I recently had a tour with [name removed] from the Marketing Department. She was very informative and provided thorough answers to all of my questions. The facility was impressive, particularly the beautifully remodeling, which reflects a strong commitment to providing a comfortable and supportive environment for residents.

I recently went to Arden Courts of Pikesville, and I was really impressed. [name removed] did amazing job. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I left with a good impression of the care and compassion offered there.

I am currently looking for a place for my mother-in law who will be moving to the Baltimore Area this summer. I was very impressed with this community. It is definitely on my list for consideration.

Wow to this community! This is our fourth place touring and clearly stands out. Very clean, no urine odor, residents active and engaged. All staff were courteous and smiled. Felt like a very happy place.

Arden courts kensington is a very warm, friendly place where residents and visitors are made to feel welcome all the time. There is a comfortable mix of structured activities that residents can choose to attend as well as quiet time watching tv in the living room or visiting with family and friends in one of several casual settings. The meals are served in a cheerful dining room with cloth table cloths and flowers and a view of the outdoor courtyard and garden area. The food is always healthy and delicious. The individual bedrooms are always neat, the bed is always made, the residents are up and dressed each day (with assistance if needed). The caregivers are always kind and helpful. Very warm, comfortable environment.

The staff is wonderful, so caring! My husband loves the meals and homemade snacks! There is always activities everyday. The rooms are kept tidy everyday.. very pleased with Arden Court of Bath!!

The care givers are very sweet and caring. They love my wife and ask how she is doing. I always receive nice greetings. [name removed]and [name removed], and Nance on Berry ridge are the best. I am here every day and see the care they give. I feel like I am part of the team! My wife is always well dressed and groomed for the day. She likes the smaller group activities. My wife and I love the courtyards! The therapist is exceptional and so good with my wife. My wife may not remember her name but we have gone from a wheelchair to a walker to nothing. This is because [name removed]is so good. Activities have a tough job, but they handle it with grace. we love the music days. the life entertainment weekly is fabulous. Nobody wants a memory care community, but this is one of the best!

The facility is very clean and secure. Staff are helpful and caring. They keep a close eye on my mom.

Arden Curts is such a cozy place! The staff are wonderful and the residents are all loved by everyone there! From the moment you walk in, everyone feels like family from the receptionist to the caregivers and everyone in between. My loved one doesn’t need the opulence, all she needs is the comfort of home, and Arden Courts has become that!

Of all the facilities I have seen this one is the one that reminds me most of a home town feel. Its more like a resident home than a locked memory care setting. The staff is friendly and the folks living there seem happy and looked after. I enjoy my visits with my friend at Ardens Courts. Nice place.

They stepped and cared for my mother when I couldn't handle her anymore. It was a very difficult decision but one I'm glad I made. They treated her with the upmost respect. They kept her busy with plenty of activities from puzzles, music concerts to painting her nails. At first, she was very reluctant and wanted to leave. As time went on, they all became like family. I am very greatful that I had Linden Village. It made this journey, so much easier to except.

Charlotte Stephenson Manor was a very nice facility for my Mom. She loved the staff and the residents and the facility itself. My Mom received very good care. She enjoyed the meals and was very happy there.

I went on a tour with a friend and was plesantly surprised with what I saw. The facility was inviting the colors were happy and bright and the workers all said hello. The facility was clean and lunch smelled good they were serving. People looked well kept and happy. I think this was a nice cheerful place!

After an exhaustive search, we selected Arden Courts for my husband's sister, who has Alzheimers. Their specialization in all forms of dementia, compassionate staff, along with their model of independence within a safe and secure environment, especially access to a safe outdoor garden, and structured, appropriate programming. Plus proximity to a hospital, 24/7 nursing, access to podiatric, dental, speech therapy, and a continuum of care through end of life made it the best possible choice.

My grandmother recently moved in here about 5 months ago. Around the same time I actually moved to the same town, and am now a minute away. I visit my grandmother about 3 times a week, and every visit I am first greeted with smiles in the front office by their administrators. Once entering the facility it is more smiles and kindness. I can tell the workers there truly care about my grandmother/ other residents and provide top care for them. Between throwing on different activities for the residents and allowing me to bring my Puppy, I would definitely recommend the Arden Courts to anybody who needs this kind of care.

My sister was her for a few months. Loved the staff, very pleasant, helpful caregivers. My sister loved the food. The rooms are comfortable and homey. The neighborhoods were set up for visiting which we liked. well worth touring!

Overall great experience and a very welcoming and kind community. All personnel seemed to be excited about their job and very willing to help myself, coworkers, and their residents. Great community at Whippany.

The staff, activities, food/dining room and bedroom are all great. They were great to deal with.

I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs skilled memory care and management for the extreme behaviors that can sometimes occur with dementia and Alzheimer's. They have the ability to administer medications when the patient may not be compliant

Everything was a five out of five for us. My mon was very well taken care of and looked after. The meals were good. The room was outstanding. People were very nice. The welcome they did for her when we arrived was absolutely unexpected and amazing. The staff was there. Sang to us and gave her a dozen red roses. I loved it!!! Best of all we got to go away for two weeks and not feel guilty at all for leaving her.
