The people were wonderful. I like that they have employees that have been there for years and others for decades. I like that they are a melting pot of people from all walks of like. I also like that they are an established facility with so many in house services, including a dentist that visits monthly. It's a single, lump sum cost for all residents regardless of how often they need laundry, whether they need assistance with eating, etc. we were very pleased with this facility and are trying to arrange for my aunt to visit soon.

I found the staff excellent. Very efficient. I joined one of the activities and I think they were well run. My father wasn't an easy person to deal with but he was well treated and he was made to engage and move around. He would have laid in bed all day if given the chance. Some days he loved the meals other days complained. I thought the room was charming and cozy.

The attentiveness from all staff members including front office was what I remember the most. The nurse on duty the night that my sister passed away was an absolute Angel. She was so kind and compassionate.

Facility was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful with answering all the questions I asked them. The facility has a very beautiful and tranquil atmosphere.

I rate the entire experience 5?+! If I could rate it higher, I would in a heartbeat! Everything at Arden Courts revolves around the best care for the residents. The activities with[Name Removed], and sadly I cannot recall the name of the 3rd woman, were incredible. I was there a lot when daily activities were going on. I observed and participated, and the residents just loved both the activities and the activities staff. Being there are residents at all stages of memory loss, the activities are geared for every resident no matter what level of dementia-related disease they have. I can't say enough about the activities staff. They are beautiful, huge-hearted, caring, and loving individuals. The other staff are also amazing. Like I said, I spent a great deal of time there, and my mother, and every resident I saw, got warm, caring, loving care by the staff. I didn't eat much of the food there, but what I had was very tasty, and the meals they serve to the residents are really lovely and look to be tasty and well balanced. The facility was always clean and smelled fresh. My mother's hospice team were angels, and she adored them. I know [Name Removed] has retired, but they all seemed wonderful. [Name Removed] was the absolute best! I pray that I never need to be placed in a facility for memory loss, but if I do, I told my husband that Arden Courts is the only place I want to be. I know the care there is to notch from the top down.

[name removed], the Director at Arden Court was unbelievably helpful during this extremely difficult time for my family and I. Her kindness, and compassion, as well as her quick responses and knowledge of my mother's needs, helped us make many difficult decisions. Although my mother passed away before she was even able to become a member of the Arden Court community, there was no doubt in my mind, she would have been very well taken care of. The staff as well as the medical team we're all extremely knowledgeable and comforting during this time.

Above and beyond kind to me and all visitors and families - love that the dogs can come [Names Removed] Loads of activities and the residents just don't “sit around” unstimulated The staff talk with respect and preserve my dad's dignity with thoughtful and patient redirection. [name removed] and [name removed] are hilarious; the absolute best at activities, singing, and encouragement plus they are so welcoming to each and every visitor! The climate feels like home and my dad is super comfortable and I see his personality reemerging and flourishing. I love they allow him to “stay busy” with small “jobs” that give him his much-missed independence and purpose. if I had to say anything less than stellar, it would be the cost of keeping my dad there out of pocket without the Medicaid when his nest egg depletes I would hate to have to move him. Also the chef is amazing my dad said he never wants to snack because he gets so much food and lots of meals! She even cut up packaged and labeled a pepperoni bread I brought him and delivered it to his room. That is so kind and all the ppl from nurses admin and handyman are true angels, the best of the best humans.

The whole staff get to know the residents so it feels like a whole caring community. My dad has been falling recently and the nursing staff is working with me to identify and implement procedures custom tailored for my dad to prevent future falls.

This facility is very knowledgeable about dementia in the behaviors that come along with it. My brother was aggressive in the hospital, but they said that would be no problem. They deal with it every day. Lots of other places flat out, rejected him. [name removed] took in explaining to me how happiness and emotional well-being is handled there at Arden. My brother has been there three days and I’m already grateful I made the decision I did. Thank you A Place For Mom for your help.

Arden Corts of Annandale has been a God send! My mom has been residing here for the past few years and she has received excellent care. The staff are attentive and are experienced. Arden Courts is an older community but newer does not mean better! This community is a wonderful place for my mom who is thriving beautifully.

We appreciate the care our relative receives. The facility is always well-maintained. The staff is excellent and keeps us informed of any issues.

We appreciate the communication that exists between the Resident + our family. I do not worry about my brother because I know he gets lots of attention. His Room is always clean. The Food is delicious. The staff is caring and open. We feel good being here!

A Million Stars – A True Blessing for Our Family Moving my grandmother to Arden Courts was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. After experiencing less-than-ideal care at another facility, we were nervous about making another change—but from the moment we stepped into Arden Courts, we knew it was different. The staff is simply incredible—compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to their residents. They took the time to get to know my grandmother, learn her routines, and make her feel safe and respected. It wasn’t just about medical care—it was about dignity, comfort, and kindness. Her overall happiness and health improved tremendously since moving here. The environment is warm and welcoming, with beautiful outdoor spaces, engaging activities, and a team that always communicates with families. I no longer had to worry constantly; I knew she would be in good hands and surrounded by people who genuinely care. I can’t thank Arden Courts enough for the peace of mind.

I recently toured this memory care community while looking for options for my grandmother, and overall I had a really positive impression. The staff was friendly and took the time to walk us through everything and answer our questions. The community felt clean, calm, and well cared for, and the environment seemed thoughtfully set up for residents with memory needs. What stood out most was how patient and kind the staff seemed with the residents we saw during the visit. It gave our family some peace of mind while going through a difficult decision. Definitely worth considering if you're looking for memory care for a loved one.

Arden Courts Memory Care Facility provided exceptional care for our mother/wife throughout every stage of her stay. This will be a long post since I want anyone reading it to understand the depth of the extraordinary care that Arden Courts Memory Care in Chagrin Falls provides. Unlike other facilities, the application was the first indication of what the focus is at Arden Courts, that is, how to best care for your loved one, in my case, my mother. They wanted to know her preferences for food and hair care, her interests and hobbies, family and social activities, past impactful events, etc. I felt that the staff would have a good idea of who my mom is, and which section of the facility she would thrive in, before she ever stepped through their doors. I was not disappointed and was particularly grateful for the above the call of duty help the executive director, [Name Removed], gave in transferring my mom from her assisted living facility to Arden Courts. She kept me informed of my mom's transition, often relaying stories of her interactions with her so that I felt like I was actually visiting mom myself!

Arden Courts has been an absolute blessing for our family. My father was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and everyone there has been a true godsend. Her kindness, compassion, and personalized care go above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. She took the time to understand our needs, guide us through every step, and make us feel supported and at peace. We are so grateful for her and the entire team at Arden Courts.

The facility was excellent, the person I interviewed with was very knowledgeable and friendly. The cost was very competitive.
