Two years ago I was faced with selecting a memory care center for my wife. For a number of reasons I decided on Arden Courts in Geneva Illinois. After these two years, I am certain that I made the correct decision. The facility has a “homey” feel and the staff is very caring and friendly. Safety was also very important to me and the facility is very secure without appearing “locked down”. There is plenty of space for residents to explore both within the building as we as in the outside courtyard and garden areas. They also have a very full activities schedule that includes arts & crafts, music, games, exercise and daily news updates.

From the moment I walked in I felt like I was at home. The building is warm and inviting. The staff is so kind and friendly. They offer great activities. I would be so happy having my father in law love here.

Moving my brother into this memory care community two years ago was truly one of the best decisions our family has ever made. From day one, we felt a sense of relief knowing he was in a place where he would be safe, supported, and genuinely cared for.

My brother has been living in this memory care community for two years, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment he moved in, we felt confident that he was in the right place—and that feeling has only grown stronger over time. The staff are compassionate, patient, and truly invested in the residents’ well-being. They know my brother by name and understand his needs. The community is always clean and welcoming, and the environment feels more like a home than a facility. What has meant the most to our family is how much my brother has thrived here. He’s made wonderful friends, participates in activities, and has a real sense of belonging.

I visited here a few times and can tell those people are taken care of. The building is cool for Alzheimer’s set up. I wish they had a real “town center” (like a working store) but it’s still nice. The staff work super hard and seem friendly. The managers are jacks of all trades and working hard. It’s a cool place and I’d recommend it. Check it out

My wife has been a resident since [date removed]. She has Alzheimers and other health issues. We have been married over 54 years and I visit her at Arden Courts of Geneva five or six times per week. She gets care from caregivers and other staff that really care about the residents. I couldn't give her the same care if she was still home with me. Arden Courts offers daily activities to keep residents active and stimulated. The food is good and personal care is a priority.

I visit the Geneva location about twice a month. I like the security for entry and the warm greeting from staff members. I appreciate the variety of activities offered and the inclusion of guests. I feel I am welcome to visit at anytime. I also enjoy the entertainment and education about dementia offered. Around the holidays this location offers family to visit for meals, photos, etc so families have a safe place to be together. I feel my loved one is well cared for and I feel comfortable visiting.

My aunt enjoys the activities at Arden. I had a lovely experience decorating pumpkins with her. The facility is bright and cheery. The staff is friendly and caring. I would recommend Arden Courts for anyone looking for memory care.

Arden is my husband's new home, and I am very happy it is like a home setting, not a hotel. It is completely memory care with 24 hour supervision, which is perfect and necessary for dementia! The outdoor space is beautiful, the food is great, and medical care is always addressed. It's a tough choice in life, but when the time comes, I would highly recommend Arden for your loved ones.

My wife is a current resident at Arden Courts and we are very pleased with her care. All of the staff is very nice and the food is very good. The presentation and dining experience is encouraging for her to eat more of her meals. She is the third person in our family to face this disease and Arden Courts is top tier compared to the others we have been to. Overall, she has adjusted well and it feels good to know that she is in a safe environment. I would highly recommend this community to others that are looking for memory care.

The staff really cares about the residents. Great place for your family member. But most of all a great value.

The staff is very attentive and you can tell they truly care about their residents! The facility is very clean, and is very considerate when it comes to being memory-care friendly. You can tell the facility prioritizes the residents.

Staff very authentic. Warm atmosphere. The room was quite pleasant with a view to a garden and included its own bathroom.

It’s always clean, the staff are always friendly and kind it’s always a quiet place to visit our Grandmother! The food is good, she likes it! Her room is a good size and the people in her hall are nice.

I recently toured without an appointment. [name removed] was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She apologized for keeping me in waiting because she was on the phone. I was offered coffee and water by everyone. While sitting in her office she asked questions that I never thought of. During the tour there were no smells and the people there looked very clean. I wish I could afford it but can’t and a bridge loan won’t work for me at this time.

Arden Courts is a special place. I wish more memory care facilities would adopt the standard of care at Arden

Toured the facility and it is outstanding!! The staff is friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and caring. The facility is very clean and feels like home! [name removed], Executive Director and [name removed], Memory Care Advisor are the best with understanding the needs of those with dementia. My dad will be going there for sure!! I visited Ardent Courts and was greeted by wonderful caregivers...So shoutout to them. They gave me a wonderful experience and was very respectful...I would highly recommend them to anyone whose looking for great care.

I've been an industry partner of Arden Courts of Kensington for several years. Their staff is compassionate and caring- always placing the resident's needs first. It always feels like home when I come to visit. [name removed] , the memory care advisor loves her job and is an example of what memory care should look like.

This assisted living home is great the staff is always happy to help anyone, the residents are always happy and satisfied, the cleanliness and neatness of all parts of the building are great and if anything ever needs fixed or cleaned it is done. All the staff are wonderful the place wouldn’t work without them or the residents
