Here with my friend today visiting her mother. This is a very nice facility. The activities were on point, [name removed] was great and the snacks afterwards were delicious. The staff were amazing and the facility was very clean.

I recently visited there for the 1st time. The community was nice and clean, all the residents looked cared fore. I was offered snacks and coffee by several peoples. A very nice place for your loved ones.

We choose this place because they are 100% memory care. He has freedom of movement which we live. The care level is sufficient.. The care gives are they have patience and they care. The location is close for myself and sister. The staff know who I am both professional and caregivers. I love that’s all inclusive. I got a call right away if there was a concern

community is clean and well kept nice environment. Resident also seems to be very happy and also very engage in programming.

So happy my family member is here. She is safe and engaged with activities. The staff treat her nice, and they know how to calm her if she is upset. So happy that the staff have training on how to work with people with dementia. We love the courtyards.

Today I visited my Grandmother here at Arden Courts. When I got here it was during dinner and my mom had warned me that my grandmother had declined . So since it was busy in the dining room and sat and watched in the living room about 2 minutes later one of the caregivers came over and introduced herself to me and asked who I was there to see. I informed her and she stated that she was done eating and that she would change her and bring her right back. I watched them all evening take very good care of everyone there even residents that didn’t belong on their unit. Today I was proud my mom chose Arden Courts.

I enjoy volunteering here at Arden Courts! I came here last year and I really enjoyed it. I decided to come back because it is so interactive and fun. Great facility!! I love Willard, he is the best dog!

My friend told me that she volunteered here and I thought it sounded really fun. This is my second time here and I’ve really looked forward to coming back!! [name removed] and I have been doing a bunch of activities with residents like hangman and we’ve made lots of friends so far!

Beautiful place, they help people make the transition to memory care easy. They help honor their lives. The food is delicious. I love their dog Willard! It truly is an amazing place. Hard to completely state what a joyful place this is! My only regret is they are not located in Seattle where I live!

Having toured several memory care facilities to place my wife, I found nothing that compares to Arden Courts. Its unique “small village “ design creates a very warm and friendly environment for both residents and visiting loved ones. The entire staff is actually family to the residents providing them with great care and attention. I highly recommend Arden Courts to anyone seeking a safe and loving environment in which to place a loved one needing special care.

Arden courts was a refreshing place to tour. They only care for people with Dementia and cater everything to their needs. There were no smells and lots of activities and the food looked and smelled great.

I was surprised with how I was greeted upon arrival, they made me feel at home, the upkeep & maintenance was constantly roaming around the facility making sure all was running well. The best encounter was seeing how the kitchen was beautiful looked brand new.

5 to all What we like the most about the community is the staff! Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Our family member wanders at night but they are memory care only and locked down so he can leave his room and walk the common area for a while just like home-he's not locked in his room at night-duty care givers are always checking on him. I can call them anytime 24/7 and get someone The nurse, [name removed] is very knowledgeable and staff was very responsive twice when our family member had to be taken to hospital I also like the layout One level with two outside patios

The staff is very warm and friendly, activities are appropriate and capture my mom's interest, food has been great, room size is perfect for her needs. It has exceeded expectation and been a relief to feel like she is safe and taken well care of. She loves the other residents also.

Recently did a tour and occasionally visit with [name removed] , who is caring, cheerful and vigilant when it come to the residents. A beautiful community Residents seem to enjoy their community Great staff and support

Upon entering the facility you are greeted with friendly front desk staff and that carrys over to all staff members you encounter during your visit. The design of the building (one level) makes it easy for residents with memory issues and visitors to maneuver. The facility is always clean and inviting. Great meals and lots of activities for residents and visitors to enjoy. Any health issues that arise with the residents is handled promptly.

My mom has been part of the Auberge community for 2 1/2 years. She loves the activities and the friendships she has made with the other residents. The staff truly cares about each resident, ensuring they receive individual attention and that their needs are met. Knowing my mom is safe and well-cared for allows me the time to enjoy being her daughter.

My dad has been a resident at The Auberge @ Brookfield for almost 2 years. Even with the dementia progression, the activities director - who is absolutely amazing - and nursing staff provide kind/compassionate care. The variety of resident activities offered to keep everyone engaged in life is exemplary, from field trips to see fall foliage, holiday celebrations, musical talents, crafts, cooking, and the always popular BINGO. We are very thankful to have found The Auberge.
