1. Resident to caregiver ratio is great 2. I was able to have cell numbers of the director, head nurse, David (in charge of caregivers) and have actually needed to call them on occasion after hours and my calls have been answered and concerns addressed 3. Our loved one had a mini stroke at night after hours and we got a phone call so we could meet ambulance at hospital (it's 3-5 min away from Auberge) 4. We've had multiple lunches in private dining room-they clean up 5. It is "single level" which makes it very easy for residents to get around 6. Residents are not locked in their room at night. They are free to walk for a bid and are supervised It's like being in your room at home and getting up to go to the family room The building is secure. PS: They invite family members to participate in activities like Mother's Day, Easter Day egg hunt and lunch, etc

In those four days my mom was here, she found the staff helpful, dinning was good, the service and the food. She liked the one bedroom, she was comfortable in it. I found the staff very helpful. I would recommend the place.

The facility is laid out very well for patients with memory issues. The patient's room is just the right size. The facility is easy for the patients to get around and find their room. The staff all seemed very kind and knowledgeable about dealing with the patient with dementia.

The care at Arden Courts is truly exceptional! The staff genuinely understand and respect the patients living with dementia. They are attentive and take time to learn each resident's personality, preferences and routines. They communicate well with families and are always willing to answer questions or address concerns. The staff are caring and compassionate!

Staff is professional, courteous and approachable. The facility is clean and well maintained. There is a lot of natural light that brightens up the place. The menu is well balanced and the servings are more than adequate. The rooms are spacious, have a very home like feeling and are kept clean. The bathrooms are well designed. The residents seem to enjoy the activities. The employees make it fun for them. Overall, this facility has employees who seem to genuinely like their jobs, display positive attitudes and have the common goal of treating residents and visitors with respect and kindness. I am also pleased at how clean and well maintained the common areas are along with the individual rooms.

I would rate them 5 stars from the time we spoke with Jen, everything went like clockwork. The accommodations were excellent, nice size room and the whole establishment is beautiful and gracious. We felt very comfortable leaving our loved one. Staff was most accommodating. My mother in law enjoyed every moment. They actually hated to see her go. Kudos to Arden. Wish we would've known about them sooner. Many thanks to Jennifer Hartley. Would most definitely use them again.

We were in a hurry to get my dad transferred out of the respite he was discharged to. They were very helpful in assisting us to expedite the move. Were in constant contact with us and made it easy to contact them with any questions. I would definitely recommend.

Arden Courts is the right place for people with dementia. They let them live their own lives and are very Interactive with all of the residents. All of the staff are cheerful and always willing to help in any way. I will say there have been a number of falls both with my friend and many other residents, but I'm not sure what they can do about that given the current rules. The wonderful thing about their standards is anytime there's a fall or the resident acts out and needs to be medicated in any way the facility reaches out to the family to inform them. A particular example is the resident was a little anxious and acting out and the nurse decided he needed a Xanax. She then immediately called to inform us of that medication. Their general philosophy is to avoid any psychological / psychiatric drugs unless absolutely necessary. Of course, other meds are maintained. A friend of his recently visited with me and she was extremely impressed with the facility and more importantly the staff. She observed what we also have observed with their interaction with residents.

The nicest facility that we have seen in the Austin area. The courtyard in the center of the building is beautiful as well as the outside surrounding area. The activities and family involvement is great also.

I toured Arden Courts Bath on [Date remvoed]. It's a very nice facility that is well taken care of. The outdoor area is very nice, large area and completely fenced in. Instead of one building with a large common room and dining room, the facility has 4 buildings with 14 residents each with its own dining area, activity room, reading room, etc. There is a common area where the 4 buildings connect. There appears to be a lot of activites for the residents as well. The downside is the size of the bedrooms which are very small. I do not see my mom being happy with such a small bedroom.

We met with [name removed] who is very knowledgeable. she is compassionate and caring . The residents looked happy and well cared for. The other staff members were friendly and pleasant. The facility was clean and well cared for. Liked the areas to walk safely outside. Staff are all trained on dementia care. Individual rooms were nice size . activity calender was full of fun activities. Also facility is able to provide care through the whole alzheimers journey.

We met with [Name Removed] who gave us a thorough tour of Arden Courts. He was extremely helpful in answering our questions and treated everyone we met along the way with respect and geniality. Given that we are mainly interested in memory care facilities, we really like the fact that his facility only houses and treats people with Alzheimers and/or Dementia. Their staff is specifically trained to work with this population and the living quarters are built with those needs in mind. The location is perfect for us and the environment is fairly simple as is appropriate for the residents. There are lovely gardens where one can sit with visitors and some of the group meetings are held outside.

Father only in 3 days. Most of our experience is with the [Name Removed]. She has made every effort to visit my dad as he had had challended. She has been most kind, accomodating and informative.

The facility was beautiful and we met with [name removed] who is in charge of the clinical aspect. She was very helpful and compassionate about my brother's situation. While we toured the facility, she greeted all the residents by name when we encountered them. She even gave us books on dementia to help us on this journey.

My brother is doing great, a talker, and keeps everyone busy. I think the nurses are wonderful. When I walked in they were all supposed to be playing this dice game but my brother commandeered the dice and started telling jokes and I thought this one woman was going to choke, but it was hysterical.

I'm so glad I was asked to do a review! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this community. My neighbor moved into the LOOP last year and has been having such a wonderful time. She doesn't communicate much but participates as much as possible and she laughs and laughs so much here, I swear this is better for her than living in her house these past few years. Everyone treats me like family when I walk in and the staff is so inviting, literally to anything and everything going on, you walk in and you are involved. I do recommend it highly. It is a smaller place with skilled caregivers. Very comfortable environment.

The facility is very welcoming, with a home like atmosphere . The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable

We visit every Tuesday morning, we come in right after breakfast and my aunt is always sitting by the window waving to us. The caregivers are always so pleasant to us and bring us coffee then we play cards for a bit, whatever my aunt wants to play. A few other residents gather around and watch and we all chat. My family is very satisfied with her care and we are happy we chose this place, we visited so many but this turned out to be the best one.
