The only item I would like to see improve is that her eye glasses seem to always be dirty when I and other family members visit and so we clean them. All other areas are very well done. [name removed] is her best self the last few weeks she even has a significant other "[name removed] " who just turned 99 years old and is also doing really well. [name removed] no longer asks about her home or pets or anything from her previous life. She is happy and has forgotten former things. Linden Village is great!

I toured the Auberge at Brookfield. Such a beautiful community. I didn't eat the food, but boy did it smell good. The community was very spacious. The outdoor area is HUGE, and they have a putting green!!! The staff are very friendly and greeted us as we walked around. Rooms were lovely and overlooked the trees (I was told that deer have been deen). Overall, I was very impressed.

Visited the Auberge in Naperville. Such a nice community. The courtyard is gorgeous and they have a putting green!! The community was clean and the staff greeted us as we walked around. I wish my mom was still around. She would have loved it.

Our dear friend resides at Arden Courts in Sterling Heights. It's not so much the level of care he gets from the staff, which is outstanding; it's the caring attitude so obviously on display as they care for our dear friend.

My mom has been at Arden Courts- Jefferson Hills for about a month and my family and I are so pleased with her experience there so far. The staff in this community are knowledgeable and kind and we have so appreciated the way that they have treated my mother during her transition. They are very easy to communicate with. The facility itself is warm, colorful, and welcoming and the community programming is interesting and appropriate for adults with dementia. This community has the most beautiful grounds an outdoor space of any other community that we toured. We toured nine other communities when trying to find a placement for my mom (she has moderate Alzheimer’s) and this one was far and away the best in the Pittsburgh area.

I felt a connection with the Memory Care Adviser [name removed]. She made me feel at ease and everyone there have been very helpful throughout this journey.

It is solely A Memory Care Community with small quantities of residence per each cottage. I felt like the one-on-one care would be more attainable with a smaller number of residents per building. We do also received good reviews from actual loved ones of residence while taking the tour.

When I was looking for a place for my Aunt I contacted A Place for Mom. They suggested several places but when we saw this one we knew she would love it. The Staff is very nice and professional, yet personable as well. They listened to what we were looking for and accommodated us. My Aunt has been here about two months now and I have to say they are comforting and compassionate with the patients. They keep me informed of any changes in her health condition and they make sure she is comfortable and happy. It always looks clean and smelling good. The food is outstanding and she is always bathed and clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Thanks to #aPlaceforMom and #[name removed] for helping us find ,and decide to move our mom "home," to Arden Courts West Orange. We visited several memory care facilities in the area and chose Arden Courts because of the combination of professional well-trained staff, welcoming facility and caring atmosphere. We have not been disappointed. While our mom is still settling in, the staff recognizes her strengths and challenges and goes the extra mile to accommodate her and help her feel at home. We also appreciated how well the move-in process was organized. Once we made the decision, , [name removed] and her colleagues were always there for us to answer questions, provide information and help make the transition as seamless as possible. Their prompt followup to every question, availability and obvious pride in their work and the facility shown through, making a potentially challenging situation as pleasant and easy as possible.

My mother spent several weeks in hospital. Her decline was dramatic and heart-wrenching...she refused food, clung to a stuffed dog and was non-verbal. Then one day the hospital said she was to be discharged the next day to a facility we did NOT approve of. The staff at Arden Courts came to rescue. The admissions director ([name removed]), though out of state for business, walked me through everything via multiple texts and convinced the hospital to give us one more day. The staff coordinated efforts to evaluate my mother and assist with the preparations and paperwork. Within 36 hours my Mom was nestled in her new bed. The next morning my Dad and I arrived to find her in the shared TV room...she called out to us...LAUGHED...and she had walked there!!!!! Since her arrival at Arden Courts her turn around is remarkable (the stuffed dog is history). I cannot say enough for ALL of the staff that continue to keep my Mom engaged and full of the life and humor we were seeing drain from her.

The main reason we chose Arden Courts in Livonia was because they were willing to do respite care. When looking, we did not find any other facilities that were willing to do just respite. The staff are very responsive to the residents. They are great at keeping them involved, at distracting and redirecting them.

Toured several communities in the area and none compared to Charlotte Stephenson. The staff is wonderful and caring, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. My loved one has their own apartment and their own bathroom, which makes her feel more independent. Now when we visit, I feel like her daughter instead of her caregiver.

I come to this facility often because of a resident so I have come to enjoy being here. The activities are wonerful. [Names removed] make the activities exciting. They do many things from painting to crafting items. Love how fun it is!

A true dementia town. Great 24-7 dementia care. This is the go to place for those that wander as wandering is encouraged. They have amazing programming every day of the week all day long with multiple choices from dementia practioners.

Arden Courts of Palos Heights was a God sent for our family. Everything about it was perfect. From the office staff having great communication to the medical assistants/nurses caring for our mom. Every need was taken care of immediately. They really personalize the care for each person because they ordered special food and kept it in a freezer near our mom's room for her. We would highly recommend Arden Courts to all. Above all, the warm feeling of love was most appreciated. Best place EVER! We will be forever grateful!!!

They are very friendly ad willing to help your room is clean ad secure . [name removed] the memory care advisor ad Val the head nurse is super to work with as well as [name removed] who cared for [name removed]. They do have activities for the residents. The food comes to the units ad the nurses serve it to the residents individually. It is a very nice place for a loved one.

We have had an overall great experience with memory care at The Auberge at Onion Creek. I find it to be a very helpful and concerned environment.

Overall we had a great experience at The Auberge. Food was great. Only thing that bothered me was clothes and things went missing. But the staff very friendly and treated my folks great.
