ProMedica Senior Care

I moved my mom several years to this facility from The Village of The Woodlands Waterway. The care at the Auberge (which was Silverado at the time) has been wonderful. My mom is in a wheelchair and is in a late stage of Alzheimer’s but is peaceful and safe. I am supported as a family member and cannot imagine how different life would be without my total confidence in the staff at the Auberge.

The staff was very friendly, the houses were very clean and did not smell like a nursing home, they staff had scheduled activities for the residents almost every hour of the day. They also cared about the residents and would tailor special amenities for a resident if they needed something extra.They also have an open areas for the residence to walk around outside safely. They make the residents feel like they have freedom and it's their own home. I love auberge and am very grateful for them.

We have been very pleased with the care Mom has received at Auberge The Woodlands. The reasons we chose the Auberge were the home- like atmosphere, the staff who were long time employees, 24/7 access for visits, the seamless integration between 3rd party hospice care and the staff and the cleanliness, beauty and security of the grounds. There are great daily activities for the residents. We love the gatherings they have for residents and their families to celebrate holidays, etc. The food and music are outstanding. It’s a great way for Mom to see her family in a fun and festive gathering. The few minor issues that have come up have been addressed in a timely, receptive manner. The staff is responsive and values our feedback. The impromptu comments by Mom saying she feels safe and cared for there are what we needed to hear to be able to lie our heads on our pillows at night and sleep in peace.

The Auberge has been a wonderful home for my mother. Not only are they kind and caring, the caregivers and nurses are very observant. Recently when my mother became ill, the nursing staff noticed and acted promptly. My mother was on the proper medication within hours of her first symptom. It is very comforting to know my mother is being taken care of in a professional and loving way.

The staff is accessible, cheerful and interested in the residents as people, not as problems. The residents are happy. I've lived here for a month and a half, and have yet to meet a grumpy person! I love that 2 Bible studies, a Protestant Sunday service, and a weekly Catholic service on site, plus bus service to local churches! The food is excellent, with several choices each day for lunch and dinner. My husband and I enjoy the art class, the weekly "coffee clatch" and we were in the recent fashion show.

My mom passed away. She only lasted one day at Arden Courts. They were so compassionate and wonderful to my mom during that short time there. Everyone that I met there was kind and so wonderful to me and my mom. They truly treated us like family. I would highly recommend Arden Courts in Monroeville to anyone who is looking.

What we really like about the Arden Courts community are the different options for cooking classes as well as the men's gathering. When it comes to the activities we are not sure if our loved one participates in them, but we appreciate this different options they have.

They are the most attentive and caring staff I've ever encountered for my mother. The food was not that great, but that doesn't matter as much as the other things do! I would highly recommend Arden Courts in Yardley, I have already sent someone else here who moved in.

We are so pleased we were told about Arden Courts. My sister is very content there, and always tells us how nice the people there are. She is so well cared for. We've never had a complaint. The staff is wonderful.

Making the decision was hard. Once dhe was there, my worries ended. Our family member is safe, happy and well cared for and as she says. " Living like a Queen." Thank You so much.

My loved one is a resident at Arden Courts in Farmington. I wish they had more staff, but that seems to be a problem everywhere. The staff that I've met are lovely. It's hard to assess Value for Cost, as thousands of dollars a month to care for our neediest patients is insane in principle. Our health care system needs revamping in all areas. However, this is what we have and Arden Courts does a great job. The people there are great. I would recommend this facility to others.

My friend currently lives at Arden Courts in Geneva. The facility is very cheerful and the staff is always so upbeat and friendly and helpful. They keep the families updated on the residents. The food is very good. I would recommend Arden Courts in Geneva to everyone!

The entire facility is open to her, and she us freely able to walk outdoors, as the whole facility is fenced off to prevent her from wandering away from the facility. This was very important to me as my mother likes to go for walks often, and other facilities are often just a hallway inside an assisted living facility with limited to no access outdoors. I would recommend to others.

The Auberge has a terrific team taking care of us, the residents. This morning while I was getting ready to go to breakfast which starts at 0800, I was getting annoyed because no one had com to get my wife ready. At 0750, I went to the dining room and told the senior CNA present that the assigned aid had not yet come. Everything looked normal. Within 2 minutes, an aid, not the one assigned, arrived and helped me get my wife ready. At 0810, I realized something unusual was happening. The care giving staff was having an all hands meeting. A couple of minutes later, they broke up and the CNAs disappeared. The Chef and dishwasher started serving breakfast. Soon missing residents and CNAs started showing up. This is a one of the reasons I love living here. The entire staff cares about us, the residents. Without having senior manager present yet, the staff figured out the problem and immediately corrected the situation so none of the residents were adversely affected. Thank You

Unfortunately, my father was only a resident at Arden Courts in Monroeville for a short time. It very quickly turned into an end of life experience. The staff was very sensitive and understanding. Everyone was so kind. I would recommend this facility to other families in similar situations.

I recently went to Arden courts with my 3 kids to visit my aunt, and attend an event. I was blown away by how much fun we had! They had a live band, and the food was AMAZING!! You could tell how much work was put into this event by the decor and amazing buffet they had set up. by my observation, You could also tell how much the staff cared about there residents. I left with a great feeling seeing that my aunt is in such a nice place.

This has been a great experience for my loved one and family. The staff have been really good about addressing the needs of our loved one and other residents. They really care for the different stages of the resident's memory care journey. I really have only good things to say about our experience with Arden Courts. The staff communication with the family has been good. They are good at trying to engage the residents in activities.

Wonderful experience when visiting! People are very friendly, the building is nicely kept, and the food looked and smelled fantastic. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a home feel environment.

The staff members at Arden Courts A ProMedica Community are just above and beyond helpful and loving towards the residents. This can be a difficult decision for families but they are so equipped to provide clean, loving care and dignity to those in need! On social media alone I have recommended at least 6 people looking for a memory care facility for a loved one!
