My loved one is so happy with Arden Courts of Fair Oaks. She has made friends, enjoys the activities and spending time outside with friends or on her own. The food prepared by chef [name removed] and her staff is truly outstanding! I wish I could give them higher than a 5! Staff are committed to creating the best care for the residents in a kind, compassionate way while preserving the dignity of the residents. [name removed], the executive director has done wonders for the facility in the short time she has been in the position. [name removed], the head nurse, and her staff are knowledgeable, caring and helpful. [name removed], head of facilities, is quick to help and has definitely improved the cleanliness and overall appearance of the facility. We LOVE Arden Courts of Fair Oaks!! No one wants to hear that their loved one has memory issues and can no longer live independently. No facility is perfect, but the staff at Arden Courts of Fair Oaks is quick to respond to questions or concerns, and they take pride in providing the best care possible for your loved one.

Very, very helpful & patient in answering all questions! Made us feel welcome from the initial phone call, to the in person visit!! EVERY STAFF member greeted you with a smile, helped in every way! So very encouraging!! Ms. [name removed] was my initial point of contact and saw us through the entire process! [removed] a Gem no doubt! Put all of my fears to rest! The aides, nurses, executive staff, doctors were always accommodating and supportive of my Father and our family! The community is very welcoming, clean, not over populated! The atmosphere was calm and has a homey feel, made Fad feel right at home! Phone calls were always returned in a timely manner. Maintenance; Mr. [name removed] was so helpful with anything we needed! The ENTIRE TEAM; front desk, and beyond was always a blessing! [removed] highly recommend Arden Court to those seeking a loving, attentive environment for their loved one with memory care!!

Arden Courts gets a 5 all the way around. I am pleased with the care they provide and the staff is knowledgeable. Your loved ones are closely monitored. There are activities to keep them busy, if they want to participate. Now that it is warm outside I walk around the courtyard with my family member. She enjoys nature. Any questions that I may have, someone is always available to answer. I have also recommended the facility to others with family in need.

My loved one is a current resident at Arden Courts in Wayne and we are extremely happy with this facility. The staff is very friendly and caring, they are what makes this facility special! The meals are good. The cleanliness and quality of care are great. The value for cost is great, as well. I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends!

I am very impressed with Arden Largo. It's set up like a home, not a large institution. Only 59 residents, split between 4 areas. My dad is in Cottage House, which is in its own separate wing with about 15 people. It has its own small dining area and a living room with a TV and fireplace. Linen tablecloths and regular silverware in the dining area, and the meals are plated individually for the residents' preferences--some like ketchup, some won't eat fish, etc.--it's very personalized. The activities directors are very lively, encouraging participation, dancing with residents, making it fun. Residents are fully dressed, clean, and free to wander the halls and visit other "houses" as it's secure without being institutional. The staff is extremely helpful and patient with residents and family.

Arden Courts has been an absolute blessing to our family. Watching a loved one decline and turn into a version of themselves that is unrecognizable is always upsetting. The entire team of Arden courts have been patient, loving, and supportive of our transition to needing full time care for our Uncle. All the staff is wonderfully skilled and fully understand the needs of dementia patients and I feel confident that the care he is receiving is better than what we could provide at home, even with services. [name removed](Admissions) and [name removed](Executive Director) have gone above and beyond any expectations I could have had from traveling to our home for the initial assessment to facilitating a quick transition from hospital to home to Arden Courts to ensure the safety of our Uncle and his wife. When finding a placement was looking bleak, Arden Courts was they provided hope and peace for our family. Careful consideration of the selection of room, room décor, and comfort items were considered to ensure a safe and comfortable transition and reduce possible triggers for my Uncle's type of dementia. Additionally, I have noticed personally that Arden Court provides nourishing meals and snacks in a homey setting. The activities are fun and geared to preserving brain and body function. There are activities focused on religion for those residents that are interested. Lastly, the medical and support staff and friendly and supportive of the residents and family and really take the time to get to know the preferences of each individual under their care. We know our Uncle is being take care of like he is family to the staff and that made the entire transition so much easier on our family and we are forever grateful.

We give 5 stars for every category! [name removed], the executive director, is very responsible, honest, compassionate and has the best interest of the residents in mind. The room sizes in memory care are excellent and accommodations are as well.

Arden Courts is exceptional! They have been invaluable to my family. During a very confusing and hard diagnosis for my father, they were compassionate, knowledgeable, and moved very quickly to get my father the care he needed. Now that he's been there for some time, it's clear we made the right choice. He has a very good relationship with his nursing staff. We love working with the team there; they keep us up-to-date, and it is clear that the care my father is receiving is impeccable.

