Staff is attentive and caring. The community is beautiful with a warm homelike atmosphere. Smells good and residents seem to be happy and well taken care off. Overall great experience for those visiting and living at the community.

I recently toured The Auberge Oak Village. The community is lovely. The rooms vary in size, offering the right amount of space for the residents preference and need. There are 3 enclosed courtyards for the residents to enjoy. The staff was cheerful and greeted me with genuine kindness. I came during the lunch hour and the whole community smelled delightful!

The Auberge is a wonderful community! The first thing you'll notice is how bright and homey it feels. The building's layout is simple, making it easy for residents to move around without becoming confused, and there are so many personal items and decorations that it still cozy and interesting. There are also a ton of activities to choose from. Residents are truly engaged and happy here. I would highly suggest touring here if you have someone in your life with memory care needs.

Attended the holiday party with my uncle at Springhouse. The residence was decorated and filled with entertainment…singers and music. The catered dinner was really good, and the overall event was well thought out and fun. As usual, the staff are friendly and personable with residents and visitors. It feels like home for my uncle, and it’s comforting know that he’s visible, well cared for and considered. Thank you to the staff of Springhouse.

I like how attentive and helpful they are. They call me to let me know about anything out of the ordinary. My dad is prone to falling. They will call me even if he is not hurt, or if the fall was minor. The dining area feels more like a restaurant and my dad likes the food and variety. They also have nursing staff on-site 24/7, which is very comforting for me. They also have a hair dresser that comes on-site so I don't have to take him out for a haircut. They offer activities residents can participate in. Yes, we would recommend Charlotte Stephenson Senior Living Community to other families.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this community. It was a very warm setting with great staff to care for all its residents. I would recommend this community to anyone considering and / or seeking memory care needs.

Came to the community to visit a family member from out of town. This is a gem of a place! The caregivers were very caring and loving towards by grandmother, making her feel like this is her very own home. Activities were so fun to watch the people living here being engaged and having fun! What a wonderful place!

I have had the pleasure of working with the MCA. she is so energetic and so knowledgeable of dementia. The facility is truly like a self-contained community. Love the ice cream parlor and the Bar! If searching for memory care, make Arden Virginia Beach top of your list.

The staff are always kind and really care for the residents. They treat them with kindness and patience. For a memory care facility, it stays very clean and smells amazing. No powerful smells of urine or stools.

When I say perfect, of course sometimes you have issues. Everybody does. Where Towson is different, they find it and they find a way to solve it. The staff are very knowledgeable in their perspective positions and they show improvement (from an already wonderfully functioning community) everyday.

Thank you Arden Courts for showing how to love and care for people when they are not able to care for themselves. Your patience and understanding is beyond measures I have witnessed so many incredible moments between staff and residents. I am so lucky to have my dad here :)

My experience at Arden Courts has been positive. The nursing/aide staff are quick to respond when I have any questions or concerns regarding my husband's care. Arden Courts staff has a good understanding of caring for residents with memory issues. I feel my husband is safe and well cared for. The office staff is very supportive and has been more than happy to help me with any administrative questions. Meals are nutritious. Activity room to help engage residents. Large, safe outdoor area for residents to walk.

If my mom had long term care insurance, I would place her at Arden Courts. Visually appealing inside and outside. Setup is unique for engaging residents in various areas of the facility. Feeling of safety and peace of mind for family and residents.

What an amazing place! My visit began with meeting the Executive Director, who was absolutely wonderful. She gave me a tour, introduced me to many of the staff, and even offered me some homemade caramel the residents had baked earlier that day. It was so nice to see how engaged the residents were, and the overall vibe as I walked around felt warm and welcoming. I shall return!

We live in a very large villa with an attached carport and patio in the front. Personnel are great. Housekeeping weekly. Wonderful neighbors and so many activities I cannot keep track. Balanced meals served in a formal dining room. My wife and I are truly blessed to be here. We highly recommend Lely Palms Independent Senior Living.

I toured Arden Courts of Annandale recently as I’m exploring memory care options for my mom. I found Arden Courts to be very impressive. The atmosphere was inviting and uplifting, very friendly staff. I especially loved the layout of the building as it was spacious with lots of walking space. They had a lively holiday activity with a singer at the time of my tour. Many residents were participating and they all seemed very happy. It was clear that the activities are programmed to all the different levels of dementia which is nice. Among the options we have explored, this community clearly stands out.

My father was at Arden Courts and the care and compassion they provided was remarkable. The programming for enrichment kept him constantly engaged in tasks and activities tailored to his interests. The caregivers are patient, very well educated on dementia, and treated him with dignity, humor and joy. He particularly loved the daily pet therapy, outdoor access and " helping " the staff. My father could be challenging (stubborn) but the caregivers and staff were masters with redirecting him, validating his feelings and allowing him the freedom to express himself and maintain autonomy and dignity. The physical layout is remarkable, with the General Store, Tavern, Ice Cream Parlor and Auditorium providing a wide variety of locations for daily activities. The 4 "neighborhoods" provide a homey feeling and he was able to walk throughout the entire facility with no restrictions. I highly recommend AC and I am eternally grateful to them for the care and support they provided.
