Their activities are amazing for the residents. Everyone is so engaged and happy. I highly recommend Arden courts Richmond! Make sure you meet the cats!!

As someone who works in the healthcare industry, I am a champion in advocating for families and seniors! When families ask me about communities that are best for their loved one with dementia. The first thing I ask is, “have you looked at Arden Courts?” I recommend what I feel and know to offer the best presentation and care for residents living with dementia. The reason is very simple, I would want someone to do the same for my family.

My wife and I are currently looking for a facility for my father who was recently diagnosed with Lewy body dementia. When we arrived at Arden Courts in Bingham Farms, we were warmly greeted by many staff members and [name removed], our primary contact, was especially courteous and extremely knowledgeable. She made absolutely sure that all our questions and concerns were addressed and then gave us a comprehensive walk thru of the facility. We are very confident in every aspect of Arden Courts and will be a likely consideration. Thank you.

I was able to see my mother for first time since she was admitted and her memory had worsened. The Family Thanksgiving Event was managed with kindness, love, quality and efficiency. Every staff member went out of his or her way to connect with my mom by name and let her know she was loved. It was a lovely day I will always remember.

My mom started living here over a year ago. I cannot imagine a more caring community of caregivers and residents. The medical team is outstanding and take great care of my mom. The entire staff is conscientious and dedicated to creating and maintaining a comfortable, engaging, highly social space for all residents, regardless of gender and medical condition. Activities are highly engaging and range from bingo, to art and music, to movies. The food is great, too. And the people couldn’t be more welcoming. I often visit with my daughter (6), who LOVES the place and loves visiting grandma and the other residents and staff there, several of whom we’ve grown to know and love. When I visit with my father, they always offer him a meal so he can eat with my mom. The space is lovely and always clean. There is a beautiful courtyard with a gazebo that’s great for family lunch visits. I’m so grateful to the people at Auberge for giving my mom a place to live with dignity and friendship.

My mom has been at The Auberge for 7 months now and I couldn't be happier. From my first meeting with Brenda, to continuous communication with Apollo, and Linsey, they have provided an open, transparent and communicative environment that puts my mind at ease. The staff is empathetic, supportive and they really seem to care about mom. When I go to visit, they shares stories of how mom is doing, and they take the time to listen on the days I am struggling. The new Nobi fall detection lights are an added level of comfort that mom won't be on the floor for hours like she was at the last place. If you have a loved one with dementia and are looking for a place where they will be well cared for, I highly recommend The Auberge.

We brought mom to The Auberge at Naperville last week and came to visit her yesterday for the first time to give her some time to acclimate to her new lifestyle. We could not believe how happy she was there. She was so excited to show us all around the facility and introduce us to all the wonderful staff and all her new friends she has made. She told us about the activities they do everyday and the exercise classes in the mornings. The staff has called or texted us almost daily this first week to let us know how great she was doing because they knew we were nervous at first. I have told all my friends with parents struggling to care for their parents needing memory care about The Auberge and will continue to recommend them to everyone.

I visit my brother once a week and im not sure if he's happy to see me or not, he's having so much fun with his new friends. He has early on-set dementia so he needs queuing and reminders but he contributes anywhere he can. He helps with all activities and meets prospective families on tours, he absolutely loves it at the Auberge and loves all the people that live and work there. We are so happy he found a new home that seems to make him happier than his old home did. Hooray!

The meals are fantastic! My mom is so picky and her first week here she insisted on us bringing in her meals, it was maddening but every day she sat there and always commented positively about everyone eating the meals being cooked at the community, how good they smelled. I said mom please give it a try, its great. It took her a week of prodding. NOW, she loves meal time and squawks about the food every time we visit. So funny but she's right, meals are excellent!

Recently, I visited my Aunt at Arden Courts in Glen Ellyn. We had a great visit. She seems happy and settled and loves her life at Arden Courts. I believe she gets great care and is happily established. While there, I notice the property is clean and well maintained. The people and staff I encounter seem happy and helpful. I would recommend Arden Courts in Glen Ellyn if you have a family member who requires memory care. Thank you.

Overall a great experience, glad we picked Arden Courts. The staff took great care of my mom and other residents. I love the courtyard, and the freedom to go where you’d like both inside and outside.

Resident is well taken care of. She has late stage Alzheimer’s and can’t perform any of her daily functions herself. The staff dresses and grooms her in the morning, change her as needed during the day, feed her appropriate food each meal and make sure she gets to group activities. Very pleased!!

He is comfortable here. Good meals (out of bed with others) Finds someone to play scrabble. Excellent staff, Know how to mange care and communicate well with each different person' situation.

We were well received and had an informative and enjoyable tour. Got to visit with some of the residents and their visiting family that were also very informative and positive about their loved ones experience/stay there.

Very nice facility. I just felt like it was a little too small for my sister-in-law. She was very active. The entranceway was a little deceiving, but when she walked through the doors, it was very beautiful. The only drawback I have is the shared bathroom with the hallway
