Everything except we can't afford the price. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Auberge is an excellent facility. Meals are served in a dining room environment on linen tablecloths; water or juice served in stemmed glasses. Besides programs or movies on tv, there are always other activities- bingo, coloring, puzzles, etc. they have outside areas with seating, golf, etc. inside there is a pool table plus newspapers and magazines for those that have enjoyed reading most of their lives. They also have afternoon snacks of crackers, cheese, fruits. Attendants know visitors (maybe not by name but by resident "[name removed] sister"). I am very pleased with facilities and staff.

The fact that the facility was built based on a study of people with memory care issues and the staff is trained to deal with these issues. I will definitely recommend to others both A Place For Mom and Arden Courts. Arden Courts has an educated and wonderful team for those with any type of memory issues. I am so very thankful to A Place for Mom for the recommendation and knowledge that [name removed] provided me as I was choosing a good placement for my mom.

My Mother receives the expected outstanding care from the staff at Alden Care Memory Care Facility. The entire staff, including [name removed], who manages maintenance, gives attention to the needs of the residents with a sincere touch of care and compassion. What is striking is that this is a facility giving care to our loved ones when their memories are declining. However, with their variety holiday and seasonal events as well as other planned activities, pleasent new memories are being made for all the the family. We have been able to enjoy summer their celebration that included a meats that would be put on a grill, tasty refreshments and sweet deserts. The music was live and lively! I would love to let everyone know what a wonderful experience I had touring Arden Courts in WO from the friendly receptionist to the last person I spoke with. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I was recently visiting a family member here and was amazed at the attention and care every resident was receiving. the staff was so engaging. the outdoor space is beautiful. I am happy my family member is being taking care of by such compassionate people.

Great tour, knowledgeable about Memory Care. Community was clean. Residents were out and about in the community. A large number of residents were gathered in the community room listening to a live musician. Staff were friendly.

Linden Village has been absolutely wonderful. My dad was initially in memory care and they moved him after a month over to personal care. Their staff is very friendly and kind and helpful to both my dad and our family. Management has also been very kind and responsive. No issues at all!

The staff longevity is amazing, my friend enjoys the courtyards and the ability to be outside. Love that they have a dog that visits the residents . [name removed] owner is so sweet to bring him! So happy we found kensington

My brother only had 2 weeks there before he passed, but we are so grateful for that time. He was able to live in a clean, comfortable, and caring facility. We are particularly appreciative to [names removed], who went above and beyond for my brother. The staff we had the opportunity to watch in action are also to be commended.

[name removed] is great and helped me set up my loved one’s room and gave us a great deal without sacrificing quality. The level of care is great and the environment is perfect for folks in any stage of dementia. They really know how to take care of people with dementia and know what details matter most.

Coming into this facility, it allows an individual to feel like home when they’re in the presence of a great team from front to back. Excellent care plans put together as well as staffing appropriately with solid individuals working with each resident.

The caregivers at Arden are wonderful! My husband is fortunate to have such thoughtful care. [names removed], to name a few, treat my husband and the other patients with care and respect, as does the rest of the staff. It is very reassuring to watch how kind they are to all the patients as well as family members that come to visit. So much so that I feel peace in knowing that my husband is in good hands at Arden. "HOORAH! , my husband would always say when things were good!
