My dad's journey has been a 3 year road. My only regret is that we didn't know about Arden Courts sooner As dad's needs in caused due in part to the negligence of his pervious facility, We sought a place that would be both comfortable and home like a swell and provide 24/7 nursing. I cannot begin to express the level of gratitude. All at Arden Courts. You art the care in memory care.

Dad was at Arden Courts for 2 years, the team always felt like family even after his passing. Arden Courts consistently has story compassionate leadership and the level of care never wavered. The generosity and heart of Arden Courts employees can't be taught it is who they are at their care.

Just wow. This building has blown me away. I have, unfortunately, had my mom in and out of multiple facilities who could not meet her dementia needs. Arden Court was confident that they could and although I was skeptical, I gave them a shot. It is the best decision I ever made. The building is not modern which at first turned me off but I now understand it’s for good reason and has truly served its purpose by making my mom feel like she’s at home. Her mood has improved and she loves all the activities. I can’t thank them enough.

Arden court is a place that is very homey. Unfortunately my Mother and mother in law were residents there in the past. They were fortunate to be there, if you need memory care. The staff was like family and really tried to make both of my family member’s stays as comfortable and familiar as possible. It is great that they have small communities so the residents are not overwhelmed. It was quiet and safe although the residents are allowed and encouraged to do what they could for themself. Their dignity was respected, they were assisted with hygiene needs and always looked like staff at least cared, helped them dress and provided change of brief and combed and washed their hair. Arden Court has a special place in my heart. This recent tour brought me to that place again where I could appreciate that they were more than there for my family members.

My wife has been a resident for over a year. She has been very happy to be there and feels that the staff and other residents really care about her. She especially likes the frequent live music entertainers. The staff is well trained for caring for people with dementia. She likes the varied menu and Arden Courts Bingham Farms is always clean and with a warm atmosphere. My family always feels welcome when we visit her. We believe we definitely made the right decision when it was time to move into a residential home.

Auberge is the best Memory Care around! I searched for a long time to find a suitable, safe home for my Mother and finally found it here. The interactions and care of the staff it’s given me peace of mind to know she is well taken care of.

I have my Father here and I made the right choice. Great staff and food. I highly recommend as it was one of the toughest decisions for my family. My Dad's room has a great view and huge bathroom and walk in shower.

Thank you for making Christmas special. The caring words “we hope the holidays are gentle” are the most thoughtful ones spoken to me in a long time. Mom had allot of loss this year, it’s comforting know the staff understand this and are so kind.

As I began considering a facility for my husband with Alzheimer's, it was important that the facility didn't cordon memory care off to a small side unit. When I visited Arden Courts, I felt welcomed from the moment I met them. The facility is clean, the caregivers really care, and I feel my husband is well taken care of. Alzheimer's is a difficult journey. For us, it's comforting to know that he's in a place that was built for him and that he's well cared for.

From the moment you are buzzed into the secure entrance, you are met with a warm welcome from friendly, attentive staff. The atmosphere is cheerful, calm, and genuinely inviting. The community is thoughtfully designed into small neighborhood-style settings that feel both uplifting and safe for their memory care residents. Great activities for the residents. I like that the families of the residents are asked to be involved in activities. (family bingo, Thanksgiving dinner. Meeting Santa and the craft activities afterwards.) The different musical entertainment ([name removed])does a fantastic show for the resident.) Room is always clean and very good meals (My wife put on a few pounds while here.)

We recently attended the holiday dinner at Arden Courts, and it was one of the most heartwarming experiences our family has had in a long time. The dinner brought residents and families together in a way that felt genuinely meaningful—not staged or rushed, but thoughtful and full of warmth. One moment that especially stood out was seeing the Executive Director and Maintenance Director in the photo booth with residents, laughing and making memories right alongside everyone else. It spoke volumes about the culture there leadership that is present, approachable, and fully engaged in the community. We were also touched by how management sat with families during the holiday meal, taking time to connect, listen, and share in the celebration. Being there reminded us that Arden Courts is more than a facility it’s home. The love, care, and respect they show their residents is obvious in the small moments and the big ones. Visiting my mother at Arden Courts of Towson during the Christmas season was both emotional and deeply comforting. Her home environment was decorated so beautifully for the holidays, with clear thought and intention in every detail. You can feel the warmth the moment you walk in—nothing is done halfway, and it truly reflects a place that values dignity, comfort, and joy. The Activities Department goes above and beyond with specialized programming, and it shows. My mom has really, truly benefited from the love, care, and attention she receives especially over the holiday seasons. It is hard to have Christmas without her at home this year, and that grief is real. But knowing she is so loved and so well cared for at Arden Courts has taken the edge off a little bit. We love the staff, and we are grateful for everything they do.

We recently visited our friend at Arden Courts of Towson, and it was genuinely reassuring to see how well she has acclimated to the memory care community. Coming in during the evening, we were struck by how engaged and welcoming the environment felt and it meant a lot to see that management was still in the building, actively facilitating a lovely social for the ladies. The gathering was thoughtfully arranged, with snacks and hydration available, along with a specialized social activity tailored to the specific neighborhood where our friend lives. It was clear this was not a “one-size-fits-all” approach, but something intentionally designed to meet the residents where they are. Most importantly, it was wonderful to see our friend comfortable, adjusted, and smilinghaving made connections and real friendships. We left feeling grateful for the warmth, structure, and genuine care that supports her quality of life every day.

My loved one lives at The Auberge Oak Village. The community is bright and cheerful. The staff is friendly and show genuine care towards the residents that live there. The nurse is amazing! She is knowledgeable, communicates changes and is always available when I need to speak to her. I appreciate knowing that my loved one is being cared for which gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend this warm and inviting community!

During a recent visit with our mother at Arden Courts of Towson, we were deeply moved by the Marketing Director and Executive Director’s thoughtful attention to how meaningful it is to capture family moments in time. They created a Mrs. and Mr. Claus photo setting with a warmly lit fireplace backdrop, giving us a beautiful space to gather around our mom. It was the first time in more than three years that we had seen her laughing and genuinely joyful during a holiday celebration.
