My mother passed away in this facility and was there for a very short time. In that time, the people in this facility did everything they could to make sure she was taken care of and felt like part of the community there. They worked with us in making sure she got up and didn't give up on her and all of our hope that she could walk again. Even in the end, they worked with hospice to make sure her transition was a comfortable one and she could still be included and feel like that was her home.

I couldn't ask for a more caring and compassionate staff. They treat everyone with dignity and respect. It is a very clean and welcoming environment.

I cannot say enough about the team at Arden Courts Allentown! I’ve worked in healthcare for 30 years, and while this is not my first experience finding memory care for a loved one, it is by far my best experience! My mother-in-law has dementia, and when her husband was hospitalized, she was not safe at home alone. We needed to move her urgently. Because she refused to accept help or support her entire life, we anticipated the transition to be very difficult for her. Much to our surprise, she adjusted quickly and has been very happy since day one. We attribute this to the compassion, training, and experience of the entire team at Arden Courts. You cannot put a price on the peace of mind our family has knowing she is being well cared for and loved. My husband and his sisters are so relieved that instead of being her caregivers, they can be her children again. Now, they are enjoying this time visiting and engaging with her.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the site. I liked the idea of locking into a one time 8% increase. [Name Removed] was very informative and answered all of my questions.

Place is beautiful and clean- staff is friendly!! The woman that gave me a tour was very knowledgeable and very helpful but unfortunately I can’t afford it!!!

It is a 5. They are very caring & respectful to the patient and also to the families of the patients. I would highly recommend them for the person with memory care. They are very caring and respectful of the patient. The activities get the patient to interact. They just don't let them in their room all day. They have them walking around as they can handle. It's like a home that is very homey like. Not an institution. We were very happy with them.

We are very happy with Arden Courts! They are taking great care of Dad! Great nursing and care staff. He is always clean and so is his room and the facility. They allow us to bring our dogs to visit.

We were very happy with everything about Arden Courts Richmond!!! Would unequivocally recommend Arden Courts to anyone looking for memory care. The layout of the facility is wonderful! The welcoming attitude of administrators and staff, the positive attitude. I thought my husband would live there longer!

Everything is truly five star. I am fine with the room sizes, activities, and dining options.

The staff were super friendly and very kind and patient with the residents. Facility is clean. The sales director, [Name Removed] was compassionate and supportive. I toured the facility twice and he knew the names of all the residents and interacted with them. I was very impressed and felt like I had made a good decision to place my husband there.

I’m so thankful to Arden Courts of Avon for making my husband feel at home during his both stays.. The personnel were very friendly, helpful and understanding. The community has a very large, secured walking area around the building with very easy access to go back inside. This area provides visitors with the opportunity for outdoor exercise and fresh air. After his first stay at Arden Courts, my husband went back for the second time joyfully.

Very good tour with [name removed]. The facility was very clean. Activities were taking place and appeared to being enjoyed by residents. [name removed] realized that my wife was having a difficult time with the tour. However, if we had to choose a place for my wife, Auberge would be the place.

1. Resident to caregiver ratio is great 2. I was able to have cell numbers of the director, head nurse, David (in charge of caregivers) and have actually needed to call them on occasion after hours and my calls have been answered and concerns addressed 3. Our loved one had a mini stroke at night after hours and we got a phone call so we could meet ambulance at hospital (it's 3-5 min away from Auberge) 4. We've had multiple lunches in private dining room-they clean up 5. It is "single level" which makes it very easy for residents to get around 6. Residents are not locked in their room at night. They are free to walk for a bid and are supervised It's like being in your room at home and getting up to go to the family room The building is secure. PS: They invite family members to participate in activities like Mother's Day, Easter Day egg hunt and lunch, etc

In those four days my mom was here, she found the staff helpful, dinning was good, the service and the food. She liked the one bedroom, she was comfortable in it. I found the staff very helpful. I would recommend the place.

Very caring and conscientious staff. Definitely more attentive than other places I frequented.

The facility is laid out very well for patients with memory issues. The patient's room is just the right size. The facility is easy for the patients to get around and find their room. The staff all seemed very kind and knowledgeable about dealing with the patient with dementia.

The care at Arden Courts is truly exceptional! The staff genuinely understand and respect the patients living with dementia. They are attentive and take time to learn each resident's personality, preferences and routines. They communicate well with families and are always willing to answer questions or address concerns. The staff are caring and compassionate!

Staff is professional, courteous and approachable. The facility is clean and well maintained. There is a lot of natural light that brightens up the place. The menu is well balanced and the servings are more than adequate. The rooms are spacious, have a very home like feeling and are kept clean. The bathrooms are well designed. The residents seem to enjoy the activities. The employees make it fun for them. Overall, this facility has employees who seem to genuinely like their jobs, display positive attitudes and have the common goal of treating residents and visitors with respect and kindness. I am also pleased at how clean and well maintained the common areas are along with the individual rooms.

I would rate them 5 stars from the time we spoke with Jen, everything went like clockwork. The accommodations were excellent, nice size room and the whole establishment is beautiful and gracious. We felt very comfortable leaving our loved one. Staff was most accommodating. My mother in law enjoyed every moment. They actually hated to see her go. Kudos to Arden. Wish we would've known about them sooner. Many thanks to Jennifer Hartley. Would most definitely use them again.

We were in a hurry to get my dad transferred out of the respite he was discharged to. They were very helpful in assisting us to expedite the move. Were in constant contact with us and made it easy to contact them with any questions. I would definitely recommend.
