One of the main reason we picked Arden Courts was because of all the different activities they have for the residents. The staff are very good about encouraging the residents to get out of their rooms and get involved and stay busy. They have different group exercise classes in their community center, they do sing-a-longs, art projects, word searches, memory games, and religious activities. The other day they even had root beer floats. The staff are fantastic and the nursing staff is always on top of our loved ones care. They pay very close attention and if anything looks off the assess it right away and call us with updates. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

Arden Courts is a wonderful place for mom. The staff is warm, kind, fun, intelligent and truly care about their residents. They are also a fantastic support system for me as well. I highly recommend them

Arden Courts of Largo was extremely nice. I liked that they allowed pets. When we were looking they were almost completely full so it was a little chaotic. [name removed] who showed me around really took her time with me and sat and talked for a long time. Out of the many places that we toured, she was the most interested in my husband and I and I loved that. She was wonderful.

I would recommend Arden Court of Elk Grove to anyone. The facility staff are kind and small enough that our questions were answered quickly. Never once unhappy with Arden Courts. There was a time when my loved one stopped eating the regular prepared food, so the staff purchased whatever she would eat. Once they found out that she ate watermelon at one of the events, so they purchased a watermelon! My loved on was invited too all of the activities and she did attend all of them that she could. Due to her health status, my loved one didn't express much about Arden Courts, but seemed happy and did not want to go home. My loved one was not stressed or agitated in any way. It was very peaceful for her. My loved one passed away and we had hospice at the very end. We never had any issues with communication, or getting what she needed from hospice nurses. The nurse at Arden Courts made sure we received what we needed. Arden Courts is built like a home surrounding smaller homes. It works well for people with challenges like my loved one. They took her even with some challenges and never her sent her out to be cared for, she was always cared for there at the facility.

Arden Courts took wonderful care of both my parents. The activities are great - facility is smaller and has a homey feel.

I needed memory care for my husband quickly. Arden Courts of Palm Harbor was found for us by a care placement agency. It was a hard time but I never felt alone. Not only did Arden Courts take great care of my husband-they took care of me. They asked if I was eating right and sleeping well. They helped me learn how to visit him and handle the changes he was going through. Every person there is a special kind of person. They are compassionate, kind, gentle and caring. Each resident is cared for based on their own needs. I never doubted that we were getting the best care possible. If you have to go through the difficult process of finding memory care, please look at Arden Courts of Palm Harbor. They will guide you every step of the way.

Clean, I cannot say enough for this skilled nursing memory care facility. The staff know each of their patients and give them lots of individual attention. The facility is decorated as if the patient was at home, a real friendly place to live. All requests are handled immediately, no one passes the buck. Arden Courts is highly recommended

Moving my mother into an Assisted Living Memory Care unit was not an easy decision. However, the folks at Arden Court worked very hard to ensure that it was a seamless transition. The staff are fantastic, caring folks who truly care for the residents.

I visited several local memory care facilities prior to Arden Courts of Palm Harbor. I knew at the first visit that Arden Courts was the place for my mother in law. The ability to walk outside along with the homelike setting has been wonderful for her. The staff is so patient and kind. They understand memory care patients. I recommended Arden Courts of Palm Harbor to a coworker, a fellow RN. We have all been pleased with the care our family members have received.

Memory care only, lovely facility, but the best caring staff you will find! With only 54 residents the facility is homey, the staff knows all the residents. The activities are great and the special events include the family and are excellent. Trust your loved one here in Palm Harbor.

Our mom is happy & busy at Arden Courts Palm Harbor. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, patient & compassionate. The activities are so much fun! We are confident that our mom receives the care she needs.

My mother has been a resident of Arden Courts since 2011. She is well cared for and she is loved by the staff there. She is always clean and nicely groomed. We so appreciate all the special activities they offer for the residents and their families.

They bent over backwards to help us speed the process up. The chef came to ask what my husband liked to eat. He wasn't eating much, so she made food just for him. They really give individual attention. They anticipate your loved ones needs as well as the family's needs. They took my husband, who was a problem at other facilities, and made his final weeks the best for him and our family. Hugs and support from the staff was incredible.

Most of the staff are fantastic, but a couple of them are not so great. Overall the staff are very caring, the place is clean and the people that live there are well taken care of. They definitely need more staff. Often it can be difficult to find someone to answer questions that I have, but I believe it's because the employees have a lot to take care of. Overall I'm very happy with my decision to move my loved one there.

My dad has lived here for a year and a half. I can't imagine him living anywhere else. They set the bar so high. From the top down, they are amazing. You can tell they are trained to care for people with Alzheimer's and other forms of Dementia. They have consistent staff and even their agency workers are consistent. Every step of this journey with your loved one you have their full support. They are always willing to share resources, tips, and overall guidance. You can tell they are in it for the residents (and their families), not for the money. The care speaks for itself.

Everything is really nice at this facility and my sister likes living here. Overall, it's been the right choice for her and she's happy. They offer a great variety of activities. She's very happy with the meals and dining. It's a bit expensive, but worth it. Housekeeping is done weekly and they do a good job. Her place is always clean. The staff is great, very nice and always helpful. They have a few options for apartments as far as size and layout. My sister chose one that they didn't have any vacancy for at the time, all of them were occupied. But they worked with her on price and got her into a different unit, which we appreciated and turned out being perfect for her. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Ever time our family goes to visit our loved one she is always clean and we can tell she is very well taken care of. Everything so far is going great, the community is entirely memory care which we really like. We have nothing negative to say about them and based on our experience so far we would recommend Arden Courts of West Palm Beach to other families.
