I live here with my wife and we have enjoyed all that this community has to offer. This includes the activity program, the food, housekeeping service and the staff in general. I would highly recommend this community for anyone seeking memory care placement.

Memory care specific plus cost is why we chose them. I would recommend to others.

recently came in to complete a tour with [name removed] and [name removed] with my mom for my grandma. They were both super nice and did a great job telling us about the building and different activities. My grandma passed away before we could look to move her unfortunately, but this was where my mom planned to go. [name removed] reached out to my mom personally via email to send her condolences which i thought was really nice since she didn't even know my grandma yet. I definitely would recommend to people and i am hoping to come volunteer there soon. I really enjoyed seeing the activities for residents and would like to help

I’m helping a friend to find her grandmother in a care community. We had the privilege of touring the Auberge at Onion Creek and it was a lovely, clean environment and gives off a supportive atmosphere. We saw many residents engaged in activities. While we were leaving I could smell an appetizing lunch about to be served. Some residents were chatty but, adorable. Our overall experience of the tour was amazing, we’re impressed that this level of care is available for people suffering with dementia or Alzheimer’s. Wishing my friend and her family were able to afford this community.

Everyone there has been very helpful in getting my husband moved in to his room. Everyone is very nice and if anything happens, they give me a call or they text me. It is a very nice facility. The courtyard is very nice. Very roomy residence can sit outside and enjoy the sunlight watch all the butterflies.

I have recently come to visit a family member at this facility. The building is clean. The staff is caring. The administration treats my family member as if she were their own family. I have seen lots of positives in this facility.

I have been very happy with my family’s experience at this community. My family was at a crossroads when we learned we had to make this decision. I feel very comfortable and at ease knowing my family member is at this community receiving top of the line care.

My mom has been at The Auberge for almost 6 months, and it has had such a positive impact on her! She is so much happier here than when she was living at home by herself. It was not an easy transition, but the staff knew exactly how to help and guide both her and us through the process. The staff is always patient , helpful, and positive-which is amazing, and there are plenty of daily activities as well as outings for the residence to do. It doesn't matter what time or day I visit, there is always a positive energy. I can now actually relax and have peace of mind when not with her that she is in good hands and being well taken care of-even on her "spicy" days.

I recently toured The Auberge at Onion Creek, and it was such a great experience! The community is beautiful and welcoming, and [name removed] was an incredible tour host,friendly, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what she does. She always has the best events and makes everyone feel at home. You can really tell the residents are well cared for here!

I recently visited Arden Courts located in VA Beach too see a friend who resides there. I was so impressed by everything I saw. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, welcoming, and truly home-like. The staff greeted residents by name, with warmth and genuine smiles. It was very evident that they know and care deeply for each of their residents. The facility itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed for safety and comfort. I noticed how engaged the residents were in activities and even with their therapy staff. They were all so patient, attentive, enthusiastic, compassionate and positive in their interactions with their residents. It’s clear that this facility goes above and beyond to create not only a safe environment but also one filled with dignity, joy, and meaningful connection. This is exactly the kind of memory care setting every family hopes to find for their loved one. I wish there was a facility like this for my dad years ago!

Moving mom into a memory care facility was going to be a tall order, but their brand new administration team, featuring [name removed] and [name removed] , made the entire process a breeze. My mother is a tough cookie, and she’s had the attention and commitment she requires from this capable and dedicated team since the moment she moved in. She now attends activities regularly and has a true smile every time I visit. Thanks for the great work, Arden Courts! Keep it up!

I got to attend the halloween party that arden courts of wilmington had for their residents today and I must say... WOW!!! this building has come such a long way. All of the staff welcomed me with open arms even though it was my first visit in close to 3 years since i moved out of town. I saw residents and staff who truly were having fun and loving being together. I was given a tour by a young lady [name removed] who was so kind, personable, knowledgeable, and truly just embodied an angel on earth. She later gave me her business card with her name and cellphone number on it and told me i can reach out any time. It was only then I learned that she was the executive director of the community. The way that Sabrina put telling me about her team, her residents, and her community over throwing a title around tells me so much. You can see in her interactions how much she cares for not just all of her residents, but also the families. [name removed] knew every person (residents, staff, and family members)

My sister has been through so much recently and moving in here a month ago has not gone as expected. I expected bad food, TV watching and a groaning upset sister. I have not heard a peep except for her reactions when she is laughing, which I am told she does all day. I am so happy with the staff and activities they do with her. They bring her everywhere, to all the houses to meet new people, she seems to be having more fun now than in the past 10 years, maybe longer. I want to thank the staff for being so kind to her and friendly to all of us.

I just moved my husband in and we are so very happy with this transition. By day two I can see the staff very engaged with him in every way, he is generally a happy person and that is very much showing here. This has been a tough road these past two years and moving here was the sliver lining we needed, I am grateful for the executive director [name removed] and the care staff I have met, they are all so professional and personal and I am also happy its not like a hospital floor but more like a home. Best decision we made in a while.

Recently toured the Aubergee at Onion Creek and I was extremely impressed with the facility and staff. [name removed] provided me with an excellent tour of the community. The staff goes above and beyond for their residents.
