We think they took great care of my mother while she was in their care. I would give them 5 stars. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that they told me our cost would be [removed]dollars a month and we would get a free month for choosing them. As soon as we had her moved there they told us the free month was no longer available and our new cost would be [removed] per month. I got over it pretty quickly but thought it was worth mentioning.

The staff is caring and helpful. Room size small but comfortable. Very clean and the food is good and healthy.

This is the 2nd memory care facility for my Mom. The first place was terrible. And now at Arden Courts I know what a good facility should be. The residents are cared for. Plenty of activity and the staff is caring and experienced. My Mom seems to be content here.

The staff has been wonderful. They have a great understanding of how to work with dementia patients. Room size is fine. The staff is always cleaning. We are extremely happy with Arden Courts

It's a beautiful facility. The town like floor plan is adorable and so much nicer than others I looked at that were just hallways. The staff is so nice- they seem to be very caring and really know the residents. My Mom says the food is very good. She is in one of the biggest rooms. Her private bathroom is very nice

My wife has been a resident at Arden for six months. Our experience has been outstanding. The facility is well maintained, and the staff is very attentive to the needs of both the residents and their families. They keep us well informed, and attend to requests, for either information or services, promptly, competently, and cheerfully. [name removed] in particular consistently goes out of her way to help us. She recently started showing prospective clients the facility, and does a great job of that. She doesn’t just talk, but encourages the visitors to talk to residents’ families to get another perspective. We are well satisfied.

As soon as I walked in to visit my friend who was recently admitted I was greeted by the director and her receptionist. Since it was my first time visiting the nice young lady that worked the phones walked me in to see my friend. As soon as the doors opened I was wowed. I was even greeted by seeing the cats sit in the window in the general store. My friend was getting coffee and a yummy homemade snack in the tavern. I joined in the fun program they were having. I was worried it would be sad to see my friend in a community but they looked great. I look forward to coming back on their family day art show.

We recently toured Arden Courts Northbrook as our family is trying to make the difficult decision of finding the right place for our aunt. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The facility was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Everyone we met was so friendly and kind; you could tell they loved their residents. [name removed] was especially wonderful to work with. She was very understanding of what our family is going through and how emotional and difficult it is to consider putting someone you love into a care facility. She listened to our concerns, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her compassion and understanding really meant a lot to us. This is not an easy process for any family, but our visit to Arden Courts Northbrook gave us a sense of comfort and reassurance. We truly appreciate the kindness we were shown and are grateful for the time Cathy took to help us through such a difficult decision.

My mother, [name removed], lived at Arden Courts during the final years of her life with Alzheimer’s disease. I appreciate, to this day, that the staff saw that she was more than her diagnosis. To her family, [name removed] was an artist, a musician, a mother, and a woman with a lifetime of stories. At Arden Courts, they recognized the importance of music for her and encouraged the parts of her that remained, as her memory faded. I wrote [name removed] Playlist, a memoir about my mother’s life and our family’s experience with Alzheimer’s. Arden Courts has welcomed me back as an author and presenter. I appreciate this full-circle moment in my life. I have been warmly welcomed and given opportunities to share [name removed] story, speak about preserving family memories, and connect with residents, families, and caregivers. I am thankful for the care my mother received and for Arden Courts’ continued devotion to seeing the person behind the disease. Fifteen years later, I still remember the kindness shown to [name removed].

Arden Courts Memory Care is a wonderful place. The staff is very cordial kind and patient. They seem to work around and with the residents without disrupting their space. The environment is wholesome it makes you feel as if you belong right there. The dog park, the beach, and the library, are so realistic you feel as if you want to sit on the park bench and watch the puppies play as you listen to the chirping of the birds, sit in a sand chair and sun wearing your sunglasses and big straw hat, or perhaps check out a book and quietly retreat to your favorite comfy chair to read. The facility is designed for safety and comfort. Windows are all around the building allowing staff and guests to monitor loved ones freely taking a casual stroll on the beautiful walkway. Arden Courts Bingham Farms is clean, resident-centered, efficient, and dedicated.

Arden Courts in Geneva, IL, has been a wonderful place for my mother. After several years of living with dementia and Alzheimer’s, the decision to find memory care for her was incredibly difficult. From the moment I walked into Arden Courts, I knew I had found the right place. The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly understands the needs of their residents. They treat both the residents and their families with kindness, patience, and respect, and they genuinely make you feel like part of their family. Knowing that my mom is safe, cared for, and surrounded by people who truly care about her has given me tremendous peace of mind. It is hard to put into words how much Arden Courts means to me and my family. I am so grateful for everything they do and would wholeheartedly recommend them to any family looking for compassionate memory care for someone they love.

What an amazing place for memory care. My dad was upset, aggressive and needed 1:1 caregivers at his last community. After one week at Arden he did not need 1:1 caregivers and actually loves where he is living. He never did activities or left his room before now he eats with a great group of other men and looks forward to the ice cream socials daily. He also loves that they have cooking group. They grow their own vegetables and spices and use them in their cooking at the community. We are all impressed.

It’s a great place to house residents; the staff is very nice and attentive, and everything is very clean. The residents look like they feel very comfortable and at home here!

I am so grateful that we chose this facility for my mother-in-law. The staff is exceptionally well-trained, kind, and attentive. They know every resident by name and actively encourage them to get up, move around, and join in on the activities. The building is always clean and very well-maintained. It brings me immense peace of mind to know she is receiving such wonderful care and that the team treats her with the same love and respect that we do.

Choosing a nursing home for a loved one is incredibly stressful, but this facility has been an absolute blessing. From day one, the staff treated my mother like family. The nursing team is highly attentive, incredibly patient, and always on top of her medical needs and medications.The facility itself is remarkably clean, bright, and smells fresh. They offer wonderful daily activities that keep residents engaged and social. Communication with our family has been flawless; they keep us updated on every minor change. I sleep soundly at night knowing she is safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommended!

Very wonderful place the staff is wonderful very friendly and please with them the resident are very happy with smiles on there face they are well being taken care of and family members love that there family is being well taken care of

This is the nicest and cleanest facility I have ever been to and trust me I’ve been to a lot. And people here really care about the residents. This is place to come to. 10 out of 10. It is worth it guys.

Charlotte Stephenson Manor truly feels like home. What makes this community so special is the people. The staff genuinely care about the residents and take the time to get to know them as individuals. There is always something going on, from outings and activities to special events, but it’s the everyday moments—the conversations, laughter, friendships and little acts of kindness—that really stand out. The community is warm, welcoming and comfortable, and families are always encouraged to be involved. I love seeing our residents make new friends, try new things and continue doing the things they enjoy. If you are looking for assisted living for someone you love, I would absolutely recommend visiting Charlotte Stephenson Manor. Come in, meet the residents and staff, and experience the community for yourself.

I just want to thank the staff for the kindness and caring from them. I had a personal friend recently passed away. That was there and the caring and respect towards the family was top-notch. I highly recommend living there.

This is one of the most friendliest communities in memory care. They truly care. We love the popcorn and ice cream they serve. They recently had a prom which was the most wonderful event we have attended as a family member of a resident.
