My loved one receives good care by the staff. Everyone knows each other and their extended family. It's a very family friendly environment with a true sense of community.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They seemed to really care about the residents. It was more like a family vs a care facility.

I would tell others that knowing that some of the services like showering/hair care are a La cart and just being informed about everything will help in making a decision prior. keeping those things in mind if you do decide to choose them as a home for your loved one. I would recommend Arden Courts to others looking.

I wish I had found this facility a year ago when I placed my loved one in a Memory Care facility. The staff is wonderful to her. They check her toiletries needs every hour, they have tons and tons of daily activities, they encourage family to participate. They are just wonderful.

Looking for a place for my mother with Dementia I found the hidden gem in NJ Arden Courts in Whippany hit all our points. Arden Courts knew everything and made the process very easy for our whole family. The staff is top notch. The place is THE BEST. Super clean and I have to add the whole place is filled with love. Moving your parent to a place is hard, but Arden Courts made it easy. I felt like I was walking into a home NOT a nursing place. I trust the staff and I can see my mother anytime. After only 2 months in the facility next door, where my mother ended up incontinent , in a wheelchair and bedsores, arden courts is a breath of fresh air! cheerful, colorful, great food and activities with a real home atmosphere where the staff is so kind and caring! the difference in facilities is like night and day! many people visit their loved ones where we join them for dinner then sit in the living room and watch the tribe! heated showers, always clean , and keeps me advised of all her medical needs..my aunt was here for 10 years and we all feel very blessed. thank you arden courts. we are looking forward to summer and their beautiful grounds! even the maintenance man knows and cares about every resident!

My experience with Auberge so far has been superb. My Mother lived for 6.5 years at a different, more expensive, high-end facility and Auberge out scores them on every dimension. I had issues with my mother's other community almost immediately and repeatedly but it was not quite bad enough to move her (until it was, and I finally moved her). I can not tell you enough good things about Auberge. While the facility is focused solely on memory care, the vibe is vibrant the minute you walk in the door. It's clean, and it's engaging.

Our father has been a resident for 2+ years. We toured 4 facilities before choosing. We chose Arden Courts for the Director and staff. We know that he is well cared for. He's happy here and so are we. The Director and staff are fabulous.

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful Arden of Cherry Hill is. I was in a really bad place with my husband. He was having behavior problems from his disease and was getting hard to manage. I met with [name removed] and [name removed] and they helped me not just find a place that would care for my husband but they taught me to be his wife and not his caregiver. We danced at activities went out to Olive Garden for lunch with others. They have a family support group that gets it. I have made friends. I miss my husband as he was but I have found that when(as I was taught by Linda) “I meet him where he is at. We can still have a wonderful time in spite of this horrid disease. The staff and the place are wonderful. I don’t know where we would be without Arden Courts!!!

I am beyond impressed with the service, care and professionalism at Arden Courts Cherry Hill. Their focus and knowledge in Memory care is unmatched. Not only has Arden provided for a safe and healthy place for my mother they have also supported and assisted my father in a difficult time with how to navigate this disease, best care for mother and how he fits into the care plan as well as how to have meaningful visits with her. The passion that [name removed], ED and [name removed], memory care advisor exhibit for this field of work shines through, their communication is exceptional and very much appreciated and their support is valued tremendously. The entire team of caring individuals have made an incredible difference in my Mother and my Father’s life as well as the rest of the family and we couldn’t be more thankful and grateful. If you’re losing sleep at night thinking about proper placement for your family members and they have a form of dementia, I promise you, look no further then right here.

We chose Arden Courts in Bingham Farms mainly because the physical layout of the facility seemed better designed than others that we looked into. It is a very nice looking facility too. The main thing that has stuck out to us so far has been the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to others looking for memory care.

As someone who recently had a loved one residing at Arden Court, I can say with confidence that I could not have asked for a better community for my mother. The Nurses at Arden Court are all professional and very knowledgeable about geriatric care, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care. Patient and kind, they are always willing to answer any questions you may have. The aides (many have been there for years) are caring, comforting, and gentle - treating the residents with respect and dignity. Residents are actively encouraged to participate in stimulating activities - offered all day long - even on weekends - by an energetic and enthusiastic staff. The Administrative staff is always available if you have questions, and someone is always on call if you have a concern. If you are looking for a memory care facility that offers compassionate care, stimulating activities, and a supportive community, I highly recommend Arden Court.

The food looked amazing. We picked this community because, everything about this place was right. This place was amazing. They offer three different levels of care; memory care, assisted living and assisted living plus. They took care of my loved one after she transitioned. They showed the upmost respect. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

We were visiting a loved one/friend and I am amazed at the care and compassion the residents receive. Arden Courts is not a large building but the large hearts of the staff definitely make up for it. The building was very clean and well kept. The smells from the kitchen were absolutely mouthwatering, and there was so much interaction with the residents from the staff. I know my friend is being cared for properly.

My mom will be moving into a villa at Lely Palms Senior Community. [name removed]has been an absolute blessing. I always ask a lot of questions and she has been so unbelievably helpful and understanding through the entire process. She has treated us like we're her own family. It is obvious she truly cares about the residents and their happiness. She has given me peace of mind when it comes to the well-being of my mother, and for me, that is priceless. Lastly, I have looked into every senior community in the Naples area that offers independent living, and Lely Palms is the best as far as flexibility, options, and affordability.

What a beautiful and clean community! Very large building for my mom to walk around and [name removed] had a resident tour with us to let us know what a day in the life at Auberge looked like and we were very impressed. The staff were very friendly and Tina took the time to walk through all of our questions and was very passionate and knowledgeable in the healthcare field, which we are not and this helped tremendously! I wish we toured here first as this was exactly what we were looking for!

The food is great. They have a lot of variety, such as salmon, pork, and vegetable soup. My loved one has been doing great with the activities. The value for the money is great, for the care that my loved is receiving. Arden Courts was a very smooth and coordinated transition. They provide support to the familiy, and residents, which is important. Everyone is very friendly, and it's a genuine feeling. I would recommend to other families.

What we really like about Arden Courts is that they are very caring, everyone is. Also I like the way it is set up. Makes people feel like they are somewhere else. Great for people with memory issues.
