My grandmother recently moved in here about 5 months ago. Around the same time I actually moved to the same town, and am now a minute away. I visit my grandmother about 3 times a week, and every visit I am first greeted with smiles in the front office by their administrators. Once entering the facility it is more smiles and kindness. I can tell the workers there truly care about my grandmother/ other residents and provide top care for them. Between throwing on different activities for the residents and allowing me to bring my Puppy, I would definitely recommend the Arden Courts to anybody who needs this kind of care.

My sister was her for a few months. Loved the staff, very pleasant, helpful caregivers. My sister loved the food. The rooms are comfortable and homey. The neighborhoods were set up for visiting which we liked. well worth touring!

Overall great experience and a very welcoming and kind community. All personnel seemed to be excited about their job and very willing to help myself, coworkers, and their residents. Great community at Whippany.

The staff, activities, food/dining room and bedroom are all great. They were great to deal with.

I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs skilled memory care and management for the extreme behaviors that can sometimes occur with dementia and Alzheimer's. They have the ability to administer medications when the patient may not be compliant

Everything was a five out of five for us. My mon was very well taken care of and looked after. The meals were good. The room was outstanding. People were very nice. The welcome they did for her when we arrived was absolutely unexpected and amazing. The staff was there. Sang to us and gave her a dozen red roses. I loved it!!! Best of all we got to go away for two weeks and not feel guilty at all for leaving her.

The staff here treated my father quite literally like family until his last days. My sister and I can not thank them enough for the way they took care of dad and the communication they had with us. Thank you [name removed]

Arden Courts of South Holland is such welcoming place. It’s very clean and the staff are always helpful. It’s a strong leadership team that have been here for several years. They do a great job caring for the people they serve.

The staff is very kind and caring to the residents. The food menu provides a very balanced meal and is changed daily for variety. Beautiful outside walking paths within a secure facility provide much enjoyment. Would highly recommend this Arden Courts location.

I placed my wife in a memory care facility for the final 9 months of her 10 year struggle with Alzheimer's. After much research into my options in the Washington DC area, I chose Arden Courts of Kensington. I am so glad I did, and cannot speak highly enough about our experience there. First, the quality and kindness of the caregivers was extraordinary. Many had been working there for 10, 20, even 30 years - which speaks highly for Arden's retention record. The caregivers truly treated my wife and all others from what I observed as family. Arden maintains an open door policy for residents' visitors: family can visit any time 24/7, unannounced. You never feel that your resident is receiving special attention simply because the facility was expecting you - the facility never knew when I'd show up. The layout of the facility was great; the place was clean and well-supplied; the on site health care was very good. And the front office, especially [name removed], was terrific.

Working at Arden Courts has been such a meaningful part of my life. Every day, I get to bring joy and comfort to residents living with memory loss, and that’s something I don’t take for granted. Our team truly cares about each person here. We laugh together, listen to their stories, and make sure they always feel loved and valued. Even on the tough days, the smiles, hugs, and small victories remind me why I do this work. A 5 for all of them. Mom really enjoyed the professional staff, great food and cleanliness of facility. [name removed] was wonderful to work with filling out the paperwork. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

My mother has been here for about a month. All of the caregivers and nurses are friendly. Everyone greets you and makes eye contact when you come in. They are very good at redirecting the residents and seem to have a lot of patience. This is a memory care only which I think is beneficial because the people here are experienced with demented patients. The activity coordinators do a great job in getting the residents out of the rooms and interacting with each other. My mother finely is at a place where she feels safe. She enjoys being able to walk the courtyards. This is a great feature that helped us make the decision to come. The place does need updating but that’s all minor to the care they provide. So happy my mom is finally comfortable.

Arden Courts was the first and only place I visited while searching for a memory care facility for my wife. I knew right away that it was the place for her. Two things impressed me: the experience of the staff and the design and layout of the facility. Most of the staff have been there for years which tells me they are treated well and in turn treat the residents well. But they go beyond just caring for the residents, they really get to know them. The design and layout of the facility shows that a lot of thought went into it. Lots of open spaces and natural light. We loved sitting in the sun out in the courtyard. I couldn't have chosen a better place.

I toured with my friend for support and this was a nice surprise. I did not expect to see such a lovely little place it reminded me of my grandmother's house. The workers were friendly, it was clean and the seniors were playing a fun game and seemed happy to be there. I would recommend Arden's court to anyone who needs a good place for a loved one with memory issues.

Everything except we can't afford the price. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Auberge is an excellent facility. Meals are served in a dining room environment on linen tablecloths; water or juice served in stemmed glasses. Besides programs or movies on tv, there are always other activities- bingo, coloring, puzzles, etc. they have outside areas with seating, golf, etc. inside there is a pool table plus newspapers and magazines for those that have enjoyed reading most of their lives. They also have afternoon snacks of crackers, cheese, fruits. Attendants know visitors (maybe not by name but by resident "[name removed] sister"). I am very pleased with facilities and staff.

The fact that the facility was built based on a study of people with memory care issues and the staff is trained to deal with these issues. I will definitely recommend to others both A Place For Mom and Arden Courts. Arden Courts has an educated and wonderful team for those with any type of memory issues. I am so very thankful to A Place for Mom for the recommendation and knowledge that [name removed] provided me as I was choosing a good placement for my mom.

My Mother receives the expected outstanding care from the staff at Alden Care Memory Care Facility. The entire staff, including [name removed], who manages maintenance, gives attention to the needs of the residents with a sincere touch of care and compassion. What is striking is that this is a facility giving care to our loved ones when their memories are declining. However, with their variety holiday and seasonal events as well as other planned activities, pleasent new memories are being made for all the the family. We have been able to enjoy summer their celebration that included a meats that would be put on a grill, tasty refreshments and sweet deserts. The music was live and lively!
