We recently attended the holiday dinner at Arden Courts, and it was one of the most heartwarming experiences our family has had in a long time. The dinner brought residents and families together in a way that felt genuinely meaningful—not staged or rushed, but thoughtful and full of warmth. One moment that especially stood out was seeing the Executive Director and Maintenance Director in the photo booth with residents, laughing and making memories right alongside everyone else. It spoke volumes about the culture there leadership that is present, approachable, and fully engaged in the community. We were also touched by how management sat with families during the holiday meal, taking time to connect, listen, and share in the celebration. Being there reminded us that Arden Courts is more than a facility it’s home. The love, care, and respect they show their residents is obvious in the small moments and the big ones. Visiting my mother at Arden Courts of Towson during the Christmas season was both emotional and deeply comforting. Her home environment was decorated so beautifully for the holidays, with clear thought and intention in every detail. You can feel the warmth the moment you walk in—nothing is done halfway, and it truly reflects a place that values dignity, comfort, and joy. The Activities Department goes above and beyond with specialized programming, and it shows. My mom has really, truly benefited from the love, care, and attention she receives especially over the holiday seasons. It is hard to have Christmas without her at home this year, and that grief is real. But knowing she is so loved and so well cared for at Arden Courts has taken the edge off a little bit. We love the staff, and we are grateful for everything they do.

We recently visited our friend at Arden Courts of Towson, and it was genuinely reassuring to see how well she has acclimated to the memory care community. Coming in during the evening, we were struck by how engaged and welcoming the environment felt and it meant a lot to see that management was still in the building, actively facilitating a lovely social for the ladies. The gathering was thoughtfully arranged, with snacks and hydration available, along with a specialized social activity tailored to the specific neighborhood where our friend lives. It was clear this was not a “one-size-fits-all” approach, but something intentionally designed to meet the residents where they are. Most importantly, it was wonderful to see our friend comfortable, adjusted, and smilinghaving made connections and real friendships. We left feeling grateful for the warmth, structure, and genuine care that supports her quality of life every day.

My loved one lives at The Auberge Oak Village. The community is bright and cheerful. The staff is friendly and show genuine care towards the residents that live there. The nurse is amazing! She is knowledgeable, communicates changes and is always available when I need to speak to her. I appreciate knowing that my loved one is being cared for which gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend this warm and inviting community!

During a recent visit with our mother at Arden Courts of Towson, we were deeply moved by the Marketing Director and Executive Director’s thoughtful attention to how meaningful it is to capture family moments in time. They created a Mrs. and Mr. Claus photo setting with a warmly lit fireplace backdrop, giving us a beautiful space to gather around our mom. It was the first time in more than three years that we had seen her laughing and genuinely joyful during a holiday celebration. Their care and attention to detail made the holiday feel truly magical for our family. Thank you.

I enjoyed the staff and everyone’s kindness. The community was decorated beautifully with all sorts of Christmas decorations. It gave a real holiday feeling for all residents to enjoy. I look forward to visiting the community again.

The staff is extremely friendly and always very helpful. The sunshine beams through the windows and creates a warm, loving environment. All of the activities are well attended and the residents seem very happy.

I recently visited my aunt at Arden Courts. The staff seemed very in tune with her needs that are now different from the last time I seen her. They treated all of the residents with dignity that I observed throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this community for someone living with dementia as it also seemed very homelike and comfortable.

I recently, was at Auberge in Menominee Falls, WI. and found the community to be very welcoming and active , the residents seem to have a very quality of care. I thought the staff was very courteous and concerned with well being of the residents.

I recently visited a friend's mother at Arden Courts in Bingham Farms. The building is clean and beautiful, and every one of the staff members was so friendly. The residents were up and out of their rooms and there was a musician playing in the room near the courtyard. Even though the resident I visited is nonverbal, it was clear that she is receiving wonderful care. The whole living area is so thoughtfully designed with the needs of dementia and Alzheimer's patients in mind. We were also able to eat in the room next to where the musician was playing, and the food was wonderful!

I have had my beloved husband, here for a few years and he loves the staff's care, food and activities. They have to prepare his food a certain way and he always gets seconds or thirds. I bring my son's Golden Doodle in for visits often and the residents love it as well as the residents personal dogs.

The community was immaculate with very friendly staff. Everyone was dressed up for the holidays and full of festive activities. The food was tasty! I look forward to visiting my loved one again. Thank you!

This is a lovely facility and it was a very nice visit with my friend. The staff members were courteous and kind, and my friend appears to be happy at this facility. It was clean and the helpers seem to enjoy their work.

Mom is happy. The staff really cares especially[names removed]. They are cheerful and always have my mom clean and looking nice. Nurses are thorough and attentive. Thank you for taking good care of my mom.

A community like this provides such peace of mind. So grateful for the compassionate care, activities, resident engagement, and thoughtful design of the spaces. To see how happy and engaged the residents are just warms my heart. It is wonderful to experience the connection between the staff, residents and families. The team's unique abilities to meet residents with dementia where they are is a testament to the fact that memory care is their focus. It is great to see the residents enjoying the outdoors in the beautiful courtyard. The house concept is cozy, comfortable, and homey. My friend initially went for a respite stay and then the family learned that this set-up was so valuable, they decided to have them stay on permanently. It is also really nice to have the supportive resources for families like the support group and regular family night gatherings. Peace of mind is priceless when it comes to our loved ones with dementia.

I recently visited Auberge Oak Village for their Christmas celebration. Many family members of the residents attended. The facility was decorated beautifully and festive music was playing. The staff mingled with all the residents and guests and a delicious meal was served. Santa and Mrs. Claus came to read the Christmas story and hand out hugs and gifts to the residents. This smiles on the residents were precious!

In 15 years of service as a hospice, chaplain and psych Social team member, to residence at various facilities throughout south eastern Michigan Arden Court are surpasses them all. I was taken by the cleanliness and the comprehensive care provided to the residence. It seems that staff knows what is best for each patient’s background which helps them to thrive. There is no other place. I would recommend for cleanliness skill, care, and facility set up. Very glad to be part of the support provided at Arden Court Valerie Simpsons Ed. D

Arden Courts Bingham Farms is an amazing place for seniors with dementia. They are always doing the right things for their residents! The activities are perfect for their residents and the care is impeccable.
