I have been working here for 10years, great staff!! I have a good support staff, we worked together, very supportive of each other, management is awesome, they always there too help when we need it, they are very helpful, it’s a very clean environment

I toured Auberge and found the staff to be very friendly and kind. The residents all looked well cared for and clean. The facility staff are engaged with the residents and engaged with the staff. There were activities taking place for the residents.

Just walking into the lobby I feel welcomed by the friendly staff and fresh baked cooking with coffee. Not only is mom being cared for, I'm part of the Arden Court family. Lots of windows letting in sunshine and the niew of the landscaped grounds. Pathways to explore the grounds to show mom the trees and flowers with butterflies so many memories at activities and holidays events with food, music, petting zoo and more. Daily activities in the central station to entertain physical fitness and spiritual needs. Food is prepared by the chef and staff that is appealing as well as nutritious and always on time. Housekeeping keeps the home clean and moms room is always smiling fresh and clean. Caregivers are the most caring and loving people. Mom is always groomed and dressed for they day. The hairstyles knows how to keep lotskeep everybody looking great.

Since coming to The Auberge At Naperville My aunt has been given the most kindness of care. There management Team. It was with great and long consideration our family place mom at Arden Courts. It look more care than was possible to keep my own safe and nourished as dementia progressed. We are confident that she is content and cared for well. The staff is kind and attentive. They are knowledgeable and help us make this difficult situation much easier to navigate.

My grandma passed away at this facility and I could not have asked for a better place for her to live in her final days. They showed her and my family endless empathy and understood dementia better than I could have hoped for. I’m forever grateful to them!

I have partnered with Arden Courts many time to provide excellent education and support for our seniors in the local community. Also I have personally been involved with how memory care residents and guests are treated in the community with that being said I have observed nothing but topnotch, professional, compassionate, behaviors. I believe that Arden Courts has the most empathic caregivers I have encountered in the 10 years since my mom died from Parkinson's Dementia. The staff are open minded patient, reliable and above aules. Compassionate when caring for their patients. They are angels on earth.

My dad's journey has been a 3 year road. My only regret is that we didn't know about Arden Courts sooner As dad's needs in caused due in part to the negligence of his pervious facility, We sought a place that would be both comfortable and home like a swell and provide 24/7 nursing. Dad was at Arden Courts for 2 years, the team always felt like family even after his passing. Arden Courts consistently has story compassionate leadership and the level of care never wavered. The generosity and heart of Arden Courts employees can't be taught it is who they are at their care.

Just wow. This building has blown me away. I have, unfortunately, had my mom in and out of multiple facilities who could not meet her dementia needs. Arden Court was confident that they could and although I was skeptical, I gave them a shot. It is the best decision I ever made. The building is not modern which at first turned me off but I now understand it’s for good reason and has truly served its purpose by making my mom feel like she’s at home. Her mood has improved and she loves all the activities. I can’t thank them enough.

Arden court is a place that is very homey. Unfortunately my Mother and mother in law were residents there in the past. They were fortunate to be there, if you need memory care. The staff was like family and really tried to make both of my family member’s stays as comfortable and familiar as possible. It is great that they have small communities so the residents are not overwhelmed. It was quiet and safe although the residents are allowed and encouraged to do what they could for themself. Their dignity was respected, they were assisted with hygiene needs and always looked like staff at least cared, helped them dress and provided change of brief and combed and washed their hair. Arden Court has a special place in my heart. This recent tour brought me to that place again where I could appreciate that they were more than there for my family members.

My wife has been a resident for over a year. She has been very happy to be there and feels that the staff and other residents really care about her. She especially likes the frequent live music entertainers. The staff is well trained for caring for people with dementia. She likes the varied menu and Arden Courts Bingham Farms is always clean and with a warm atmosphere. My family always feels welcome when we visit her. We believe we definitely made the right decision when it was time to move into a residential home.

Auberge is the best Memory Care around! I searched for a long time to find a suitable, safe home for my Mother and finally found it here. The interactions and care of the staff it’s given me peace of mind to know she is well taken care of.

I have my Father here and I made the right choice. Great staff and food. I highly recommend as it was one of the toughest decisions for my family. My Dad's room has a great view and huge bathroom and walk in shower.

Thank you for making Christmas special. The caring words “we hope the holidays are gentle” are the most thoughtful ones spoken to me in a long time. Mom had allot of loss this year, it’s comforting know the staff understand this and are so kind.

As I began considering a facility for my husband with Alzheimer's, it was important that the facility didn't cordon memory care off to a small side unit. When I visited Arden Courts, I felt welcomed from the moment I met them. The facility is clean, the caregivers really care, and I feel my husband is well taken care of. Alzheimer's is a difficult journey. For us, it's comforting to know that he's in a place that was built for him and that he's well cared for.

Great activities for the residents. I like that the families of the residents are asked to be involved in activities. (family bingo, Thanksgiving dinner. Meeting Santa and the craft activities afterwards.) The different musical entertainment ([name removed])does a fantastic show for the resident.) Room is always clean and very good meals (My wife put on a few pounds while here.)
