My loved one is so engaged here at Arden Courts. She spends most of her time through the day in Activities. There is so much to do and the activities are designed to stimulate the brain. There is Bingo and Trivia, movies, corn hole, ballon volleyball, Yoga etc. The Activity staff are the absolute Best! Staff is hands on they make sure all the residents are engaged in all activites. This is one of the main reasons we chose Arden Courts.

We have had a great experience at Arden Courts The Staff has been very helpful when ever we need somebody. The meals have been excellent. We have been very impressed with the activity department. So many interesting activities. The staff is marvelous. So Kind and caring. We are pleased with the facility.

My mother has been a resident at Arden Courts Pikesville for a year. I have been so impressed with the care and kindness of the staff. The activities are wonderful and engage the residents. They also have events that include the family as well. They offer a support group for family members. The facilities are bright and cheerful and color coordinated to help the residents find their way. I love the fact that it is a self contained only memory care facility as it helped my mother transition better versus a separate locked portion of a full assisted level community.

I could not be more grateful for the care my Dad receives at Arden Courts. From the very first tour, the warmth and compassion of the staff were immediately noticeable. They treat every resident with genuine respect, patience, and dignity. The community itself is clean and bright. The rooms feel like home and the secure outdoor space gives residents a safe space to walk around and enjoy some sunshine. I especially appreciate the thoughtful activities offered every day — music therapy is a favorite. I receive regular updates, and this he nursing team is available to answer questions or discuss even the smallest concerns. It is an incredible comfort knowing that my Dad is surrounded by staff who truly notice details and deeply care about their wellbeing. I recommend this community to anyone seeking a safe, supportive, and compassionate memory care home.

Transitioning a loved one into a memory care facility can be difficult and filled with many physical and emotional challenges. However, moving my mom into Arden Courts was the best decision, and our experience has been great. The place is designed in every aspect for this particular population and feels like one big family. My mom is kept busy all day with activities and socialization, the food is good, and the place is clean. The vast majority of the caregivers we have encountered are kind, friendly, warm, and compassionate. It gives my dad and the rest of our family peace of mind knowing she is safe, well cared for, and her mind is stimulated as much as possible. If we have any issues or concerns, we know that we can reach out to [name removed] or [name removed] anytime. We highly recommend Arden Courts Pikesville!

I was invited to have dinner with my sister for a Thanksgiving dinner. There facility prepared a full Thanksgiving dinner for the people who life here and there guest. The food was great. Please thank the chef and staff who prepared the food. the staff was friendly and helpful.

This was very lovely . Everyone was pleasant and nice. We really enjoyed the food, people, and staff . The entertainment was really great. It brought back memories from my childhood Thanks again everyone that participated

My cousin and I shared a Thanksgiving Feast with our Uncle this evening. The food was delicious and the service was great, as was the live entertainment. I love that Springhouse hosts different opportunities to celebrate with our family members. The staff knows the residents by name, which I find pleasing. And what a joy seeing the residents and staff dancing to the live music.

Great nursing staff. Just had an amazing Thanksgiving dinner with residents and family! Both my step brother and mother were here and they loved. When my step brother was sick they really went the extra mile!

My mom has been there for 3+ years and she is flourishing. Once she got adjusted, which took time, she participates in everything. She is very engaged with the activities and she loves all of the staff. She met a woman who is also a resident and they became like Lucy and Ethel, as close as sisters. If you see one, you see both.

Charlotte Stephenson provides excellent care in a beautiful facility with kind staff & caregivers. They also provide many meal options that that both my parents enjoy. Thank you all for taking such great care of Mom & Dad! I never have to worry about how they are doing.

I live out of state and can't visit every week and the staff has been nothing but kind and caring. The communication with the team had been waning and with some changes in staffing that has shifted and the updated team has been stellar and I feel like my family member is well cared for. I recommend Springhouse of Pikesville as a place for a family member ready for the next chapter to call home.

The community is designed to keep memory care residents active, from the themed corners and outdoor areas. In the activity room I saw residents participating in sing alongside to music that would have been popular in their younger years. It bought a smile to my face seeing their reactions and they looked happy! The improvement since the new management has been amazing!

We met with [name removed] to tour the facility and had a very good feeling about it. The facility was clean and cheerful, people were very pleasant, her room looked nice and modernized. I like that they grouped people into communities based on the nurses assessment. For example, my mother has late stage dementia and is deficient in many many things including can't remember what you just told her 30 seconds ago, but she can talk clearly. So for example, they told us they would not put her in a neighborhood with nonverbal Residents. Also, since she's been there, my mom has gone on at least two outings and has been to the beauty parlor. She's now more bedridden than when she arrived in September because the dementia is really progressed, but she has 24 seven care and she's happy because she feels well cared for. She's also in hospice and the hospice nurse has told me that they are managing her pain level. I feel relieved that I don't have to worry about whether she's comfortable and happy or not. It takes a lot to make my mother happy on a consistent basis so they must be doing a great job because she would be one of their pickier clients.

I would recommend this facility to others. Great place for your love one! My sister loves this place... stuff and care is on point with taking care of residents.

Warming and personable staff. The community gives you the feeling of being at home. The residents were up and moving around and seemed to be enjoying their afternoon. The Marketing Team was knowledgeable and professional.

We recently were happy to place my father-in-law at Arden Courts. The home like atmosphere and warm greeting draws you in. The activities room was overflowing with residents who were easily engaged in exercise class. The beautiful court yard is easily accessible by all. In the summer is flourishing with grasses and floral beds. As a nurse myself staffing is always a concern to me. Most of the staff has been there 10+ years and are highly knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. My father in law has acclimated well. If you’re looking for a place that ticks all the boxes this has been a great endeavor we feel confident with our decision he is safe and very happy.

This is a beautiful assisted living that cares for all of the needs of those with Alzheimer's and dementia. I was drawn to all of the little porch areas that had murals. As you walk through the halls, there are bright colors and interesting places to sit and enjoy company. There's always a nurse 24/7 and that is very important to me. The staff was friendly and the building was clean. I would be very happy to bring my own parents here.
