Arden Courts Memory Care Community in Geneva is a wonderful location. My mother was here and it was the best place for her. I looked into 8 other locations and Arden Courts checked all the boxes for our family. Flexibility, concerns, comfort, compassion, going out of their way for your loved one. My mother's stay was during COVID and they all took extra precaution to ensure the safety of my mother and other residents. I could call day or night to see how my mother was. I was able to talk to her and follow up on what she was eating, her moods, sleeping habits and all my concerns were answered. When I was able to visit my mom, she was in good spirits and well-dressed and clean. I know she was getting the best care that she could receive as we could not care for her at home. The staff knew me very well and were kind to me and to all my questions and I cannot say enough, but Thank you for all you did for my mom!! Thank you!

My dad has been there for 2 1/2 years now and absolutely loves it. The staff is absolutely amazing and from day one has made me feel super comfortable and has made my dad feel like a part of the family there. The outings are super fun for the residents and for the families to attend. The arts and crafts and super fun theme parties are always so neat. When my dad first arrived there he was in terrible condition but because Arden Courts Geneva has such amazing doctors and skilled nurses my dad has now gotten his life back. I am so grateful for everyone at Arden Courts of Geneva. The caregivers alone are so friendly and so sweet to my dad. They always look out for him especially when he gets ill. I can’t say enough of good things about this place. I highly recommend Arden Courts Geneva to any of your family members that need special care. They definitely give me a peace of mind knowing that my dad is in good hands.

[name removed] and his staff are top notch. They have taken such good care of my mother, (for nearly 3 years now) [name removed] and have kept us informed every time she’s had an issue. We regret having to move her from the facility because the staff is so good.to her.. We were forced to move her due to the length of the drive for my 83 year old dad. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that has a family member with memory care issues.

My loved one is a resident at Arden Courts Glen Ellyn and things have been great for him so far. It is not an institutionalized atmosphere, but as homey as possible. There are daytime activities seven days a week and they are quite varied. There is a nice, safely contained patio area to walk or enjoy just being outside. While a difficult time for the resident and their family, Arden Courts Glen Ellyn makes every attempt to ease the way. I would recommend this facility to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Arden Courts in Monroeville. The move in process is quite good. [Name removed], has a process she discusses with family to make the emotional needs met for the family of new residents. She also runs a support group for family members. The staff at this facility are very supportive of the residents. They are skillful, personable and oh so compassionate. My loved one enjoys their care and attention. The personalities of individual staff are vibrant, joyful and up lifting. Very positive for the residents who have great difficulties. My loved one enjoys 3 hot meals a day. The meals are well balanced and attractively presented. The residents are encouraged to use common areas, enjoy the outdoors with lovely patios and porches, and the raised garden beds of vegetables and strawberries. Housekeeping is most responsive and helpful with individual needs and work around residents' special needs to do the work. There are entertainments of special guests talented such as musicians, athletes, collectors who are good communicators who have specialized areas of interest that show their beloved collections to the groups. All these include special snacks and treats afterwards.

I love the freedom that all of the residents have here! They all have their own rooms, and are free to walk around the building and courtyard or join in the activities whenever they want. You can tell that the staff truly care about the residents that they care for. I've always had positive interactions with them as well! If you're looking for a place to put your loved ones that will love them as much as you do this would be my recommendation!

My loved one was previously a resident at Charlotte Stephenson and the experience was great. We were very happy and pleased with the facility and the staff, overall. All of the staff including maintenance, house keeping, and administration seemed very kind and caring. They took care of requests and issues very promptly and were very helpful. My loved one didn't participate in the activities, but everything else was great. I would recommend this facility to others.

We picked this community because it only focuses on people with memory care issues. I saw there was not an assisted living associated with the facility and I love the fact it only allows people with memory care issues.

It was a hard decision to move my husband to memory care. But the administration and staff at Arden Courts Old Orchard are loving, competent, and excellent care givers. I am finally feeling at peace, knowing my husband is in good hands.

