My father [name removed] was diagnosed with the early onset of Alzheimer’s at the age of 74. He lived for 19 years since that diagnosis, the last 2 years of his life at Arden Court in Delray Beach. The director [name removed] and all the caregivers at Arden Court were so wonderful and attentive to my dad. Before the quarantine I was able to visit my father everyday if I chose to, he was always well groomed and neatly dressed...and loved his meals. [name removed] contacted me during the onset of the quarantine and asked about weekly FaceTime visits with my father. I was so happy for that even though he had been declining rapidly from his Alzheimer’s disease, and the disease had taken away his ability to recognize me, he was still sweet and in good spirits when we were on FaceTime. The last FaceTime call I had with my father was 3 days prior to his passing away. I was with my little grandson and he said “hi poppa, although my dad had no idea or understanding of who we were he sat there looking at the FaceTime screen smiled and said “cute”. He recognized that this was a sweet little boy who said Hi Poppa. I was so happy for that FaceTime on that day to see my father smile at his great grandson who he didn’t even know because daddy passed away 3 days later. I’ll always have that memory ... Thank you [name removed] and all of the wonderful caregivers at Arden Courts who worked so tirelessly, and helped imprint that wonderful memory in my mind forever and taking such wonderful care of my beloved daddy as he will always be to me.

The staff is spectacular, the value is great. Pre COVID they had a variety of programs for the residents to participate in. They would have readings and music, they also would have professional musician's come in on Fridays. The way the facility is laid out is very unique, it is very large. There are four wings built around a central area. The food is fine, it good and tasty. The rooms at this community are terrific. They re-designed all the central areas, her room is lovely. The staff has really stayed on top of COVID, they have started doing supervised face to face visits outside on the porch. They have really done a great job keeping everyone safe. The executive director is just spectacular as is her number two.

My sister and I had been taking turns caring for our Mom in our homes when we realized that, despite our best efforts, we could no longer continue to do so. After some research, we settled on admitting her to Arden Courts of Palm Harbor. Due to the pandemic this was a difficult decision,as we were placing her into a facility sight unseen and then being unable to visit her for an unknown length of time. [names removed] walked us through the process step by step, always helpful and encouraging, very understanding of how difficult the situation was for us. They addressed our numerous questions, including the precautions they were taking during COVID. Since her admission, Mom has adjusted beautifully. [names removed] made sure Mom has a lovely, comfortable room and sent us pictures of the end result as well as pictures of Mom in activities. It is clear that the staff considers her to be an individual, not just a room number, and they understand how difficult it is for her to be away from us. They go to great lengths to cater to her special likes, such as her love of music and of ice cream. We cannot say enough good things about the kindness, personal attention (putting her hair in rollers!), and care they give mom every day. The nurses, caregivers and administrative staff are all readily available by phone and are always willing to answer questions, give updates, and arrange phone calls and FaceTime meetings for us. Even though it remains difficult to be separated from Mom, we are truly grateful for the assurance and peace of mind we have of her well being at Arden Courts of Palm Harbor. Thank you all so much!!

Top choice. No family care. Huge consideration

We chose Arden courts because of the fact it was strictly a mental facility, secondly I liked how they broke it out into smaller houses, it is not as overwhelming, and third when I walked through the unit, I passed someone on a girder and the staff surrounded him as they walked him out. The room sizes are decent, they have their own private bathroom and plenty of room for personal items. I have eaten here, the food is good and the deserts are great. They seem to have a lot of variety. My favorite part about this community has been the staff members, they have all been great. The kitchen staff came out to me and told me my husband wasn't eating and I told him he needed finger foods, from there on out he has been eating. They modified for my husband so he would eat, I can tell they truly care. I would absolutely recommend Arden Courts of Cherry Hill and already have.

Thank you, Arden Courts of Largo, for the excellent 100th birthday party thrown for our loved one. The decorations were colorful and the thoughtful planning showed through. Lunch was great and thank you again for that treat. However, we were most impressed on how the staff were so attentive to our loved one but equally an example of how the residents are cared for in such a personal and professional manner. I’m sure she enjoyed her day and is most appreciative of all the effort. Again, thanks for such a great day to honor a major event in her life, despite the ongoing Covid crisis.

The people are caring and conscientious. Everyone on the staff is very sweet and never grumpy. I chose this community because my mom was at there sister property for day care and needed full time care. My mom loves the food and they accommodate her dietary restrictions. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Friendliness is a 10 out of 10, a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Staff is very caring, they had activities every day like memory games as well as physical activities. We ate there a couple times, the food was nice but it wasn't always warm. They would have home aid bread, fresh salads and desserts everyday. The community had gardens all around the facility, as well as big dining rooms. The layout was well designed. The outdoors were very accessible to all residents, which is one of the main reasons we liked this community. The office staff and nursing staff were very helpful all the time. They were very attentive and very responsive and just very friendly. We truly made a good decision.

The staff is very friendly. They take good care of the residents. They keep in contact with families to let you know what is going on. They have great follow up. I have not had any issues. The room sizes are nice. They have four different houses. They have a secure outdoor space for residents to use.

We can never adequately express or thank you enough for all of the ways in which you are wonderful. We know how blessed we are to have such kind, caring, and outstanding people taking care of our mother. Not only during these times (COVID-19) but always. You are in our prayers, not only to support you and keep you all healthy and safe.but as a treasure and blessing always.

