This is the best place I could have chosen for my love one. The staff is outstanding and helpful. The programming and activity staff is fantastic. The food at Arden Courts is always on point hot and delicious.

Staff , cleanliness, and activities, are all outstanding. They try very hard to accommodate food choices but it is a moving target for some individuals suffering dementia. The people there are doing a great service. I especially appreciated how they always welcomed me and cared about my health and wellbeing. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

The tour was great. They followed you through every step of the way. I enjoyed the experience. But it was too expensive for me.

From the time you walk in you feel at home staff are friendly and helpful and take care resident. The building is very clean no smells. I will recommend any one to bring there love ones here home aways from home.

Mom moved into Arden Courts recently. The staff was ready for her. Staff from the other neighborhoods came over so they could meet her. Even the activity person knew her name and greeted her. They came right away to get the meds we had brought from the other facility, and even followed up with a call last evening to ask a few questions.

The Auberge is a good fit for my dad. They are very kind to all their residents. They are also respectful of them.

The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful in every aspect. They know every resident and their families. Our LO rants and raves on how good the food is. The caregivers really get the residents involved in activities. I like that they do each residents laundry separate from others. I would highly recommend this place that could afford it. The caregivers are so kind and patient with residents.

Very clean. No smells. Staff very friendly with little turnover. They use their own staff and do not use temp services. Residents were engaged in activities. Food looked and smelled wonderful, all homemade on sight. Nice, brights and felt like home. A lot of secure outdoor space for residents to explore and enjoy.

I toured Arden, [communities removed]. I chose Arden because they were upfront with me on their charges and let me know how they handle my mom who has had behaviors of wandering. She was at [community removed] and it became a problem once her dementia got worse. I needed to know she was going to stay and not be kicked out again. I also need to plan her finances so I was glad to get an all included rate lock and not play around with care needs and amenity charges every few months.

It was a really nice clean place. It's the only place I've ever been in. That does not smell like urine. They have the AI system in case of a fall, which was nice. Overall, it was the nicest place we've ever been and we've been to four places.

Staff is the best part, everyone is super nice and genuinely care. The facility layout is a great design, with 4 distinct areas where people have rooms, each one likes its own neighborhood. The common areas are nice, each address specific areas that help memory loss patients. Food quality is good and presented well, with a good variety. It is kept clean, no issues that I have seen. Room layout is a little awkward is far as ways to arrange the furniture is limited. But bathroom is good, functional space. Tub/shower are in a separate common area which is good. I think we made a good decision by choosing Arden Court

I was given an extensive tour of the facility, and after the tour I received a very informative session telling me everything that Arden Court offers to the residents with Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. I came away feeling like it is a very nice place for my husband.

We're thrilled with everything about Arden Courts! The staff in particular get 5 stars from our family. They have been welcoming since our tour. And being 1,200 miles away, it's so nice to receive regular updates about dad's health and activities. For the first several weeks they were calling us regularly with updates to let us know how he was settling in. Since then, we've called at least weekly and I can tell that the staff know our dad well, and are very familiar with him. I love when they share anecdotes and stories. After a year of intensive in-home caretaking, I had a lot of guilt about moving him into a facility when his needs became more than we could handle at home. However, Arden Courts had relieved me of that burden. I know that he is receiving excellent care.

I like this facility and it was set up with fall alert system in every room. The staff enteracted with all residents. I am still trying to see the level of care needed by [name removed]. She has been moved out of a lock unit. Trying to see where she goes before I move her.

The staff has been amazing. They are very open to listening and addressing any concerns, which gives me a lot of confidence in the care being provided. The caretakers are also wonderful and consistently show kindness, compassion, and genuine care toward the residents. The rooms are always clean, and the size seems to be just right. Everything feels well maintained and comfortable. I know my dad probably won't participate much in the activities, but I appreciate that there are options available for residents who want to get involved. The food also seems great. I especially like that there are other choices available if a resident doesn't care for what is being served. Overall, we've been very pleased with the staff, cleanliness, care, and options available. The kindness shown toward the residents really stands out.

Great looking place and very clean. Unfortunately they only take Hospice which we didn’t want to put my Mom on.

From arrival to departure, our tour of this facility went well. We were welcomed with friendly smiles & greetings. Our interview was professional & informative, yet unhurried & conversational. Our questions were easily answered. I realized that the primary focus is the daily well being, care & safety of every resident. During the tour residents were observed in activities, engaging with staff and walking around, both inside and out, on their own. It’s a plus that residents have easy access to the nicely manicured grounds, while their safety continues to be maintained. Individual rooms are spacious. The are multiple spaces to gather or be on your own. Overall, this facility appears to be comfortable, clean and well run. To me, the priority of care is for the respect, well being, care and safety of all persons living within.

Perfect for just Memory Care. Glad this is a small facility. Everyone knows everyone's name.

Staff is not outsourced but is contracted by facility and many are long term and know the clients well, including their individual needs, likes and dislikes. Food is prepared fully in house and almost entirely fresh. Residents are served restaurant style with waitstaff and a menu with multiple daily specials and multiple regular items. Staff is universally friendly. Administrative staff is in house every day during daytime including weekends and are readily available. Multiple activities during the day including trivia, bingo, zumba, movies. Also day trips available. Additionally PT and OT are available if needed.

I would recommend Arden to others. Staff was always cheerful.
