I recently volunteered here and everyone was super kind and friendly. workers were helpful and supportive. This facility seems well run and the staff seem to really enjoy what they do. Building was clean and inviting.

Yesterday, I was able to stop by and see my grandpa, who had recently moved in. He is a veteran and they had a lovely pinning ceremony for the resident who had served during wartime! The activities ladies did a great job at keeping the resident engaged. They even had red white and blue snacks available!!

My husband is currently a resident at Arden Courts. There are so many reasons my family chose this facility. I wanted a place that was just memory care, it’s very homey and comfortable. The outdoor garden area is so beautiful we often sit, walk and enjoy the beautiful flowers it is one of our favorite things to do. Also the fact that each areas (there’s 4) have their own staff, kitchen and living room. The number one reason for our decision was the staff everyone knows everyone some of them have been there almost 20 years what that says to me is love and you truly have to love this job so much dedication, when you walk in they all know your name and I know all them. They keep everyone busy with music, activities, outings, projects, celebrate special holidays there is always something to do. I am so comfortable with my husband there it is not an easy decision but, it was the right one. Our family knows he is being taken care of.

My 85 year old father has been residing here for a little over a year and really loves all the staff. I visit 2 or 3 times a week and he's always clean, dressed and seems stimulated when I see him. There's always some kind of activity going on to keep the residents stimulated (music, art, games, presentations on history and wildlife). Mt dad's a bit of a recluse and wasn't so much into the activities at first. But he's made friends with staff and other residents and now he's much more likely to be participating is some activity most days. The staff is very friendly, professional and communicative if I have questions. It's comforting to know that my father is in a place that can look after his needs both physically and mentally. It gives me great peace of mind to know he's safe and cared for.

My husband is a resident at Arden Courts. He is well taken care of, and they are able to give him care that I would be unable to do at home. My husband is in a facility where there are lots of activities, his meds are properly regulated, he has access to many doctors and the staff is great.

My mother has now been a resident at Arden Courts in Geneva for 4 1/2 years. The care has always been outstanding. The front office staff, the nurses and the daily caregivers are very diligent and responsive to the needs of my mother and the other residents. The executive staff also is excellent with their communication regarding activities as well as administrative changes that affect me and my family. We could not be happier with Arden Courts in Geneva for my mother.

The facility has a homelike and comforting environment. There are multiple activities to engage the residents and my husband is at ease. He especially likes having his own room and values the combination of privacy and access to activities when he is feeling more social. I am especially impressed by the kindness and understanding that the caregivers show the residents. The facility director is very capable and responsive to questions and concerns.

The facilities care is amazing. Staff are plentiful and friendly. Concerns are addressed in a timely manner. The set-up of the facility meets the needs for memory care clients. We have had a wonderful experience and peace of mind that our family member is being cared for in a place that meets their needs. Only concern is that the building is older and does need some updating.

I was looking for quality memory care to move an out of town loved one closer to me. With dementia, change can be disruptive and trigger behavior changes. After touring Arden Courts Geneva and meeting with staff, I felt confident in making the move. They coordinated every step with me and assured me my loved one would adjust with a little time. Sure enough, within a month or so, she felt at home and content. What a blessing! A small, homelike environment that is designed as little neighborhoods. Genius! Arden Courts Geneva truly cares for its residents and their families.

I came to do the flu clinic here at Whippany. I knew some of the staff and families prior to coming for the clinic. As a healthcare professional the staff our extremely professional, kind to the residents and knew each resident. So impressed!

We have been fortunate enough to have worked with Arden Courts Pikesville many times. [name removed] and [name removed] are available 24 hours a day for us. There have been a few times we have needed them on weekends. Within minutes we hear back. Truly one of the best at caring for their residents as well as the families. The residents are smiling with the caregivers and are engaged in the activities as well.

The staff at Arden Courts, Pikesville, has been nothing short of amazing. Very supportive, very insightful, very gentle in their recommendations. We have not had a single thing to raise issue with since our parents moved in in early [date removed] and then at the end of [date removed]. My mother loves the activities and the staff. My dad also loves the staff and the food! While the rooms appear small, they are cozy and clean and actually make my parents feel safe (and they came form a very large condo). Thank you for this sense of trust and relief we have that our parents are well cared for and happy.

They're meeting my husbands needs and got the hospice for additional support. So far it's been great He'll be getting some extra care with hospice Arden court suggested that because not taken his meds So I signed a lot of forms I'm pleased so far I know 2 people leaving but one is $$$ and one is medical and they're not happy with that We are fine so far so good.

I am here every week as a hospice provider and someone who holds themselves to high standards. Everyone here is great. working with [name removed] the Lpn is incredible. she has an eye for everything. she know all the residents and cares deeply .Head to toe staff all the staff are phenomenal

My wife is well taken care or and the staff have a hard job. I feel good after visiting her because she is happy. I come as often as I can. I love visiting my wife here. She is content and enjoys the scenery!

I have a friend who lives at Arden Courts in Whippany. She has lived here for almost a year and I am so impressed with this community. The moment you walk thru the door, your’re greeted with a warm and friendly smile. Then as you enter the facility it is spotless. The care she receives is exceptional. The residents are free to wander throughout the community. I am so glad that my friend is safe and secure and most important happy. Thank you Arden Courts for making her new home “a home”.

I have spent some time at Arden courts Whippany. The building is beautiful and designed for someone with memory loss. The courtyards are large and allow for the residents to freely move around which is so important. The staff are very outgoing and friendly and really care for those they serve. Keep up the great work!

Everybody always friendly and helpful. Place spotless! Wife is happy here so that makes me happy. Relieved she is in a safe place, and freedom to walk around. The courtyards are perfect! She loves to garden .

The people are well taken care of, very clean which is so important. Anyone who comes to visit sees it as well. The residents all seem to be happy and isn’t that what you would want for your loved one!

It’s a very home like facility, and the people are friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Like one big family and it’s warmly inviting. We visited for my mom and would move here when we need to.
