My experience at Arden Courts has been very good and my twin sister seems very happy here. She was not allowed to walk for 8 months at her previous facility and was confined to a wheelchair. She is now is able to walk by herself throughout the day unassisted, engage with other residents and staff and looks forward to taking walks in their courtyard this spring. My family that comes to visit is also thrilled with the difference that they see in my sister since being at Arden Courts. I would definitely recommend Arden Courts to other families looking into a memory care community for their loved one.

As a Physician, I find the atmosphere at Arden Courts very nurturing, the staff members are friendly, approachable and kind to the residents. This is a home like environment with activities to stimulate and encourage the residents to participate.

facility is clean staff is courteous and helpful. patient well cared for by staff. I see team player and effective communication about patients needs . residents seem very happy and staff is accommodating to there needs.

One of the greatest communities my husband has ever been given care, by far. I would also say very nice people are there. And it’s a dog-friendly place for the dog lover in me and my family members.

I would say the workers are all very nice and approachable, a lot of the caregivers have been in the building for long time. Residents inspite of their cognitive disabilities, the respect and dignity is very apparent.

Staff very professional and kind. Helpful when needed information. Caregivers as well as the community center are loving and caring to residents needs. Well kept. I would recommend the facility at Ardon Cts in South Holland for any loved one.

The facility is clean all bathrooms are clean according to what l have seen other places they do residents laundry the management cares for every body respecting every body, l feel at home when lam in the facility and they have activities for residents which is good

I was able to visit with my wife this morning and brought our dog as a surprise. Everyone including the staff was thrilled to see “Mack”. The visit seemed to cheer everyone up especially my wife. Thank you Arden Courts!!

All residents looked happy, healthy and engaged while I visited my loved one. We feel very fortunate to have found Arden Courts when we did! [name removed] and her team could not have made the transition any easier for us or Dad!

Looking around at different places for my mom. So far this is the cleanest facility I’ve been to and the residents seem very comfortable and happy.

My mom came to this facility after leaving the [community removed]. Best choice we made, she has always been clean (showered) dressed, and fed not like [community removed] were she was soiled and wouldn't eat. The staff is friendly here and is more a family environment.