My mother developed Acute Onset Dementia. My sister and I were no longer able to care for her at home. Arden Courts was recommended to us and after a visit to the property and meeting ****** and many other staff members we knew this was a great place and our mother would do well here. After a few bumps, she is quite difficult and demanding, we visited and she looked great. Everyone knew our mom's name and were very kind, compassionate and efficient. We definitely recommend Arden Courts in KOP and are very happy we found this Community to care for our wonderful mother.

The only item I would like to see improve is that her eye glasses seem to always be dirty when I and other family members visit and so we clean them. All other areas are very well done. [name removed] is her best self the last few weeks she even has a significant other "[name removed] " who just turned 99 years old and is also doing really well. [name removed] no longer asks about her home or pets or anything from her previous life. She is happy and has forgotten former things. Linden Village is great!

I toured the Auberge at Brookfield. Such a beautiful community. I didn't eat the food, but boy did it smell good. The community was very spacious. The outdoor area is HUGE, and they have a putting green!!! The staff are very friendly and greeted us as we walked around. Rooms were lovely and overlooked the trees (I was told that deer have been deen). Overall, I was very impressed.

Visited the Auberge in Naperville. Such a nice community. The courtyard is gorgeous and they have a putting green!! The community was clean and the staff greeted us as we walked around. I wish my mom was still around. She would have loved it.

Our dear friend resides at Arden Courts in Sterling Heights. It's not so much the level of care he gets from the staff, which is outstanding; it's the caring attitude so obviously on display as they care for our dear friend.

My mom has been at Arden Courts- Jefferson Hills for about a month and my family and I are so pleased with her experience there so far. The staff in this community are knowledgeable and kind and we have so appreciated the way that they have treated my mother during her transition. They are very easy to communicate with. The facility itself is warm, colorful, and welcoming and the community programming is interesting and appropriate for adults with dementia. This community has the most beautiful grounds an outdoor space of any other community that we toured. We toured nine other communities when trying to find a placement for my mom (she has moderate Alzheimer’s) and this one was far and away the best in the Pittsburgh area.

I felt a connection with the Memory Care Adviser [name removed]. She made me feel at ease and everyone there have been very helpful throughout this journey.

It is solely A Memory Care Community with small quantities of residence per each cottage. I felt like the one-on-one care would be more attainable with a smaller number of residents per building. We do also received good reviews from actual loved ones of residence while taking the tour.

When I was looking for a place for my Aunt I contacted A Place for Mom. They suggested several places but when we saw this one we knew she would love it. The Staff is very nice and professional, yet personable as well. They listened to what we were looking for and accommodated us. My Aunt has been here about two months now and I have to say they are comforting and compassionate with the patients. They keep me informed of any changes in her health condition and they make sure she is comfortable and happy. It always looks clean and smelling good. The food is outstanding and she is always bathed and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Thanks to #aPlaceforMom and #[name removed] for helping us find ,and decide to move our mom "home," to Arden Courts West Orange. We visited several memory care facilities in the area and chose Arden Courts because of the combination of professional well-trained staff, welcoming facility and caring atmosphere. We have not been disappointed. While our mom is still settling in, the staff recognizes her strengths and challenges and goes the extra mile to accommodate her and help her feel at home. We also appreciated how well the move-in process was organized. Once we made the decision, , [name removed] and her colleagues were always there for us to answer questions, provide information and help make the transition as seamless as possible. Their prompt followup to every question, availability and obvious pride in their work and the facility shown through, making a potentially challenging situation as pleasant and easy as possible.

My mother spent several weeks in hospital. Her decline was dramatic and heart-wrenching...she refused food, clung to a stuffed dog and was non-verbal. Then one day the hospital said she was to be discharged the next day to a facility we did NOT approve of. The staff at Arden Courts came to rescue. The admissions director ([name removed]), though out of state for business, walked me through everything via multiple texts and convinced the hospital to give us one more day. The staff coordinated efforts to evaluate my mother and assist with the preparations and paperwork. Within 36 hours my Mom was nestled in her new bed. The next morning my Dad and I arrived to find her in the shared TV room...she called out to us...LAUGHED...and she had walked there!!!!! Since her arrival at Arden Courts her turn around is remarkable (the stuffed dog is history). I cannot say enough for ALL of the staff that continue to keep my Mom engaged and full of the life and humor we were seeing drain from her.
