I moved my mom into Charlotte Stephenson 6 months ago. She was welcomed with open arms by both the residents and staff. The care is top notch. I sleep better at night knowing she is safe and HAPPY! We love CSM!

This facility is very clean, welcoming, and just like home! The staff are attentive, friendly and very helpful. Mom feels very comfortable and safe here. She loves the meals and various activities that she is able to participate in. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

My entire family came on a Saturday for a tour when my mom and dad were both admitted to the hospital. The marketing person came in to meet us in a minute notice and could not have been more helpful and more informative. We were very happy with the level of expertise and everything surrounding the dementia care that our mother needed. We were absolutely shocked that the executive Director was willing to come in to the hospital to provide an assessment for mom and work with the social workers on a safe discharge for both mom and dad. Eventually, our father was also moved in to Arden Courts and together they made many friends and finally received the care that they both needed. Recently, my parents have both returned home to us in Idaho. Everyone seemed to work together and was able to meet our urgent desperate needs. Beyond a doubt this entire team was the best, we can’t forget one of the best parts was the little puppy who comes to work there mom and dad love him so much thank you!

I am an administrator of a neighboring skilled nursing facility. I was invited with my team to participate in a networking luncheon that was hosted by [name removed] and [name removed]. My entire team was impressed with the expertise and care provided to their residence. We were deeply moved by their genuine support for dementia patients. In fact, on several occasions, the executive director invited patients to come and join us in conversation, making them feel like they were part of the group and accepted. What a difference they have made for their residents. We were all very impressed and will continue to confidently refer our patients in need to this beautiful dementia care facility.

I came to visit my mom and could not believe how much she had improved well staying with Arden Courts at Towson. It warmed my heart to see the executive director care for her like family. The staff are genuine and true. We are so fortunate to have found this beautiful home like environment for mom. Our family is always well. I am a professional in the senior living industry and came in to talk about my new company and try to partner with the community. We sell companion care services and I think I had a really good meeting with the Sales Director and I am looking forward to getting some business with them. The community was clean, the associates were friendly and the residents looked happy!

People taking care of my husband are very kind and considerate and looking out for his best interests. He is here on hospice and I am grateful for the care he is receiving. He sees to be happy and content.

After my visit in Pikesville, all I can say is that it is a wonderfully warm community. I have toured a lot of communities in my line of work and Arden Courts Pikesville stands out. I am a senior living counselor, so I am in and out of facilities on a daily basis. The genuine way the staff aim to please and are so attentive to the residents is truly amazing. I would recommend this facility as one of my top referrals for clients.

I was able to come and visit my grandpa at Arden Courts of Towson and was happy with what I saw. My grandpa was a huge part of my childhood and with his dementia diagnosis, it has been hard for me to adjust with his condition. The caregivers and staff of the community seem very well trained in dementia guidelines and I feel confident with his care.

I was so happy that on a Friday evening on a long weekend I stopped in and asked for information from my grandmother. This was a very difficult time for me as we had just lost my grandfather and the receptionist was so amazing and took me through the community toured me herself I laughed feeling very confident and within three days my grandmother was able to admit to this care facility. Not only was my first impression great but the last three months my grandmother has thrived and has adjusted very well with such an exceptional team.

I came to Springhouse without an appointment. As I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles and a willingness to help. The receptionist called [name removed] to come and meet me. He came up to me and was eager to show me around Springhouse and some of the apartments. As lovely as they were, the staff and overall feeling of the community were wonderful. Cannot wait to schedule a follow up with family members to tour the community with me.

I am always honored when I am able to recommend Arden Courts to a family that has a loved one that is on a memory care journey. No matter where they are on their journey, they are able to meet them where they are and allow them to be engaged and enjoy life.

[name removed] is a super person and such a responsible nurse. She works quickly and efficiently. She takes special care of the residents. She is patient and knows every resident. In my heart she is a superpower! I can not fully express everything she does, she is amazing

Since this place specializes in memory care, their thoughtful construct and patient:staff ratio have been a game changer for my loved one. They engage the residents to ensure they are mentally stimulated which has helped with improving mood for my loved one. The facility is always clean, the staff is responsive, and there are many safety measures.

From the moment I arrived, I knew this was a special place. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and professional — they go above and beyond to make sure every resident feels cared for and respected. The facility is spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly feels like home. The amenities are top-notch — from the delicious, well-balanced meals to the engaging activities and beautiful outdoor spaces. Management is responsive and genuinely cares about everyone’s well-being and comfort. You can tell that this community was built with love and runs with excellence. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and luxurious living environment. It’s truly a five-star experience in every way!

They offer short term respite care. Staff there are caring and very attentive.

I have been visiting at this lovely place, caregivers are very nice, very caring and knows very well to handle Dementia. They are very accommodating with patient’s need. They kept the place as clean as possible.

I just had the opportunity to tour Arden Courts of South Holland. The staff is very friendly and the community is clean. The residents were engaged in activities. If you’re looking for a memory care community look no further!

This show is a great place to work and the people here are very nice and friendly. I will definitely recommend anyone to this place, and it’s one of the greatest places I’ve ever visited. Clean, neat, and people have patience for you.
