Room sizes are good and comfortable. Dining is good decent quality. Activities seem also good.

It was a beautiful facility and the only drawback was the shower sharing. The rooms were a bit small but certainly seem to be ideal. My family were concerned about the price as we aren't sure she could afford it.

Arden courts is immaculate and the staff without a doubt cares about your loved one, my mom is very difficult and [name removed] handles her with the utmost maturity and respect. [name removed] and [name removed] made the process of moving her in seamless, they both respond to every question and they also care about your loved one. It's a very stressful process and to be honest quite overwhelming but you know they have things covered. It's a nice feeling knowing your loved one is finally safe and you can sleep at night. The rooms are adequate not too big but big enough.

I was shown a 2 bedroom,2bath villa overlooking their small lake. It was really nice. The amenities were more than enough, the staff seemed friendly. I am not ready to move yet, but when I am, I definitely would consider Lely Palms.

It was great to see what a facility dedicated to memory care could do. I appreciated the light-filled common areas, activity areas, and outdoor space.

The facility is very nice. They offer a lot of programs for the patients. Love the courtyard and the walking path.

Everyone that I met here was very warm and welcoming. I enjoyed the tour and the "homey" feel of the facility. I think it will be a wonderful new home for my Mom.

All the staff in the facility very friendly and nice. Residents said same things. Strongly recommend this facility to everyone who needs senior care.

We are very happy with Arden Courts. Professional and caring. The commitment of management to take care of the issues associated with severe dementia that my family member has. Room size. Adequate. Amenities are fine.

It is the last thing you want to have to do for your loved one but everyone has made the process easy and has shows such compassion. My father's adjustment wasn't easy and that was hard for me and they did everything they could to help us through. He is now acclimating and we could not have picked a better location for him given our circumstances.

Making this decision is an overwhelming experience. The staff at Arden Courts were welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable reduces our stress. If we do decise on Arden, I am confident mom will get the care she needs.

I really enjoyed [name removed]. Very knowledgeable and the head of memory care nurse was also very nice. They took the time to answer questions and bond with me and my stories. They addressed how they handle a moment care patients no. Which was one of the biggest issues with [community removed]. [name removed] also worked for [community removed] and had helpful information which explained what I saw.

Clean and staff is friendly. Specialize in memory care issues and works to help resident and families.

Linden Village is a lovely facility. The areas i saw, staff and residents i encountered all were very pleasant.

Arden Courts Avon is an absolutely beautiful Assisted Living which is a complete memory care building WITH 24hr nursing care. They have multiple outside areas, 2 large rec rooms, multiple themed rooms and a great setup for pacing residents. The staff is so kind and caring and you can tell they truly love their residents. It is always very clean, bright and always smells nice. Each of the 4 wings has its own theme and they are all well staffed. I would highly recommend Arden Courts Avon ALF to anyone seeking long term residence for their loved one.
