Facility is beautiful and so home feeling. Absolutely a home away from home. Everyone is attentive and supportive. Walking through the facility, you can tell it has been taken care of. All the employees seemed happy.

The staff is always willing to help and is mindful of your loved one needs. [name removed] and [name removed] in the nurse station are great to work with and [name removed] at the front desk is always so helpful on the weekend. [name removed] runs a great shop to keep your loved one safe, protected and cared for.

So happy I chose Arden Court for my loves one. Staff is caring, knowledgeable and experience. Activities keep the residents involved and happy. I have seen my wife settle in and have Arden Court become her new home. It is more a family than a facility. Everyone cares here.

Hi there, i was asked to give a review about visiting my grandpa and i would say that he is very happy. There are people here that goof around with him and talk about the old days, which he loves to do. They also are making a treat so he is mixing things up in a bowl and it smells great. Everyone seems nice and I will visit again.

My brother is here now for almost 2 years. He gets all his meals and watches the Bears play. He likes it here very much. The staff say hello to me and help him eat each day, they are saints. I also think the meals taste great as I eat with him every time i come.

Our mom recently moved into the Auberge, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt an immediate sense of warmth, calm, and genuine care. The team has gone above and beyond to make her feel welcomed, safe, and truly at home. The caregivers are patient, kind, and incredibly attentive—they take the time to get to know each resident personally, and it shows in the way Mom is already engaging more, smiling more, and settling into her new routine with ease. The community itself is beautiful, clean and thoughtfully designed.. There’s always something happening, small group activities and meaningful 1 on 1 moments. Watching her connect with staff and other residents has reassured us that we made the right decision.

It's always a blast when i visit... i walked into a rowdy ping pong match in one corner and in the other, jenga. The careigvers were holding up a sign like a cheerleader rooting for the one resident who has not played ping pong in 30 years and she did an amazing job. The other residents were sitting watching but all enjoying the action and rooting for their favorite, it was so much fun to see. I visit my mom three times a week, always fun.

On [date removed] I visited my grandmother for Thanksgiving and it was excellent. The food, the music, the decorations, and the love given to our family members was something I had never experienced before. It was like being with family I love the community.

My husband lasted less than 48 hours in the first memory care faciity I chose for him. It was definitely not a good fit for him. A place for Mom referred me to Arden Courts and it was a great fit or my husband. They were very patient while allowing him to get accustom to the new enviroment. I was never worrried that he would be "kicked out" as he iniitially had behavior issue. All the administrtive people were wonderful and always available to discuss any questions I had. Great caregivers and great activities too. My husband liked the food and the afternoon snack. I would highly recommend Arden Courts for your loved one. I always felt like my husband was safe and well cared for.

Very warm and inviting atmosphere. Employee very nice. Very understanding and patient. I love the fun activities they have with the residents. Very free spirt place for your love ones to live. You can trust that they are well taken care of.

I recently visited a friend. The staff was warm, attentive, and the environment clean, safe, and welcoming. My friend seemed genuinely comfortable and well cared for. I appreciate the compassion and professionalism shown during my visit. I’d feel confident recommending.

I was recently given a tour by the DoN and I must say I was very impressed by how professional she was. She connected with the families there so well by listening to their concerns and did her best to find a solution to the problems they had. Arden was lovely. I am considering it because it has a full activity schedule, it is exceptionally clean, the room is lovely, the walking ability outside is wonderful, and the pet birds were a nice touch.

Arden Courts is a thoughtful community designed specifically for dementia and Alzheimer’s patients. My family and I love that the community is only for these individuals and allows for them to have open access to all homes in the community. Other facilities we visited included assisted living, independent living and memory care. Once in memory care it felt like lock down. Arden courts is the complete opposite. They helped with the adjustment period of our family member and provided expertise advice on the next steps with move in, the conversation around the move, and best ways to handle. I highly recommend Arden Courts if you’re looking for a memory care specific community. Highly impressed.
