I thought Arden Courts was very nice. It seemed to be very well organized. Back in the 90s, we had a different family member there for [time frame removed], and our family had no complaints. When it was time to make our decision, it was a very close call choosing between Arden Courts and another community.

My father has been a resident at Charlotte Stephenson for a year and has received excellent care. I originally chose this community because they offer 24 hour nursing and I found the atmosphere to be homey. The staff and residents are friendly and engaging, and the staff have gone above and beyond to assist my father. Despite my father’s physical and cognitive challenges, the staff have been caring and innovative in resolving these things and meeting his needs. My father, who had been totally resistant to moving from his home, admits that while he would rather be at home, he doesn’t know another place he could receive the same care. I would highly recommend Charlotte Stephenson to anyone searching for Assisted Living or memory care for themselves or a family member.

Very caring staff you are treated like family as soon as you walk through the door.

The care provided is excellent, Activities, food and environment is beyond amazing. Everyone goes out of their way to assist everyone and you feel like you’re part of a family.

The staff are very compassionate and they treat my father like a person who is sick, rather than just a body, even though he has problems with dementia. They've really been able to stabilize him so that he's comfortable, safe and not scared. That comes from a standpoint of him not knowing what's going on which then causes anxiety. I really appreciate the staff. They all know him and he knows them back, which I think is extraordinary, as he has trouble with meeting and remembering new people. So, the fact that they all speak to him and call him by name while he waves back at them when they walk by - I think that's great!

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the place. They were very good to me and my mother. They treated her fantastic during the last weeks of her life and did whatever she needed. They treated us with respect and were very helpful. The head person, [name removed], treated me with the utmost respect and helped me with anything I needed. Before we even moved in, she made time on a Sunday for my sisters to come into town to tour. They are fantastic people, and I don't say that about many. They did not charge me a cent until my mother arrived, and when she passed away, I got refunded any unused funds right away. So they're very honest.

These people genuinely care; they are very, very interested in helping my father get settled and that he is well attended to. I continue to be impressed; the longer we are here, the more impressed I am.

This is the third community, that my loved one has been in, and the treatment is over the top. They meey my loved ones needed, where she is at mentally, they understand challenges and meet her persoanl needs and behavior perfectly.

I like the community's set up, as it is set up as a round and the residents are able to wander and never get lost. They have outside courts that are secure for the residents to walk as well, and still be safe. The community was willing to accommodate the dietary restrictions for my loved one. The staff are good to work with if I have questions or concerns about my loved one, they are good at finding the answer and getting back to me.

We are very happy with our experience at Arden Courts. She has been here about 2 months and they are taking great care of her. They are awesome with communication and contact me right away with any questions or concerns. I cannot say enough about the staff - especially [name removed] the admissions director, she was excellent and did a great job.

We love Lely Palms and think it is the best in Naples. I have invited 8 other people from other facilities and they are all coming down to live here. Our apartment is under $[removed]a month and that is for a 2 bedroom 2 bath and we have a large patio. It also includes cable water and electricity, so there are no extra charges. The cable is not the best, but that is the only negative. The staff have been so gracious. I joined as a volunteer staff because they are so great to work with and easy to get along with. There are lots of activities and we have great parties. Every Tuesday we have $3 dollar lunch and every Sunday a $3 dollar breakfast.. The facility is plenty big and we are able to entertain our family, have bible study, tea parties with friends etc. This is our last move and we are so happy to be here.

One of the reasons I picked Arden Courts for my husband is that he has choices that are acceptable and safe. He can go to activities or he can go for a walk or he can watch tv. I also liked the fact that he can go outside to a nice shaded courtyard when he wants to ....weather permitting. Most of all, I really like how the staff treats everyone with dignity and respect. In a difficult time of life I can have peace of mind knowing that my husband is being well cared for.

Good and excellent. I never had an issue. Any issue, mom is taken care of right away. Great activities. We recommend to others. Best place for mom.

The transfer to Arden Courts was the best possible move since my wife's severe stroke a year ago. Ratings 1 through 5 are just data points. The familial feelings & pleasures of the modulated personal goals my wife is experiencing with the guidance of staff exceeds the families expectations. And yes, our numerical ratings are close to perfect - numbers.

My sister appears to be happy and well cared for. And that is the most important thing for me and my family.

After having had a bad experience elsewhere, my family was thrilled to find Arden Courts of Parma. The building and gardens are colorful, homelike, and give residents lots of places to walk and be busy. The staff have been terrific both with Mom, who can be tough to work with sometimes, and with our family. We have felt welcome and encouraged to spend time with Mom. The food is very good too. But it's the dedication of the staff that makes this place special. They work hard and really care.

I am really grateful that my sister is at Arden Courts of Sarasota - they have been wonderful all the way around with the quality of care. I highly recommend the facility to others.

Arden Courts of Palos Heights is great. My family member loved it there. I was happy with the service they provide. They have established staff there, when a lot of places have rotating staff. They do a very good job of communicating with each other about the patients' care, conditions, and issues, and I was very happy with that. She was very well cared for.

Whoever write the Anonymous review on [date removed] must be from another planet. We toured the facility today and were very impressed by its spaciousness and cleanliness. It is a 100 percent memory care facility. All rooms have private baths. It has a wonderfully large interior courtyard…with a putting green no less. Wide, bright hallways. Each room has a display case in the hallway by the door to aid residents to find their own room and to show off treasured memories. They use the SPARK methodology, based on the Montessori philosophy, to care for the residents and give them a purpose. Yes, it is expensive but it appears to be top quality.
