It's a very nice and caring place. They get to know everybody very well, and they helped my mother out a lot. The facility is very clean. I never see any dust balls or smell any odors. I would recommend them to other families.

Memory care is all they do, and they are well set up for it. It's a very nice, safe place for the residents, and they are well looked after and seemingly satisfied. I would say they are pretty well cared for. The staff are good. They're very patient and good at handling and guiding the residents when needed. They're very persuasive, in a pleasant manner, when it comes to things like getting the residents to come to dinner. The food is surprisingly good. And activities are well planned, not too strenuous, and seem to draw a good crowd.

They specialize in dementia care and you really can tell, from the building maintenance to the nursing staff and management they really know how to communicate with the residents and know how to preserve their dignity. The staff were always very reassuring, and communicative. They were always very happy to see us and always supported our visits.

We were really considering Arden Courts of Pikesville. The person in charge there had an incredible personality and was so welcoming. They were definitely in the running when it came time for us to make a decision.

This is the best place to take someone that has Alzheimer's or dementia. The staff are very good and very caring with me as well as my loved one. My loved one was not able to participate in activities but they took fantastic care of my loved one.

I would recommend it.

We picked it because the service and the staff. They do an outstanding job, we would highly recommend. They only do memory care, they have been in the business for a long time. They are number 1 and we have recommended it to a few friends as well.

Lely Palms Retirement Community is excellent!

I would recommend for you to see if Arden Courts would be a good fit for your loved one. This has been a good experience for us and would highly recommend them. Bingo, music events, holiday celebrations, and more for the residents to participate in for activities.

Arden Court is caring for my Dad very well. They are qualified, professional, loving and caring. He is adjusting to everything. I appreciate their quick response to me when I have a question or need help! Well done, Arden Court!

Arden Courts is a fabulous facility, it is very homey like and the staff are consistent in terms of who the aids are day to day because it can be difficult for those with memory loss and having to get to know new people. They have a very low turn over rate, the nursing staff all the aids and just everyone really understand the different levels of memory loss and the truly care for the residents. They are so inspiring and we could not be more pleased with the staff. They not only take care of the residents but also the families. We have seen them do the most kind and generous things to make the families comfortable with the difficult setting their loved one is in. For example - when our loved one did not know who I was (wife) when I came to visit it was absolutely devastating for me but that night I got a call from the head administrator and the head nurse checking in to see how I was doing. They could see how upset and heartbroken I was, and they reassured me that he hasn't forgotten me for forever, there will be difficult times but that they would be there for me during those difficult times. I was so moved by that. Another time that I was moved by what the staff did, is they overheard a wife speaking to her husband who was a resident there about their 50th anniversary the next day, even though he would not remember, the staff went out that next day and bought a dozen beautiful roses so when his wife came to visit he could give her the roses

I would highly recommend Arden Courts to others for their loved ones. The staff is extremely friendly. My loved one was very well taken care of here. They are very caring towards the residents and families.

For the area, this was our best choice. They had everything we had been looking for. There is a monthly calendar given to the family and residents to choose from each month. The food seems to be ok for my loved one.

This community has been so wonderful for our uncle, they get 5 stars on everything. Anything that he needs they do it for him, he gets his physical therapy done during the week, and everyone is just so attentive and accommodating. The aids are wonderful

This community is all on one level so it allows our loved one to still have freedom and get around easily. We chose this community based on the staff, they all seemed seasoned there - they are very familiar with all the residents calling them by their first names and even their families. Even with covid they are trying their best with the activities.

The value for cost is fair

Arden Courts is a very nice facility, it just was not the right fit for my mom. She is higher functioning and this facility is strictly for memory care which she did not need yet.

It's a smaller community, and all of the staff members have been incredibly friendly and engaging. It's very clean. There are plenty of open spaces. It's a very secure facility. They do a good job with activities. It is pricey, but as far as I know, it's one of the best in the area.

We chose Arden Courts because of the scheduled daily activities provided, the way that it is laid out with 4 living pods and it is all on one story, it has more of a homey feeling to it. The value for the money we felt was also really good compared to others we looked into. A couple of the aids my dad has are really good and truly seem to care about their residents. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

The care and compassion my mother receives at Arden Courts is wonderful. To know she is being taken care of puts out minds at ease. We know she is getting great food and love as if she was still at home.
