My wife moved in last month and is very pleased with the food and activities. Her apartment is cool in this hot weather so I am appreciative. My son also visits and he is telling me he is able to sit outside with my wife so that's good. So far so good.

Having another great time, every time we come its been fun. Today we are playing dominoes and actually, almost a dozen of us playing with my mom, we're slamming the tables and everyone is hootin, so much fun.

After visiting Arden Courts, I can see how it does the best for its residents. What really stood out to me when visiting the facility was the activities room that provided entertainment throughout majority of the day. The residents are always entertained every day by the very kind Eric and Lillian. Even through its main goal of memory care, Arden Courts still does a outstanding job in providing the most entertainment for its residents. Each resident and worker here plays their role to build the welcoming community that Arden Courts is!

Arden Courts is a beautiful, clean, no odor community. The residents are always dressed very neat and clean. The caregivers really care for the residents and are always there for them. I would recommend this community for any one with loved ones that have the Alzheimers or Dementia Dx.

Arden Courts provides a loving memory care community for people that need the assistance for Alz and Dementia. The entire staff is thoughtful, conscientious, and observant towards the needs of their residents.

i have gone to multiple communities for years and arden courts has exceeded my expectations. they provide excellent care to my residents and other residents as well. it is heart warming to be associated with a community where i would not hesitate to send my family members to at any time.

I recently toured Arden Courts South Holland for my father in-law. The community was clean and inviting. We were introduced to every staff member who greeted us with a smile. The residents were engaged in the activity room. Based upon the tour I would recommend Arden Courts.

Very happy to move my brother there. He was another assisted living which was fine but he is such much involved and understanding of the programs there since there are dementia geared happy to see him smile and participate!

Special is the word for Arden Courts. Special staff. Special families. Special scenery and most of all the most special people live there. Thank you to all the staff and families that visit for making my loved one feel SPECIAL!

When you walk in Arden Courts it feels very homelike. From the smell of fresh cookies in the lobby to the warm atmosphere in the houses staff are very nice and greet you with a smile and treat the residents Ike family. I am happy I get to come and visit.

I am a vendor visitor and wanted to let others know of my experiences here. Twice I have visited this facility and both times I was greeted by the front desk girl and offered coffee and cookies right away. Staff smiles and seem to be happy to be there. Attitude and professionalism go a long way and this place knows customer service.

Everyone is friendly the place is clean everyone works together this is a great place there an outdoor for resident to walk quite and nice there activities that keep resident engaged

Arden Courts is A very beautiful safe place to call home Everyone show respect towards one another and is very helpful

I had a family member that was only there for a short period of time. They were at the end their life and Arden courts with them in on hospice where they cared for him until the end I can’t thank them enough for their care and dedication

Majority of staff were very caring. A couple were amazing with my mom. And there were a few that didn't seem suited for that line of work. Food...my mom was on strained food so it wasn't appetizing. Always was clean. The water and snacks for guests. And the space for visitors to sit was very nice. Staff welcomed us when we visited my mom for meals and always actually. Even Custodian. Activities seemed ok. What i observed...songs, staff dancing in front, lots of tv. Sensory activities and perhaps more creative innovative activities and strolls outdoors would've been nice as they didn't seem to take my mom. I wasn't there all the time so maybe they did do that. Not sure. Room was small but adequate for 2 people with dementia, I suppose. Overall id recommend the place, because we did. A friend took her father there.

The staff at Arden are so caring towards the residents and knowledgeable about dementia. The facility offers residents a feeling of autonomy while providing care, support, and supervision at all stages. When we originally toured, it was the outdoor area, the activities, and the feel and organization of the facility the drew us in. However, it is the staff that really makes this place the best choice.

Trying to decide on the best place for mom was not easy!! Visits to many facilities, but after visiting Arden Courts it was clear this was the place!! [name removed] and [name removed], caring staff, lots of activities, clean and well laid out floor plan made it clear. Its almost a month and mom is very happy!!! The staff at Arden Courts is very caring, always showing the highest level of hospitality. The activities they offer are engaging and supportive to their residents. They are simply the best at memory care!

Arden Courts of Geneva made the difficult decision of placing my husband in memory care an easy transition due to their excellent staff and care. They address any concerns I have with promptness and professionalism. In the process of deciding where to place my husband I visited three memory care facilities. The home-like atmosphere and building lay out of Arden Courts along with a history of long time staff helped me make my decision. I liked that all rooms are private. It also helped that I knew the loved ones of a couple of residents who were happy with their care. The activities geared for the residents are very good to keep them content and engaged in their day. The variety of visitors coming to entertain the residents whether musical or other interests have been great. The food and snacks served each day taste good and provide a nutritional balanced diet. The courtyard is a nice area to enjoy sitting on a bench or walking around. My loved one is safe and content at Arden Courts.

Compassionate, caring, and patient: these words completely sum up how our loved one has been treated from the moment she became a resident at this facility. Everyone I have met at the facility, from the nurses, to the caregivers, to the operations/facility staff, to administration, all demonstrate an exceptional level of caregiving. Simply put, everyone on staff treat her like family, and there is such comfort in knowing that she is cared for around the clock with the utmost of compassion.
