One of the greatest communities my husband has ever been given care, by far. I would also say very nice people are there. And it’s a dog-friendly place for the dog lover in me and my family members.

I would say the workers are all very nice and approachable, a lot of the caregivers have been in the building for long time. Residents inspite of their cognitive disabilities, the respect and dignity is very apparent.

Staff very professional and kind. Helpful when needed information. Caregivers as well as the community center are loving and caring to residents needs. Well kept. I would recommend the facility at Ardon Cts in South Holland for any loved one.

The facility is clean all bathrooms are clean according to what l have seen other places they do residents laundry the management cares for every body respecting every body, l feel at home when lam in the facility and they have activities for residents which is good

I was able to visit with my wife this morning and brought our dog as a surprise. Everyone including the staff was thrilled to see “Mack”. The visit seemed to cheer everyone up especially my wife. Thank you Arden Courts!!

All residents looked happy, healthy and engaged while I visited my loved one. We feel very fortunate to have found Arden Courts when we did! [name removed] and her team could not have made the transition any easier for us or Dad!

Looking around at different places for my mom. So far this is the cleanest facility I’ve been to and the residents seem very comfortable and happy.

I found Arden Courts in Glen Ellyn to be clean and friendly. What’s nice to see is the residents seem very happy.

I love that the feeling in every part of the building is like a home. Not institutional at all. Residents seemed very comfortable and happy. They were home. Staff was very attentive and engaging. A lovely calm place to live and experience activities.

My mom came to this facility after leaving the [community removed]. Best choice we made, she has always been clean (showered) dressed, and fed not like [community removed] were she was soiled and wouldn't eat. The staff is friendly here and is more a family environment.

Attentive and positive caregiving. Top-notch activity program. The food is outstanding. It all starts up front with the welcoming and professional receptionists, department managers, and director.

The team exhibited a profound dedication to their responsibilities, evident in their patient and attentive interactions with residents, particularly within the community they serve. Very clean environment.

Excellent service, staff & admin. Very knowledgeable of the disease process. Activities are robust. Get all my questions and concerns answered quickly. Admin [name removed ]'s longevity in his presentation is impressive. All the staff here are incredible and take very good care of my lovely bride.

We feel truly blessed that we found Arden Courts for the memory care of our love one. The staff is very professional and kind- they do a wonderful job of giving care to all the residents. And, the leadership is the best.

A place for mom was amazing. We needed a quick placement for my mom with dementia. Arden Courts was out of our immediate geography but it came highly recommended. We fell in love immediately. After visiting many places this was a home. My mom shocked us and was thrilled to be here. She was in love with her room and the property. Our family can finally get a good night sleep knowing my mom is safe and has an improved quality of life. Great thanks can never be enough.

I’m always well-received by the friendly staff here. Memory care is difficult but they are good at what they do. The nursing and care staff always put their residents’ best interests first. It’s always clean there and their activities are engaging and fun. I always see family/friends visiting, too. Elk Grove is where I see my patients and I always look forward to coming here knowing they are well taken care of. I have been to another Arden Court and it was the same there. They are both very charming places.

I appreciate all who graciously took part in just helping my husband but supporting me. You are not just a memory care facility but a loving, caring group of people who try to help all concerned. Never change…we all need help and love for one another.
