and you just knew she genuinely cared about my dad and our entire family. All of the staff - and I mean all... we're always friendly and took the time to clearly explain what was happening or just go out of their way to say a simple hello. Wonderful clean and well maintained place.

It is expensive but the care my husband is getting and my peace of mind is worth it. The facility is well care for and very clean. Everyone who works there knows how to communicate and help dementia patients. I have been so impressed with the maintenance staff. They are as caring as the caregivers when they interact with the residents. I am treated like family and always feel welcome. They care about my wellbeing too. Hardworking and caring. I feel blessed to have the caregivers, nurses and the rest of the staff at Arden taking care of my husband-he is doing well.
