The staff is really great. My mom loved the daily activities and activity director and it going to them really helped with her dementia.

I went for a tour last week with the memory care advisor. She was so kind and listened to my family and we didn't feel rushed. When she opened the double doors I knew this place was great. We saw so many happy people walking around inside and outside. We are going to call and put down a deposit this week.

My dad moved in recently to Arden. My mom was struggling with dad at home. He is a very tall man and was always falling and up all night. We liked the community right away. They gave me books and information on dementia and have been so kind to my mom. They also helped sign him up for hospice which was scary for us but they explained it so well and we both like all the staff. My dad is happy for the first time in a long time. My mom and I have been able to hang out together without worrying about dad. Thank you.

I recently visited Auberge at Plano, and I was truly touched by the level of care, compassion, and professionalism shown throughout the community. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the residents are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine love. The caregiving team is outstanding. The staff work together as a family, creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for residents living with memory care needs. Their patience, attentiveness, and genuine concern for each resident make a meaningful difference every day. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and the positive atmosphere can be felt throughout the community. It is reassuring to know that residents are surrounded by people who truly care about them. I highly recommend Auberge at Plano to anyone seeking exceptional memory care for a loved one. The management, nursing team, and caregivers go above and beyond to provide outstanding care and support.

I was telling the executive director just now, Thank You for all that you are doing for my mom. We love coming to visit and I just had a delicious lunch with her, the food is always excellent. The staff is so polite and understanding and patient, I can't do what they do and appreciate it so much, please keep it up!

Dad is doing great! He's positive, he's eating again, the staff gives him a hard time because of his sense of humor, he loves it, we all do. I am very pleased at what his quality of life has become, so happy!

The Auberge has been wonderful for my sister. Her health has improved, she's not sleeping all day anymore and actually is rarely in her room. When we come to visit we sit in the living room and she introduces us to the staff who she adores. We can not be more grateful and are very happy we chose this community.

CSM is a magical place. I’m a long time visitor and I have seen how residents blossom and thrive at Charlotte. There is a welcoming feeling from the time you walk through the front door and everyone is always included. The staff and residents are friendly and kind. They truly care. The management team goes above and beyond to make sure residents are safe, happy and LOVED.

This facility is the nicest around --it's beautiful, clean and they have the BEST staff --caring, helpful they truly LOVE their residents. The activities they provide alone are exceptional--always something going on

My cousin is living at Arden Courts of Fair Oaks. Every time I come to see her she is well put together and seems very content. I have gotten familiar with the caregivers, and they let me know how she has been doing. The community is clean and does not have a smell. The staff all greet you with a "hello" and a smile.

I visited my friend who is a resident here for 2 days. Overall, the place is warm, clean, and comfortable. I live out of state so I am comforted knowing that my friend is getting well taken care of. Anyone that needs to place a friend or family member in memory care should put this place at the top of their list.

Placing my mom in a memory care home was the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make. We are so happy with Arden Courts (Seminole). Mom is so loved and well cared for and we are so thankful for the entire staff. She is safe, loved and happy.

I have visited my sister twice since she has been a resident at Arden Courts Fair Oaks. Both times I travelled down on a Thursday and back on a Sunday, so I was able to visit her for about 3 hours on Thursday and 9-10 hours on Friday and Saturday. I was very impressed with the staff and loved the residents, as well. The neighborhood set up is adorable and so manageable for staff. [name removed] seems happy and well taken of, which is the most important aspect! Her children seem to agree that it was the right move for their Mom. One of them visits daily and sends me pictures everyday! I'll be back for a quick one afternoon visit on [date removed] and then another long weekend this Fall. We would not have found this facility without the help from A Place For Mom!

One of the things we love most about Arden Courts is all the themed porches throughout the community. Each one has its own unique feel and gives residents a comfortable place to relax, visit with family, and enjoy their surroundings. It's amazing to see how these spaces often spark memories and conversations. We also appreciate that the activities are designed specifically for people living with memory loss. The staff does a wonderful job keeping residents engaged with fun, meaningful activities that match their abilities and interests. It's clear that a lot of thought goes into helping residents stay active, connected, and happy each day.

The entire staff from the office, caregivers, housekeeping, nursing, programs, physicians, therapists and maintenance are kind, helpful and caring. They always are there to help with any requests. I don't think I could have found a better home for my husband.

Arden Courts was a wonderful place for my to pass. We were only there for about 4.5 days and it seemed very peaceful. The program for those with dementia seemed really innovative, caring, and allowed them to have a good quality of life but we did not have time to experience that. They are accessible and straightforward. The staff was caring but not too intrusive but remember my mom was dying so my experience may not be standard.

My Father has been a resident for a few years now and we have always had a wonderful experience with this facility and the staff. They are so knowledgeable about each one of their residents and their individual needs. I recently attended the Father’s Day cookout event that was put on and it was so well done! It was such a nice event and I know it took a lot of planning and work for the staff to put that on. We had such a great time with my dad and we made some really great memories! I know my father is receiving the best level of care being where he is. Thank you to all the staff for your efforts in giving top notch care to your residents and their families at Arden!

I recently attended a Pathway to Dementia educational seminar and the speaker memory care advisor was excellent. The facility is very clean no odors and the residents appear to be happy and independent with staff engagement.
