My mother is very happy living at Arden Courts. She loves the staff and the wonderful activities.

Very pleased and visited about six other facilities. Arden Court selected based on care and professional staff and administration. When I visit my wife always well groomed an clean clothes. Facility is clean and odor free. Staff very helpful, keep me informed.

My husband came to Arden Courts in 2021 after a disastrous stay at another facility. From the first day he was treated with kindness and respect. The staff is caring and professional. Residents and family members are treated beautifully.

I have worked in this facility for 7 years and I can say that it is one of the best places that I have worked in. The staff is so warm hearted and understanding. I love that it is a safe and clean work environment. Very patient with the residents!

Mom is being well taken care of

I worked at this facility as a private caregiver and I admire the way they work as a team, they care they give to their residents, and the facility is always clean and it does look beautiful and the residents don't have to stay indoors. There's a beautiful place to walk or sit outside.

A very calm and quiet place. Maintenance is generally very quick to solve any issues that arise. The activities department has a good variety of hands on, exercise, and relaxation activities.

The staff members at Arden Courts have just been wonderful. Right away our first impression of the staff is that you can tell how dedicated they are to treating and designing their facility around the disease of dementia. They truly go above and beyond and it is an awesome place. The meals and dining service is great and when it comes to the overall value you really do get what you pay for.

Arden Courts was the first community our family had looked into and just based off the tour we knew this was the best place for our loved one. We really appreciate the staffs professionalism and how the individualize each residents needs and wants. They are incredible attention, and great problems solvers. Any time something has to changes or they have to fix something that are always looking for way to improve. This community provides a lot of entertainment, and activities. The community is well cared for, beautiful and functional for all the residents. Our family had been very happy, we would recommend this community and it has just been the best place for our loved one.

We have had a good experience on all levels. The staff and administrators are very caring and truly engaged with the residents, and it's almost like a big family. I know all the caregivers and the people who do the activities. It's really comfortable to visit here, and they've done a really good job caring for my wife, which I know at times can be quite difficult.

He truly cares about the residents and their families and goes the extra mile to make sure all of their needs are met and questions answered. We loved Arden Courts. We were very impressed with the caring of the staff and also with their longevity. Some of them have been there 20-25 years. They took really good care of my mom.

We had a very good tour experience with Arden Courts of Westlake. It seemed like the level of care that they offered here was higher. It is a memory care only facility rather than having assisted living and memory care and I really liked the thought of that. It was just too expensive and the distance was too far from our home.

This is the best place for your loved one if they have dementia or Alzheimer's. The staff is well trained and they have processes and procedures they follow. The community is designed from the ground up to assist the residents that have memory care issues. This is not a mixed care community, they only specialize in memory care residents. The staff communication with the family is excellent. They are on top of their communication. This gives me a peace of mind that my loved one is here compared to other communities my loved one was at.

I would recommend you review the community for yourself to see if it would be a good fit. The friendliness, communication, and caring nature of the staff stands out to me about our experience. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and there are choices for the residents to choose from. Some of the activities available include art, exercise classes, cognitive games, and more for the residents to choose from.

Our family is very happy having our loved one here and based on our experience so far we would recommend them to other families. They have a ton of different activities for the residents to do - our loved one really enjoys the live music entertainment. They have videos with old fashion singers, there is chair balloon volleyball, bingo and much more. They also have really nice walking areas outside.
