The food looks and smells good. We picked this community because, they specialized in alzheimer's and dementia care. We liked the whole place, and it's very friendly, and they are willing to help, and listen to you.

I would rate them all on five except for the cleanliness there is some carpet in the front that you know is old he needs to be replaced other than that these people are fantastic. And it is definitely best value for the money I mean we looked at so many places when we first placed my husband's mother and then we were looking for my dad and it was just ridiculous amount of money for what you were getting the bears is definitely great value for the money

My father has been there for 6 years. The staff is very stable, not a lot of turnover. They treat my father like family. We were very comfortable even during the COVID lockdown that he was being taken care of.

What we really like about the Arden Courts community are the staff - they are very friendly, some do more than their job requires! The food looks great and my mom notes she has gained weight since she got there- because she likes the food. I love the walkways the facility offers, we can walk inside or outside. I think they are doing a great job with my mother .

What sticks out most about Arden Courts of Warminster is it is bright, staff are interactive, caring, and it is in a beautiful setting. Everyone is also very friendly.

The cleanliness of this facility stood out for us. It's in a good location for access to the community around the residents. Housekeeping and activities are available as staffing allows. As with most places , staffing is an issue at times but that cannot be helped until more want to get back to work. I would recommend them to anyone.

So far things are going very well at Arden Courts of Old Orchard. It is a facility that strictly focuses on memory care. The staff here are able to care for my husband and much more willing to work with him and they have a plan. Any issues that we had at our previous facility have not been issues here. The facility is BEAUTIFUL. It is set up with a center area to walk around and my husband loves that. Each corner has what they call a "house" and each house has about 16 residents and also has its own kitchen, living room, and dining room. There is tons of space for residents to roam. The staff have a walkie talkie system so if residents roam to another house, they are able to find them. The director is super understanding and receptive to any needs, they have been so flexible with us. I have peace of mind having him here and would definitely recommend to others.

This is a community I would recommend to others for their loved ones. The staff are informative and caring towards the family and the residents. They are extremely friendly and engaging. This community is night and day difference from our prior experience at a different community. There are three meals a day served and there are choices for the residents to choose from.

From the pictures online and compared to other communities we had toured this community is a little older, but it is extremely clean and we love the way the community flows. It really has that homey comfortable feel to it. The path outside where the residents can walk is really well grounded, and the plants are all well grown. We really like the attentiveness of the staff. They seem to really engage with our loved one pretty frequently as far as the nurses and doctors. Living out of state the staff are extremely communicative - the keep us up to day with any issues that come up or just update us weekly on how our loved one is doing. It has exceeded expectations so far.

Arden Courts was a possibility as it had plenty of outside space and activity, but they had concerns over my dad's behavioral issues and did not feel they could take him on. Plus it was too far for my mother to drive to on her own. The woman I met with was very sympathetic and knowledgeable about the facility.

We are very happy with The Auberge at Cedar Park. They have extremely, friendly and helpful staff. The facility is gorgeous! Well furnished. There are also lots of activities and the food is delicious as well.

They have great activities. We picked this community, because they were very knowledgeable of my loved ones level care, that was needed. They are very straight-forward, kind, and knowledgeable. My advice to other families is to, ask for guidance from the community.

The things that stuck out most about this facility was the cleanliness, the staff was genuine and really cared for he residents, the ability to visit 24/7 was very nice and convenient, and the quality of care very good as well. I would highly recommend Arden Courts of Warminster to other families.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff were amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to help support the family and our loved one during their short stay. The residents seemed very content here. The staff sent flowers and called to check on my loved one after leaving for the hospital, and the flowers were sent due to our loved one's death.

This community is great, I'm really pleased! They're as friendly as you can get, professional, and helpful. Mom is on a restricted diet which is challenging, but they're really trying hard to accommodate it. They offer a variety of activities and she enjoys them. Communication with the family is great. They're doing an excellent job all the way around. Housekeeping is really good. I'm ecstatic for her, she has friends here and is very happy here. I would recommend them to anybody.

We had a wonderful tour experience with Arden Courts of Bingham Farms. The staff and facility were extremely nice.

We thought the care at Arden Courts was just exceptional, they were top notch and would always go above and beyond. the staff were more then attentive, and we really liked that the community was smaller and you were always surrounded by the same people so it made it easy for our loved one to get into a routine. She enjoys the meals and dining and the activities coordinator was excellent - always sometimes going on whether it was music or different board games to keep the mind sharp. We have already recommend Arden Courts to friends and family and we will continue to do so.

My mom has only been here 3 weeks but from the 1st moment we walked in, we could tell this place was special. I think the small size "is key" The staff are friendly, caring and open to all suggestions. The programs they provide are thoughtful and geared to each residents

This community has been great so far. Excellent choice for memory care. They have actual Drs, Psychiatrists, and Therapists on site. Communication with the family is great and thorough. They call me often with updates. The outside patio area is so nice and also has a walking path. The room is bright. They even have my loved one participating in activities, which I never thought I'd see. It's been a great experience so far.