My mother resides at Arden Courts. There are special people that have been present throughout mom's hard times as well as the lighter days. There are so many special caregivers but one is extra special. [Name removed] treats each resident with respect and engages them with normal. meaningful conversation and activities. She is patient and allows them to be as independent as possible. Doing this preserves their dignity. I'm thankful for all the staff, however [name removed] is truly unbelievable.

I have been remiss in not taking the time previously to thank you and the entires staff at Arden Courts for the wonderful care, attention, and respect that all of you have shown to each of the residents. About a year and a half ago. I made the decision to place [name removed] at Arden Courts. During that time I have had the pleasure to meet and talk with many of the employees. I can tell you without any reservations that all of them have been helpful, understanding and caring in their day to day performance in assisting all of the residents. Your "Team" at Arden Courts is the "BEST." I can tell you that placing [name removed] at Arden Courts is perhaps the best decision I have ever made. I will never stop thinking and praying for the entire staff, and all of the residents, that you all remain healthy and safe during this difficult time that the coronavirus has created throughout the world. Please extend my thanks to the entire staff for their dedication and caring they provide on a daily basis to all of the residents. I look forward to when I can visit my sister and at the same time be able to thank all of you in person for the truly great job you are doing. I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers. Arden Courts was the place I chose for my husband last August. My family and I are very happy with my decision. The minute you walk in you feel a comfort for your loved ones. The care he receives is excellent. They have a beautiful outside area that is open during the day. Because if AC’s size, it is easy to know everyone. The nursing care is excellent. The food is excellent too Before the Covid virus I visited everyday. The activities included everyone. I am now FaceTiming & visiting through the window. I know he is in good hands.

Arden courts of San Antonio is everything that an individual eWorld be looking for in memory care. Meals, personal hygiene, medical and activities are excellent handled.

I have spent a lot of time thinking about all the work you are doing. The strength you all possess to continue giving such good care to our loved ones is just staggering. I realize these COVID times must make your job more challenging. I know "thank you" must seem like a shallow and empty phrase by now but from the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking care of my mom.

My Mother, moved in with me in 2005 and remained so until 2019. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2011. At that time, she remained in my home and I took care of her needs. I discovered, however, that I was unable to continue to do this by myself, so I hired some in home caregivers. Over the years we had caregivers and found it necessary to increase their hours as time passed. Her quality of life diminished as her slow developing Alzheimer's progressed. She was receiving care, but chose to remain in her chair most of the day. In the meantime, my own health began to deteriorate. The family discussed the matter and with my reluctance, My brother [name removed] and I agreed to look over a few facilities. The family left the final decision to me and I selected Arden Court ( It proved to be one of the best decisions of our lives). We put a deposit down to hold a spot for Mom. It took five years to finally let Mom go. [Name removed], the director at Arden Court, was patient and sympathetic with her guidance throughout that time. She remained in touch and went above and beyond in her support. In January 2019, my Mother Virginia at 95 years of age, found her new home in Arden Court. Arden Court's facilities are excellent. They are clean, the staff is of the highest quality and compassion. The private rooms with bath are cleaned daily by the housekeeper. Each unit has its own living room and dining room allowing a sense of home for the patient. [Name removed] has seen to it that there are daily activities and every holiday Arden Court is decorated accordingly. [Name removed] beat the state in closing Arden to all visitors as Covid19 was emerging. She sees to it that her staff is screened, and took measures to insure that no outsiders enter the facility. Since Covid19 the headquarters of Arden Court has supplied their facilities with an I-Pad thus allowing families to talk and see their loved ones. This was a very comforting idea. Of course, you can talk to your family on the telephone at any time. [Name removed] and I found our interaction with [name removed] and the staff, either in person or on the telephone, have always been helpful, attentive, and extremely caring. Overall, to me, Arden Court, the director, and the staff are considered to be God's Angels. My Mother is healthier and happier, looks better, than she had while receiving home care. She participates in activities and interacts with the other patients within her abilities. I offer sharing my experiences more in detail with anyone who may have some doubts or is in a similar turmoil as I was before the final decision. My brother [name removed] and I are blessed to have found a new home for Mother in Arden Court.

When the time came to decide on a Memory Care facility for my Mother 2 1/2 years ago, my siblings and I wanted a place where sociability was encouraged. My Mother has been a very social person her entire life, and Arden Courts has been wonderful for her! They keep the residents busy with crafts, cooking demonstrations, trivia, sing-alongs and many more. The fact it's divided into 4 different communities of people makes it easier for Mom to recall her surroundings. It's also run by very kind people!

Although my Grandmother has only been at Arden Courts San Antonio few weeks, It has been a wonderful experience. We had been preparing for the better half of a year for my Grandmother’s transference of care into a Memory Care home. Arden Courts San Antonio and [name removed] there in particular, have made this a very easy and successful transition. My heart no longer feels heavy and worried. I know my Grandmother is getting the best care possible. The staff at Arden Courts San Antonio is friendly, compassionate and always willing to help. We look forward to my Grandmothers continuance of care there, and are very happy she is able to call Arden Courts San Antonio, home.

Even with the COVID restrictions, my mother has benefited from the many activities at Arden Courts. She's met some nice friends and enjoys the company of her small community. The staff is always ready to give me updates on her adjustment and having a neurologist on staff is of tremendous benefit. Her move to Arden Courts has exceeded our expectations and I feel she is in a safe and caring environment.
