I am really grateful that my sister is at Arden Courts of Sarasota - they have been wonderful all the way around with the quality of care. I highly recommend the facility to others.

Arden Courts of Palos Heights is great. My family member loved it there. I was happy with the service they provide. They have established staff there, when a lot of places have rotating staff. They do a very good job of communicating with each other about the patients' care, conditions, and issues, and I was very happy with that. She was very well cared for.

Whoever write the Anonymous review on [date removed] must be from another planet. We toured the facility today and were very impressed by its spaciousness and cleanliness. It is a 100 percent memory care facility. All rooms have private baths. It has a wonderfully large interior courtyard…with a putting green no less. Wide, bright hallways. Each room has a display case in the hallway by the door to aid residents to find their own room and to show off treasured memories. They use the SPARK methodology, based on the Montessori philosophy, to care for the residents and give them a purpose. Yes, it is expensive but it appears to be top quality.

Our loved one was accepted here at Arden Courts and we had a phenomenal experience. The staff were so wonderful with him and we were very grateful for that. We would absolutely recommend this community to all families, we do think they could work on improving the activities and getting the residents outside a little more

We are so happy to have found Arden court. They are caring and have well trained staff.

My brother is receiving wonderful care at Arden. IT brings us comfort that he is in a place that takes such good care of him and keeps him safe.

Many of the staff have been here a long time (several years) and are very comfortable helping residents. Always cheerful and pleasant. My brother in law is always well attended to. No surprises.

Only concern was mom's health with the bed & chair alarms was not certain if they had them as she was a fall risk. They may have them but not certain if they do at this facility. Overall the community was wonderful!

The staff members during our loved one stay was super friendly and extremely helpful. Where ever our loved one was they would bring his meals to him. We have no complaints whatsoever. We sincerely mean what we are saying.

I toured Arden Courts of Richardson Memory Care and got a warm fuzzy feeling. It's a memory care only facility, and I know 2 people who have loved one's here and have had a wonderful experience. I'm moving my mom in soon. They have a nursing staff 24/7, so they're there all day everyday. They're also allowing me to put a camera in the room, whereas her previous community didn't allow me to. Arden Courts has a 3rd party hospice company that comes in and has an office inside the facility. They're available 5 days a week. They were one of the only places who could tell me the staff to resident ratio, without including the kitchen staff.

Caring, compassionate staff. They are committed to each resident taking a personal interest in each person. Head nurse Takes a personal interest in my parents and my family. Hugely helpful! The director works with us with great support.

Excellent staff and associated doctors and nurses. Activities but her situation would improve to a point that she was able to eventually leave and come home.

Arden has really made my wife thrive. She is getting good care and loves it there.

[name removed], the director, thoughtfully arranged that my father's room would be in the same wing as three other men and this has had such a positive impact on my father, socially and mentally. [name removed], the director of nursing, bring so much enthusiasm and caring in everything she does. It's a joy to talk with her about our parents wellbeing. All of the staff are so dedicated, pleasant and caring!

It was necessary to move my sister from assisted living to memory care in [date removed] and I chose Arden Courts of Geneva. Once she moved in, her demeanor changed; she was happy, laughed at a lot and thoroughly enjoyed herself. I attribute this change to the staff at Arden Courts; they are positive, considerate and supportive of all residents. My sister recently moved under hospice care; the staff continued to watch over her and support her as much as possible along with the hospice staff. Whenever I stop for a visit, she is well dressed and clean and quite often sitting in her wheelchair in the community living room; I have been told many times that she was taken to the community center for an activity (even if she sleeps the entire time). The activities director excitedly told me that my sister attended a game of bingo and even won a prize. She was taken to the ice cream social; and one of the caregivers took the time to walk her around the facility for a change of pace. Words cannot express my gratitude for the caregivers at Arden Court of Geneva. They are absolutely phenomenal in their positive approach to care-giving. They are supportive and always have a kind word to residents. I could not have asked for a better facility for my sister than Arden Courts Geneva.

The people are what makes Arden Geneva amazing. Who knew that angels worked 9-5? Food is great, atmosphere great, and staff are the GOAT.

Before covid I used to volunteer here at Arden Courts for memory care support groups and I would absolutely recommend this community to other families. If it wasn't for the location and it being to far away our loved one would be here now. The place is immaculately clean. They have a wonderful set up over there, there are little areas that are all decorated differently which is extremely creative. One area may be decorated to resemble a library and another area will be decorated to resemble a cottage beach. The residents basically have free rain inside and can go to all these different areas. They have a ton of different activities, the staff are very caring, kind and patient with their residents.

We have been very impressed with Arden Courts of Largo. It has been such a relief knowing our mom is safe and being well taken care of. I would rate Arden Courts a 5 across the board on all of those categories. With regard to value, I would note that it is more expensive than the other places we looked at, but I think it is a case of you get what you pay for. The peace of mind we have is well worth the money.

Arden Courts is wonderful. They have so many cute activities and they really do a lot with the residents. I have never not been able to talk to someone when I have called, they are great with communication. The director [name removed] is wonderful and can answer any of my questions. They really took the tome to explain everything to me since this whole thing was a brand new experience. I would highly recommend them to others.
