The staff does a great job, they're very nice, and take great care of my dad. He has a good size private room, and they keep the facility very clean. They have plenty of activities and my dad's been participating in a lot of them. I would highly recommend Arden Courts Memory Care.

When my friend’s memory care facility announced it was closing, I was determined to find a new place for her that was loving and caring, clean and safe, with well-trained staff and professionals in the field of Memory Care. Arbor Courts is all that and so much more. At Arbor Courts there is a culture of kindness and responsibility. It feels like family. The staff, many of whom have worked at Arden Courts for many years, believe in the importance of what they are doing and care about each resident. Daily activities and fun special events are planned and implemented by an outstanding Activities Director and her assistants. A huge backyard with walking paths is also open during the day for residents. The Memory Care Advisor and Executive Director were extremely helpful in making sure all the move-in details were taken care of. The Executive Director called me each night the first week to report on how my friend was adapting. I highly recommend Arden Courts.

What we like the most about the community is that they are very professional and personable. My friend has adjusted so well due to the exceptional staff. Food looks great also.

A very good place to place your loved ones. Many activities for your loved and special programs. All the staff are very friendly. The room are kept very clean. The food and snacks are very good. The care staff really take care of your loved ones. The building your loved one is well-maintained.

I am grateful for the experience my uncle is having at Arden Courts. He is treated with care and respect. He was very hesitant to go because of his past experiences with memory care facilities, but the leadership and staff has helped him feel at ease. And I really appreciate the level of communication I receive from staff, whether it's about billing or just updates on how my uncle is doing.

I can’t say enough positive things about Arden Courts! The staff are incredible and compassionate they were very patient and attentive to me during the tour. My Mom was at a different memory care community prior to Arden Courts Bingham Farms. She has lived at Arden Courts now for 2.5 years. How fortunate to have found an environment that was thoughtfully and intentionally designed for those on the dementia journey. My Mom has a sense of purpose and independence because she can easily navigate throughout the community enjoying the various engagement areas, outdoor courtyards, and participate in the variety of activities that are offered seven days a week. For me, I have the peace of mind of the 24/7 onsite nursing that minimizes hospital trips and the visiting physicians and ancillary services to support my Mom. I truly feel that the environment, the specialization in dementia training and care have added years and joy to my Mother's journey. I am very grateful for the family like atmosphere, the support groups, the educational and supportive resources, and the compassionate care my Mom is receiving. Arden Courts has improved our lives!

Our sales coordinator was a pleasure to work with as we searched for a place for my father-in-law. We were initially looking for respite care and then had to start looking for permanent placement for memory care for vascular dementia. Staff was very thorough going through procedures, daily life, care, costs, timing and even mentioned the current special they were offering as a trial. My mother-in-law did end up choosing another facility for dad with the only reason being she is looking to move into senior living and wanted to be in the same building as her spouse. Arden Courts is strictly memory care. It is secure, clean, neat. Residents seemed content and watched over as we saw on our tour. Activities are scheduled and posted for residents, staff was friendly and accommodating. Definitely keep them on your list of options.

Our regular Friday visit was again better than we expected. Found [Name Removed] being fed a big ravioli and Salad dinner. Staff is great at keeping him still and getting him to eat and drink. He was more responsive than usual and it seemed he understood more than usual. The staff had a soft helmet on him as he’s been bumping his head a bit and he had no problem with it on him. He had a nice lounge after dinner, could tell he had plenty to eat and was ready for a snooze. We left him content and well cared for. Tomorrow mom comes for her visit God Bless our Arden family for giving him such great care and comfort

Arden Courts is so clean and the caregivers and staff are so nice, so professional. Food is amazing, there is a beautiful almost a mile walk you can walk with your loved one, even a place to sit and eat or just chat with them!
