I was there to tour the facility and found it be very impressive. Thank you to the staff, and job well done.

I was interested in looking for some assistance for myself and my 93 year old sister. I am 95 and I was so pleased at the beautiful features of the community. We are both still pretty independent but you never know what might happen to the two of us someday! Great view of the courtyard and so much nature all around. If we need help we will come to Charlotte Stephenson for care.

I round say 5 for all but food. I would give that a 3. To much salt. Mom does not do activities. Personal choice. I liked the friendliness of the administration and staff. They were very accommodating for Mom. She has no complaints about them. The food is her biggest issue since she's usually on salt free diet as much as possible. She has edema from to much salt.

Super cool place with kind staff! Unique acitivies and themed areas which was super impressive as well!

Would recommend anyone looking for Memory Care placement to visit Arden Courts San Antonio. Family caregivers have shared their experiences about how well cared for their loved ones are.

Each time I visited the staff knows who I am coming to visit. The community is small and every person I have interacted knows my mother and also knows her specific needs and how to embrace and work with them.

I heard about this facility from a friend because I was looking for a place for my love one. She gave me the number and instructed me to ask for the Director of Nursing, [name removed]. I called the facility maybe 2 days later to speak with the Director of Nursing but I was told she was in a meeting. However to my surprise she called me back and every question and concerns I had she answered and was very patient with me . Speaking with her was so helpful and gave my family and I peace with our decision to place our love one in the facility but unfortunately my Auntie passed away.

[name removed] was having her most difficult time as she was struggling with delusions and hallucinations. She needed a lot of physical support and was often fighting the staff. She was so fearful. The staff was great. Very supportive and kind. They communicated well with me. I was so thankful that they provided the option of hospice so [name removed] could let go. I, and the staff, had no idea that she would decline so quickly. They handled everything so professionally and with compassion.

My neighbor lives here and we are all so proud of her and the progress she is making. For a while we were worried and then her son moved her in here and she has improved each and every day. Yesterday I went during lunch to visit and she was doing trivia with a few others, it was so much fun, the staff was in on it as well. If this keeps up it will have changed my thinking about places like this. I was always worried that this is a place people go to die but not here, I see great things happening all over.

I just want to say that the nurses here that care for my brother are truly sweet. They are so very friendly and always use the kindest words with him, he has had it rough for many years and he can be difficult but the staff really shines and the brother I haven't seen in years peaks through every so often, I am truly amazed. Thank you for all that you do.

I would definitely have a loved one reside there. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and homey.

Love the community, my grandmother quickly made friends. The care staff are very friendly and seem to enjoy their work . So happy we found Arden and my grandmother seems so content Can’t wait for the weather to be nice so we can go outside

Excellent facility and everyone we interacted with was very professional and pleasant. The rooms were of a very decent size and well maintained and the overall facility was very clean and updated. The courtyard area was expansive and well maintained. The activities director was very informative and seemed very interested in our mother's interest and activities that would be suited to keep her interest.

[name removed], memory care advisor always gives me good advice on how to help with my wife. I need to listen to her! She always keeps me calm as I navigate the disease process. [name removed] the head nurse and [name removed] the physical therapist are amazing [name removed] in the business office always is helpful, and [name removed] at the front desk always greet me with a smile

My brother had experienced a number of different facilities during the last 8 months. He started declining and went from 24 hour home care to hospitals to rehab facilities to Memory care facilities. His last rehab facility wanted him to remain there after his rehab was over, but luckily, we were able to get him a room at Arden Courts. From the moment he got there, everyone was so attentive and caring, it was a stark contrast to all the other places he had been. He passed away there, but he was at peace, and a big part of that was Arden Courts and their personnel. If you have a loved one who needs this kind of care, you cannot do any better than Arden Courts!!!

My grandma lives here. We just visited today and had so much fun. A therapy dog was visiting and my grandma loves dogs so much, she misses her dog and i had tears in my eyes when i saw the dog not wanting to leave grandma's side, it was the best feeling I've had in a while. The Auberge employees were very kind and offered us something to eat and drink which was very nice.

It would have been better if I could have just talked to the facility on the phone as I drove pretty far only to talk to them and they would not take my husband because of his violence.

Everyone who works here is great! I had a great time touring this facility. Especially thanks to [name removed]!!

It’s a beautiful facility inside and out. The rooms are homey and the staff is wonderful. It’s definitely a place I would recommend to someone in need of a great facility for their family members.

Very good hospitality , the facility was very nice and clean. The walk through was very pleasant, and sight seeing each neighborhood was very nice and well decorated!!
