The place was amazing. I love the staff. They were so nice and attentive. The residence seem to be having so much fun in the community center.

This facility is wonderful—it truly feels like a home away from home. The staff is attentive, and the community is warm and welcoming. I felt safe to leave my family member in their capable arms, well-groomed, and well-fed throughout their stay. It is a clean, bright environment with excellent activities, making it a place you can trust for quality care. Thank you for everything!

I like the common area because it has different sections like the beach the library the garden the workshop. It is a really nice place. The staff is really nice. I really enjoyed touring it. it’s clean it smells nice. It seems like a great place.

We toured Arden Courts Memory Care, and three other facilities looking for a place for my father. We absolutely loved Arden Courts. The facility is very welcoming, and the people that work there were very nice. [name removed] answered all of our questions, and made the move in process very easy. We really liked the fact that all they do is memory care. We would definitely recommend Arden Courts.

They have been a GOD SEND!! Our mom is doing so well there! So much love, compassion, patience, and knowledge medically and overall being provided to our mother with late stage dementia. We are so blessed to have them as part of our family now. She moved from a substandard facility to the perfect place now where she is doing so well. These trained loving professionals help mom every day and ease our family's minds knowing she is in the best place imaginable! Thank you for your work in finding them for us. And you were able to connect us with them within a week! After reaching out to you mom was completely moved into Arden within two weeks - if even that - during the holidays!! They moved swiftly to get her assessed and moved! Couldn't be happier. God sends us angels to help us. You and the people at Arden Courts - who also are working with mom hand in hand with hospice - are all angels.

The administrator [name removed] is wonderful and the nurses are skilled professionals and attentive to the people in their care.

Arden Courts of Richardson Texas provides the upmost care available for it's tenants. Dementia as horrible disease as it, is made a 2nd tear obstacle from the staff. I can not over states this. These folks are highly trained individual that truly care for all the patients. I took care of my wife for 8 1/2 year until I could not bear anymore to keep her safe and service. I thought there was not another level of care. I was wrong. The staff is highly trained physically, mentally and the caring is off the map! Married to my high school sweetheart for 59 year and counting!

Fives to seven first items, and four to the last item. My overall conclusion: the best place if you can afford it. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

I started volunteering here when I was a freshman. I played my guitar for them and sang which they loved. They love to listen to your stories and how your day was. The activities is amazing and very enthusiastic. I would recommend anyone to visit and volunteer here!

Recently visited Springhouse and would highly recommend anyone do the same. [name removed] and the entire team are wonderful! They will do whatever they can to find a solution for you or your loved one to comfortably age in place.

Everyone was so kind and professional. Yes, we would recommend Arden Courts Livonia community to other families based on the experience so far.

The young lady [name removed] who leads activities is so kind. She is caring, considerate. She does not get upset and the residents love her! I love attending with my friend. Part of my visit 2x a week we attend activities.

The caregivers appeared to really care about the residents. I always felt like everyone there was a part of my family. The activity coordinator was enthusiastic and came up with amazing ideas to engage the residents. My mom was only there 5 months before she passed away.

My husband has been a resident at Auberge for over a year. I would recommend the memory care facility.

The tour was very good and informative. The staff were friendly and appeared competent and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the price was more than we could afford.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Secure building with available doors in case of an emergency. Good ratio of staff to patients. Quiet and clean.

The staff at Arden Courts Jefferson Hills are very attentive and caring. They are patient, kind, and take the time to make residents feel safe and comfortable. It’s reassuring to know that my loved one is well cared for by such compassionate people.