I would highly recommend that facility and, the staff keeps me up date with any changes in dad's overall health, they are also very understanding in all aspects. The rooms are not overly big but, he doesn't spend much time in the room, there are activities going on all the time, all to help interaction with others and to keep his mind working. He can also go outside if the weather permits, the facility is very secure. I would recommend Arden Courts in Susquehanna in a heartbeat for anyone looking for memory care.

The Auberge at the Woodlands is wonderful! I am so very pleased with the staff and the care they are providing for my mother. Everyone works together as a team to make the facility the best it can be and it shows! I can not say enough about the administrative staff, nurses, caretakers, and maintenance crew. My mother is enjoying her time at Auberge and loves the gardens and outdoor activities. I would highly recommend this location.

Our family had an in person tour with Arden Courts and we loved this community, but they were only private pay without a chance for Medicare down the road.

I am very impressed with the attention to and care of the residents at Arden Courts Yardley. Since moving my mother there from another facility 2months ago, the staff have worked hard to find ways to work with her to get her showered regularly, get her teeth brushed, help her with toileting and generally succeeding at keeping her clean and healthy! There are more people at Arden Courts with whom my mother can interact and lovely outdoor areas she can wander without feeling imprisoned. Overall my mother seems happier now which is a great relief to the family as we were previously constantly burdened with having to check on her and having to care for her (i.e. clean her up) ourselves. No place is perfect, but Arden Courts Yardley comes close! The staff really cares and tries hard and communicates well. My mother's room is always clean and neat as a pin, and we're happy she no longer smells like poop - even if her hair is a jumble, at least it's shampooed and clean! And she's happy

Only negative is sometimes articles of clothing go missing or we find our family member occasionally wearing another resident's item of clothing. Staff is very responsive and caring. Management is professional and responsive. We would absolutely recommend Arden Courts community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

Can't be any better for me than it is now. Moving here was the best choice I could have made. Everyone was so friendly right from the beginning. Of course it helps if you are always smiling and saying hello to people first, eventually they would start saying hello to me and giving me compliments on my hair that I hadn't ever had before! I quickly settled in and loved my apartment very much. On a very high note, I met a man who moved in here in November. I met with [name removed] and [name removed] in October, and later found out it was a set up because he was looking for someone and she knew just the person that would be good for him! Long story short, we married [date removed], and are now in a two bedroom and on the list for the villas. So you just never know what can could happen when you least looking for things in marriage relationships or nothing it's a good place to be the foods. OK they have a lot of different activities of transportation, a nurse on staff, a doctor that comes in once a week, hair hairdresser, and more. There is transportation to doctors, grocery stores, out to lunch once a week, many other things. You can do things or you don't have to it's all up to you. I could go on for a very long time, and I am a volunteer for the hospitality, and I love talking to people about all the things around here.

The team at Arden Courts are professional, caring, and dedicated to their residents and families. I'm so glad we found them to care for my loved one.

A heartfelt shout out to Arden Courts for their loving embrace of our father. Last summer, Dad was hospitalized for five months. He struggled in the hospital environment with their systems and go-to meds to manage delirium. This complicated placement options with rehab and nursing homes. We liked Arden Courts from the beginning. Specializing in dementia care, the staff was loving and welcoming bringing out the best in him. While everyone else was writing Dad off, they gave him a chance. Everyone loved “[name removed]”. Arden Courts helped fulfill a promise we made to get Mom and Dad together again. They placed Mom in another wing of the facility and she got the same kind of exceptional care. Always together, they became known as the sweetest couple in the neighborhoods. We are so grateful to Arden Courts for giving him one last chance to live life and to pass with grace and dignity surrounded by a community that treated him like family.

What an amazing memory only care home in Richmond! I've never seen a facility look like this before and it was exciting to come tour and participate in an event. The residents can all wander the entire facility and not just one locked unit. The staff were all engaged in care and the residents all looked clean and well cared for. The facility is set up like a town inside with an ice cream shop, movie theater, outdoor courtyards, a general store, library and coffee house/ tavern. I recently attended a family and friends event and the staff are amazing and everyone had a great safe time.

I can’t thank Arden Courts of Yardley enough. Kindest staff and very supportive of every need I have or question. Clean! Helpful with all requests and excellent customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

All 5 stars. The room sizes in memory care are great for one person. The facility and staff have been awesome and it is a safe place to be. I would recommend Arden Courts in Livonia to others looking for their loved ones.

Arden Courts in Anderson would get all 5 stars from me. What sticks out most is the staff, they have all been extremely friendly and caring. The rooms in memory care are a nice size, they are also private. I would for sure recommend Arden Courts for others looking for memory care for a loved one.
